The Diamond Showcase is the place to go for any jewelry shopping. The personalized service I experienced was incredible. I was shopping for the custom made wedding band to fit with my engagement ring. Jordan helped me find the style of ring guard I liked and had it custom made with in short time period. In a nut shell....purchased engagement ring/set, get married 5 years later, have them attach wedding band...wore it 2 days and a diamond falls out of the band. Take it back, they explain they will replace the stone at no charge but the ring needs maintenance. $81 dollars later and 2 days I get the set back...and 2 days later another diamond falls out. Not on the band, but out of the engagement ring...but wait...they just maintenance the ring. This is an amazing establishment. The employees were exceptionally helpful. I found a great new wedding band for my husband that was an unbeatable deal. Staff member was able to have it resized and ready for my anniversary in a fraction of the time other jeweler stores would have quoted.
