This is one of the lowest cost places IN THE WORLD to buy cannabis. Not kidding, YOU won't find it cheaper ON THE ENTIRE PLANET. Huge selection, friendly budtenders. Why pay more read more

I wish I could make this my regular store because the pricing is good... but every 3-6 months I receive the wrong item or don't receive one of the items I ordered. Worst part, is their policy is if they give you the wrong item... they break WA state law, by not giving you a refund/exchange, for the incorrectly filled order. I paid a premium to buy a cartridge that was advertised as having THCV (rare find and only reason I bought it)... brand was right, strain was right, but 0 THCV. So, it was misrepresented, and they only do exchanges or refunds for defective items. I just wish I could get the things I paid for and/or that they cared about making things right. FTC would consider this unfair and deceptive as well. read more

Got expired concentrates :( I probably should've double checked before I bought but usually as a consumer that's not what we're thinking to look for. I know it's not the budtender fault, just want people to know so they can be cautious as well. Seems like they have too much product atp they can't keep it fresh. read more

My experience at this business has always been positive. It is a pleasure to go there and have Angela help me with my choices. They are always getting new items in, which equals plenty of choices. You can't beat the prices! Everyday there is a sale!!!!! read more

I have shopped here for years. Never again. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store since it opened. Today was the last straw. Main Street sells defective cartridges and refuses to stand by their own return policy. I had a receipt, had the defective cartridge, and told them that the coil was burnt, and produced a foul vapor that wasn't actually cannabis vapor but burnt cotton wick. They assumed I was trying to scam them, or something, and said that they "don't take cartridges back for taste" and that they refuse to take a cartridge that "produces vapor" and refused to believe me when I said it was not vapor but cotton smoke from the burning wick. They then said that they had problems with the brand I was returning, admitting that I was right and that they had sold me a defective product! Yet they still refused to return the cartridge. I have actually had bad tasting cartridges from them in the past and never returned a single one because of the taste! I was a loyal customer for years since they opened the Longview location, but I will never spend my hard-earned money there again. I suggest everyone else do the same. They do not care about their customers and do not stand behind their products. The condescending, accusatory way I was called a liar today, when I was clearly in the right, means that Main Street Marijuana has lost my business forever. read more

I am a senior on a tight budget. I needed a new vape pen and bought one here. Brought it home, never worked. Not being aware of the "no return" policy, I tried to exchange it. The clerk actually agreed to the exchange until an older, dark haired, heavy set woman came over. They appeared to do the exchange and gave me my "new" pen. Was very grateful, even tipped them! Brought home the pen and lo and behold...same pen that I had before!! Felt so scammed and humiliated. If they are that dishonest, can I really trust them with any purchase? read more

Always so damn rude to the customers. 2nd time in there to be talked to like an idiot. Kiss my ass! I'll take my money to a business with humble/friendlier employees read more

great pricing on flower. Only one time I got a bag of (WA growers) flower and it had pesticide taste that made me sick. I now stick with phat panda, because they are trusted. All deals are final so the bag I could not get a refund. But for the price I'm not complaining too much. read more

Avoiding the terrible manager has made my experiences shopping here much more pleasant. When I see him on the floor, I make like I am still looking at the menu until someone else is available. They have a few others that are pleasant and knowledgeable. It is mainly the couple guys that run the business that are uptight dbags. read more

I seriously hate the customer service here!! It's ridiculous how rude some of the employees are!! I came in looking a two pack for $7 and this guy pointed me to a $4 and told me if I didn't know what brand it was, I was basically shit out of luck then quickly just "rushed" me. He didn't want to help me find it and put my order in anyway for this shitty $4s. I found it after and politely said "hey I found it" and he rudely just went to the person at the back and was like "she changed her mind" when I could have just bought both! He was already working with someone by now and I politely said it was okay that I wait till he was done and he rudely was like "No, I can't" & came right back to me. I didn't understand how he could help one person, LEAVE them in the middle of it and try to come to me like I was the problem! Don't go there!! ^^^ If you want good customer service, go to ! LOCALAMSTER, on Cali. way. They're the nicest people!! Find Chris or Joey! Good products and you get what you pay for! They don't rush you even if they have 3 people behind you. read more

Best place ever! Recommend to everyone and anyone best place to buy bud haven't picked up any concentrates yet

Honestly really good products and they seemed like they had a good amount of stock. BUT Damn they are pushy with sales and slightly rude, the dude at the front door makes it a little awkward too.won't be going back anytime soon.Plus you shouldn't make a costumer feel the need to talk down to someone if they are looking at your goods. Not a good experience. read more

I am a huge Main Street user from Vancouver. I recently was one my way through Longview and decided to stop by to shop and see what the store was like! Unfortunately I was very disappointed, the staff was very rude and made me feel like I was burden on them for purchasing Merchandise from them. I love main Street Marijuana because of the staff that always makes me feel important and worth their time. The Longview location is hands down the weakest link within the company! read more

Main Street knows their shit! I got double delicious soothing cream from there for my back pain and wow! I feel so wonderful when I use it. Thanks to the guys there they know how to suggest some good shit! read more

This is the best dispensary in town, hands down. Their selection of products is amazing--hundreds of offerings at excellent prices. The staff are always friendly, and they know their stuff. Most of the other shops in town are good, but these guys are great. Highly recommended! read more

I would give a better review star rating for this place and business because i know they do have a friendly and, for the most part , very helpful staff with a decent selection of products and varieties. One thing really kind of stands out as problematic in their sales practices to me is their all sales are final policy. Well last night i went in to grab a couple things and said why not buy another little $9 handheld torch with the rest of what i had to purchase. After arriving home last evening with the handheld torch I literally ,after 3 pushes/lights, watched the plastic around the ignitor crumble a part and essentially disengage and halt the torch from working. I called today and spoke with Ryan concerning the situation and was pretty much told over and over again while i was speaking all sales are final. I told him i do understand and get that but couldn't i at least exchange your guys defective product for another torch? Nope all sales are final. This isnt an actaul purchase of marijuana or a smoking a piece. My last 3 or 4 times in tips with purchases their must have been over that by now. So basically I feel as if I were just swindled by some carnival gypsy and a busted lighter from the jump. Well thanks anyway, will definitely scale back the visits unfortunately for a bit because of kind of feeling like i got played by a company that would be for its people. Peace and love anyway. And thanks for the otherwise great experience. read more

Mainstreet is losing its touch. Countless times now, I've been in there... or my BF has... and we been given the wrong price on something, wrong brand, etc. I STRICTLY smoke sativa due to my depression. Indicas only bring me down. He went in and bought something off the list, which said active next to it, and purchased. When he got home, idk why I even asked... but I did, "is it a sativa" he said yes... but still my gut feeling was like... eeehhh, so I went on leafy and looked up the strain.. and low and behold... a freaking indica. Mainstreet has LOST its touch. Wont be going there anymore! read more

The staff is always helpful. I buy Dragon Balm for my osteoarthritis because it was a suggestion from one of the staff. It has been a great help in making the pain a little more bareable. My husband also likes the suggestions the staff makes for him. read more
