I went in to the shop, in major pain, to figure out what happened. They fully know that they have advertised prices lower than they sell. I left with a sativa dominant hybrid. I called like an hour later when I was about to open it and relax. I simply wanted to exchange a fully unopened completely sealed in a foil bag thing mfused disposable. They said they will only fix it if the cartilage/disposable is not functional. It really was the hardest draw I've ever had and probably would have qualified for an exchange but I'm never going back. Mfused redid their whole line so the store would probably just argue that its supposed to be like that. This is not how you stay in business. You dont screw off the customers dropping a couple hundred/couple thousand a month at your business.
