I go to the front of the ONLY REGISTER and cashier. Never even acknowledged. A new customer walks in immediately and again I'm immediately invisible again even standing in front of him. The client and cashier are talking literally over me. The men are tall and I'm standing between them. Then the old blond manager. Not to get her confused with the lovely younger blond lady that works there who is super nice and helpful. She comes out greets the man customer and starts havi g a whole conversation with the cashier and the customer. They help him with his order and go to check him out but guess who is Still standing there waiting to get weed... ME. So the customers checks my fucking shoulder and I grt knocked back..... NOTHING THEY ARE STILL ALL 3 CHATTING IT UP... I just straight up leave... I use to go there 2 times agreed. I would spend early 150 a week on goodies... I will dri k bleach before I give them anymore of my or my families business again.and the sad part is.... they were always the ones who helped me... they'd ask about mu kids and family. I know about them.. I got a new hair cut ams a dye job and they didn't even acknowledged me.... I've been going there for 4 years... and they treated me like shit because the didn't recognize that I was a regular and so was my husband.... don't go there... no prices are worth being treated like a nobody from people you know. Worst part, is their policy is if they give you the wrong item... they break WA state law, by not giving you a refund/exchange, for the incorrectly filled order. I paid a premium to buy a cartridge that was advertised as having THCV (rare find and only reason I bought it)... brand was right, strain was right, but 0 THCV. So, it was misrepresented, and they only do exchanges or refunds for defective items. I just wish I could get the things I paid for and/or that they cared about making things right. FTC would consider this unfair and deceptive as well.

Not only am I in every 2-3 days, so everyone knows I'm crazy sensitive to Sativa and its a no go, but the associate sold me a disposable and didnt listen to me when I said indica or hybrid. I left with a sativa dominant hybrid. I called like an hour later when I was about to open it and relax. I simply wanted to exchange a fully unopened completely sealed in a foil bag thing mfused disposable. They said they will only fix it if the cartilage/disposable is not functional. It really was the hardest draw I've ever had and probably would have qualified for an exchange but I'm never going back. Mfused redid their whole line so the store would probably just argue that its supposed to be like that. This is not how you stay in business. You dont screw off the customers dropping a couple hundred/couple thousand a month at your business.

I've frozen them, and they turn to a sticky mess the moment that they come out of the freezer.
