Domenicks guys complete 2 projects of mine today. I'm usually very critical of companies cause my wife an I have been burned before by other contractors. I am very happy to report that both jobs came out perfect. communications were 100% up to par, and both projects were completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Diamond Stoneworks to anyone that is looking for excellent workmanship and a very affordable pricing. They have one more project to go, once we find the tiles we want for our kitchen, and I'm sure we will be as happy with the kitchens as we are the bathrooms. read more

At the end of the day, these guys and gals did a great job. We do appreciate our new counter-tops. The owner Dom, personally came to measure and create templates of our counter-tops. He is a very cordial owner, and does everything he can to make it all work. The front office knew exactly what we were looking for, before we even saw a sample of the granite. The only reason we gave them 4 stars is that our estimator did not inform us at the beginning we would be without a stove, dishwasher and sink for almost 2 weeks, which is the time it would take to select and fabricate our granite. This is critical information for people with kids; it was assumed we would just eat out, or use the bathroom sink to clean dishes if needed. I was not about to accept this plan of action, especially without having known about it. After communicating my dissatisfaction, they agreed to temporarily install the appliances up so we would have a semi-usable kitchen, but I still had to do the plumbing. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them, but not without a complete plan of action. read more

Great customer service, from start to finish! Countertop price came out the best of three local quotes. Candy was very helpful with samples, design and payment process. Dominic the owner came to measure the template himself to ensure accuracy! I was even able to pick my own slab of ceasarstone. The crew worked clean and efficient, arrived on time and made sure all the detail work was done with skill. They made sure I was satisfied before they left. The countertop from Diamond Stoneworks was the best investment I made for my kitchen. Good riddance white tile with icky grout!! Highly recommended. read more

We came to Diamond Stoneworks Company Inc. with the idea that we wanted the front of our fireplace to be done with Trillium Dekton. It took less than a month from an idea, to completion of the product. Candy, in the office, kept us updated, and Dominic oversaw all details. Everyone in the Company was always punctual and professional, and wore masks at all times. When they were doing the tear down (rock), they were careful to cover up all floors and contain the dust with floor to ceiling plastic. The result is a beautiful and top quality fire place, front. We highly recommend. Diamond Stoneworks for any stone projects you might have. read more

Dominick and his staff did a great job on my kitchen granite counter top. I purchased 2 slabs of "lava gold" and had U shape kitchen. I wanted minor edge and only one seem. I was using another shop before but he raised prices on me before the cutting started so I called around and Diamond Stoneworks had the best price. Dominick came in that day, measured everything and few days later I had my new granite counter. I love it very much. Now they are doing an outdoor table from the leftovers. Highly recommend them!!! read more

A+ service from beginning to end. Candy and Sean are so knowledgeable, helpful and provide wonderful communication to keep the project on schedule. They know the products and will guide the customer so that mistakes are not made and your project will be amazing. I felt they were as excited about my project as I was. Dominick, well this is my 4th project with him and I seriously love this guy. He just is such a perfectionist and really cares that the customer is happy and has a wonderful experience. He returns calls quickly and oversees everything. He really cares about the customer. Beto at the slab yard was very attentive and helpful when I was selecting the material for my bath and the installers were great. The price was very competitive and the turn around time for install was worked for my schedule...when does that ever happen? Like I said, very customer service oriented company!I cannot recommend Diamond Stoneworks enough!!! read more

Our kitchen sink was damaged and the granite behind the sink was cracked due to a water leak. After a couple of contractors turned down the job of fixing our problem, we contacted Diamond Stoneworks and the owner, Dom, came to our home and recommended a country-style stainless steel sink and a piece of stone behind the sink to hide the damaged granite. The work was done in a day by two men with amazing skill. They cut the granite and replacement stone, and modified the cabinet with amazing precision. It looks great! Not only was the job done superbly, everyone we had contact with at their office was professional and a pleasure to work with. An ugly situation in our kitchen we thought we would have to live with until we could afford a major kitchen remodel, now looks wonderful thanks to the folks at this company. We are very happy! read more

I suspect that if you keep to their manufactured stone, they would be OK. BUT, if you want to buy a slab and have them cut and install it, I'd get additional bids since their bid was twice what I ended up paying. They also overcharged for the granite--ie, charged what it would have cost me to buy it outright at the granite supplier which is 40% less than my contractor eventually charged me for it. Basically, not impressed with their prices...haven't experienced their workmanship, so that might be OK. I would be suspicious of any slab cutting company that charges more than the materials unless you are doing intricate edges and outlines. read more

It is hard to imagine a better place to put your confidence in with respect to granite and related trades. Dominic and the staff (Candy) are thoughtful, caring and professional. Aside from Dom being a genuinely nice person, he looks out for your job as if it is his own. He knows what he is doing and gives considered and balanced advice, all fairly presented. We have used Dom on several projects and have only the highest praise. Do yourself the greatest favor and use Diamond Stoneworks, without reservation! read more

When it comes to quality and seamless costumer service, they're the best around! I felt confident throughout the whole process. I actually have not a single smallest complain - they definitely over delivered. I had some hesitations about my choice with the sink and Domenick came back again to take a new measurements to make me fell happy :) Fantastic quality- my new kitchen countertops look fabulous! read more

We had our counters done in Quartz and a beautiful tile backsplash: I got several estimates before I talked to Domenick at Diamond Stoneworks and from the start I felt comfortable with working with him and his company. He could see what I wanted and helped me design it. The job turned out fabulous and everyone was great, this company really truly gives you great customer service and professionalism, they go the extra mile. read more

If I could give a negative review, I would. Don't use them. It started great. Candy, the woman you talk to on the phone, is friendly and responsive. Sean, the sales guy is detail oriented, thorough, and clearly cares about the customer and takes the time to make sure you know what you're getting, and are getting what you really want. The first impression is great, and you feel really comfortable. But...as soon as you pay your money... The owner, Dominick showed up for the countertop layout, and had to be reminded to wear a mask. And then it was down off his nose the entire time. He consistently had it off of his nose every single time he came out. In my kitchen. Where my food is. I had to sanitize my entire kitchen every single time he came out, which was a bunch of times. It took a month from the layout date to schedule the installation date, and then, as far as I can tell, they started the work the DAY before the install was supposed to take place, and broke my marble because they were rushing. My choices were to redo my layout, put an extra seam where I didn't want, have the flow of the pieces go wrong, and delay the project by 3 days - or - to have them order an entire new piece, wait a week or more, and roll the dice as to what that piece would even look like. Not a great choice. I ended up choosing option number one. (And guess what, there was not even a word about any sort of financial compensation for screwing up my kitchen layout. Not a word about "So sorry for the inconvenience, we'll give you 5% off for your understanding.") Then, they were here for the install, and turns out they didn't do a rounded edge on the backsplashes. Dominick was like, "well, you paid for this, but we didn't do it. Do you want it?" Um...yes? So they did it on site, and it's rough and not great. Then, One of the backsplashes didn't line up by 2 inches, so they had to recut it and put a seam in. Then, they FORGOT to make one of the pieces! Dominick was like, "Oh, we were supposed to do that?" Um, yes...it's in the contract... So they had to come back for that. Then, they left the temporary wood over the dishwasher, and had to come back to remove it. After that, I discovered that the spacer between the dishwasher and stove was totally not even secured to the edge of the marble slab. LITERALLY, 24 inches of the slab was floating in the air!!!! So I made him come back to fix that. Then, I was looking inside the cabinets, and found two screws that had been screwed up from inside the cabinets into the bottom of the marble. I poked around, and two of the five countertops WERE NEVER EVEN GLUED onto the cabinets! The only thing holding the marble up was this screw! At the installation, they did the dry-run fit, and never lifted the pieces back up to glue them. And the entire front of the countertops were just hanging loose, 1/16 of an inch off the edge of the cabinet, balanced on the high-spot in the middle. I contacted Dominick, and he said "That doesn't matter. That won't cause it to crack. It doesn't need to be glued." He denied that there was anything done wrong, refused to properly finish the installation, and only agreed to come back, and DRILL HOLES IN THE FINISHED TOPS OF MY CABINETS and squirt epoxy between the marble and the non-structural plywood top of the cabinets. Leaving holes that now have to be filled and fixed. They are not secured to the faces, and he refused to take responsibility for future failure of the marble, due to work not completely done. Oh, AND, he wanted me to write the check out to him personally, instead of to the business, when I paid. Hm. Don't use these guys. Just don't. read more

Domenick at Diamond Stoneworks was great to work with. He always answered my texts promptly and gave detailed responses. I was very happy with his professionalism and detail to attention. Candy in the office was very nice and helpful with my contract. The worker who came to install my countertop was great. He wanted to make sure we were happy with how he was laying out the sink and spent a long time going over different options for our faucets and soap dispenser. With Covid 19 precautions, he was very good about wearing his mask and keeping with the protocols. I would definitely use Diamond Stoneworks again and I highly recommend them! read more

My experience with a two Kitchen Quartz countertop project using Diamond Stoneworks was excellent and I recommend them for your project. Dominique is an owner who stays closely involved with his projects and personally did the templating. I found him to be a straight shooter, upfront/honest and easy to work with. They preferred to do the demo and replacement of the plywood/leveling ( if it was necessary ) which I found to be an exception in this industry. The other bidders refused to consider the demo and required that I hire a contractor or do it myself. From my viewpoint, all this does is set up a classic finger pointing scenario. The sink cuts and placement were excellent. Their showroom staff was very friendly and accommodating with samples. Overall this was a quality installation and I felt it was at a good price. read more

Met with the husband and wife who work there asked them to send us a quote and never heard from them. I finally called them after almost one week and they said they would resend the email. I asked them how long it would take & they said they now couldn't get to me for 2 weeks and I have an install date of Friday the 17th. Said I will probably have to find someone else and he said good luck and we hung up. I felt he was rude & I will never attempt to do business with them again. read more

They do not do home quotes! Trying to save people's time. Called to see if they can send somebody to measure properly and give me a quote, Found out that they do not do that. We were introduced to Dominick by Joe Henley of Henley's Custom Cabinets and from the first time I met him I knew he was a professional. After searching for several weeks we finally found the perfect granite slabs, but without the right fabricator it would be just a stone slab. What Dominick and his staff did was turn it into beautiful finished counter tops. And the island counter was not an easy job since it was oversized (9'x5) and weighed approx. 800 lbs and took 4 people to move it into the house and with such a large one piece slab you need to take extra care. Being a contractor from the East Coast I felt comfortable working with Dominick since he knew his business and was upfront with his estimates. I plan on using him again when we re-do our bathrooms. read more

We visited the showroom, which is very nice, and worked with a knowledgable showroom salesperson. When we left we were informed we would receive a quote in a week (a long time but, they explained they were busy) The same day we visited the showroom, we received a "thanks for stopping in" email which asked for some additional measurements (which we responded to) and promised to be in touch soon. A week goes by and we don't receive a quote. I send a friendly reminder that we were expecting our quote- no reply. A few days later I again email asking if they could please submit our quote since we are making a final decision- no reply. Hard to imagine how a project would get time well/timely when they couldn't even get it together to send our quote... read more

Dominic and the team over at Diamond Stoneworks, from Candy the project coordinator and administrative assistant to the the guy who performed final installation, were absolute pleasures to work with on our outdoor kitchen and wet bar projects. We originally signed up with granite expo but they abandoned the project day of installation because they did not do double bullnose. That put us behind schedule and back to the drawing board to locate a granite fabricator. I found Diamond Stoneworks through Yelp and they did not disappoint. We bided the project out to several contractors and not only was Diamond Stoneworks the first to respond, their price was better than what our general contractor was able to get from his source. That, coupled with how nice and professional the staff was, made Diamond Stoneworks an easy choice. Our project included a large outdoor kitchen, inside wet bar, and two slabs in the inside kitchen. Knowing we were on a tight budget at the end of our large landscaping project, Dominic recommended leftover slabs from their stock to help us save on material. He also had a very keen eye for color and design. The outcome was nothing short of stunning. We have already referred them to others for their craftsmanship and integrity. read more

I recently hired Dominic to install a marble counter-top in my kitchen. This was a fairly large project involving 3 slabs. Dominic and his crew handled it all with ease! I could tell from his initial consultation that he was a professional, and that attitude carried through the entire project. He did exactly what he promised, and always listened to me when I had questions or concerns. He made sure that the slabs I picked out were perfect and free of defects. The installation was relatively quick, and he made sure the pattern in the marble flowed from counter-top to back-splash - he's clearly an artist! He was even able to create a tabletop, mantle, and windowsills with the left over marble from the counter-top pattern! His installers were neat, professional, efficient and cleaned up after their work. Candy in the office answered every question I had and was pleasant to work with. If I were to ever get new stonework I would use Dominic and Diamond Stoneworks again in a heartbeat! I would highly recommend them for your kitchen remodeling projects. We worked with Diamond Stoneworks to do our kitchen counters and they did such an unbelievable job. They were so professional at every turn and our kitchen came out beautifully. It is very rare in this day to have someone actually do what they say they are going to do. When we needed them to come back to fix little things they did that and more. They installed our dishwasher and when it wasn't fitting quite right they said we will fix it and if we can't we will find someone who will!!!! (They actually fixed the problem) When do you ever hear that!! Not only did they do a fantastic job but they also were so nice to work with. Everyone of the employees was very nice and so accommodating. Exactly what we needed when going through a stressful remodel. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Diamond Stoneworks did a fantastic job at our home replacing our old parquet floor entry with a beautiful travertine tile. We just had a party at our home and everyone commented on how beautiful it was. I have done many remodel projects and have dealt with many contractors so it was a delight to deal with Dominique and his very professional crew and office staff. Candy in the office handled some details with the tile with courtesy and promptness that was appreciated. Dominique followed through with everything that had been discussed and put in the contract. The crew completed demolition, installation and cleaning up every day with efficiency and teamwork. Each detail of the project was discussed with me. Pat and Phillip were a delight to work with and did an outstanding job. The promptness of the crew and their organizational skills was appreciated especially with so many contractors who don't communicate very well. I would recommend Dominique and his crew for your consideration. read more

Domenic and his staff and crew did a great job in the installation of our new quartz countertop and tiled backsplash. The front office staff responded to emails and questions quickly and patiently (thank you Candy and Shawn). The crew arrived on time and were very courteous, professional and thorough. Diamond Stoneworks is the only contractor I would hire to install granite in our home. This is our second experience with them since they installed granite counters in our kitchen about 10 years ago. We just completed a remodel of our master bathroom and couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish, Domenick was so helpful and professional. He had wonderful suggestions for styles, colors, installation and additonal subcontractors. We especially appreciated how willing he was to work with us, since we wanted to do the demoliton, electrical, some of the plumbing, painting and floor tile installation ourselves. Diamond Stoneworks fabicated four slabs of granite (some 38 separate pieces), installed the shower tile floor and refaced all of the cabinets in a new color and style. Domenick is an artist in how he plans out the fabrication and installation of the granite with seams that are nearly invisible and colors/patterns which flow from one piece to the next. He was quick to recommend an outstanding company for a frameless clear glass shower enclosure and a plumber for the shower drain and valve installation. It is so easy to work with Diamond Stoneworks. They have great ideas with their extensive experience, their estimate includes all of the installation without up charges for cutting holes for sinks, faucets, bullnosing, etc. I could not recommend them more highly to anyone considering an installation or remodel. We have the bathroom of our dreams thanks to Diamond Stoneworks! read more

We used Diamond Stoneworks for our quartzite counter top installation in our Danville kitchen. There were challenges we faced during the process that got worked out to our satisfaction. When selecting natural stone for counter tops that require a seam at some point, it is important to follow the advice of the professional fabricator in templating the stone slab. We tried to get by with 2 slabs instead of 3 and the seam did not look right. After living with it for a couple months, we decided to have the offending section replaced. Domenick worked with us to get it replaced to our satisfaction. It required us to purchase an additional slab and the cost of the removal and replacement, but we are now happy. The remnant material form the 3rd slab allowed us additional quartzite to use as a backslash for the cook top and a vanity top for an adjacent small bathroom vanity, so our original decision to go with just 2 slabs proved to be a false economy. Domenick's original recommendation was to use 3 slabs, and we should have followed his advice. He's a pro, listen to what he recommends. Their followup on some minor issues has been great, we recommend them. read more
