I had some loose diamonds that I wanted to put into a jewelry piece - one for each of my grown children - for Christmas. My daughter put a diamond in a gold pendant and my son chose a silver bracelet to put his diamond in. Both items were done in time for Christmas and were beautiful! I wld drive hours to purchase from The Ram. The Jewelry is exquisite and I can't believe the prices . Seriously I'm absolutely shocked! I had to take a double take and a third to make sure the prices were accurate. I even asked him if that was real price on several pieces. Seriously . I went in to get a very valuable charm bracelet repaired and 4 charmed added . He quoted me 115.$ yeah you heard right. I was recently given some lovely gold earrings as a gift, with clasps I'd never encountered before. First thing I did was to bend one of them out of shape. Yay me. I took them to Ram Jewelers today and Josh, the jeweler, was kind enough to re-align the mechanism and show me how to handle them in the future. He also gave me some hints on shopping for earrings. EXCELLENT jewelry store. I went there to have my engagement ring sized about a year ago and he did an amazing job and a great price. I moved to California since then and refuse to go to any other jeweler. He was very informative, experienced, honest, and VERY trustworthy. He tested my diamonds when I got there and then again before I left. Today, the last day of my visit to Washington, I called him when he opened to see if I could have the silver re done for that gorgeous shine my ring lacked severely. I had a pair of very nice lapis lazuli earrings that belonged to my grandmother. Very large stones, in a silver setting. I lost one of them, so I had the other made into a ring many years ago. (Right after that I found the other earring). The ring had gotten too small for my finger, so I took it into Ram Jewelers and they re-sized it for me. Did a GREAT job, quick and expertly done. They did so well on the ring, that I took the other earring in and had them make it into a pendant so I could wear it as a necklace. What a superb job!! Excellent work, done in a timely way. Now I have a beautiful necklace and ring that are completely one of a kind. Price was good too. I totally recommend them for custom made jewelry or something beautiful from their showcase.
