The folks working g behind the counter and manning the phone lines are friendly, efficient and go above and beyond to help. The store is clean and well maintained. On one occasion, she had my husband step out of the line while waiting for a medication to be filled, which is reasonable. But when it was ready, she never texted him to let him know, and when he came back up to the counter she made him go to the end of the line again, which by that point wrapped around an entire aisle. She was also loudly arguing with coworkers at the counter about a new company policy regarding purple hair color and face tattoos, insisting she was right and that she'd lose her job over it. This was completely unprofessional in front of customers. On a later visit, I personally experienced her being condescending and rude to me directly at the counter, and I had to ask her to stop talking to me. As this was happening, she was yelling across the room about how great she is and how loved she is there, while the pharmacist stood there listening and said nothing. I left the store shaking, I was so angry. After two separate incidents, we've lost confidence in this location and have moved our prescriptions elsewhere. Customer service matters, especially at a pharmacy where people are often already stressed or unwell, this kind of treatment shouldn't happen.

Giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, I called the pharmacy and asked if they could double check theirr count. I was told I would get a call back later that day. 1/2 hour before they close, with no call back I call to check status. The very rude pharmacist tells me that there's no way they'd make a mistake. When I asked if he could count what he has and see if his inventory count was right, he told me he has 100's of pills and that's impossible, the best he could do is count them in front of me in the future. I said I will no longer fill anything there and HE HUNG UP ON ME. The worst customer service! It's too bad because they are local. Don't go there unless you want to supply the pharmacists habit with your script.

My main issue is their stock, typically it seems to be not only outdated...but not filled either. A lot seems to be out of stock, and they seem to not have the new stuff. But aside from that, it's honestly a perfectly acceptable establishment. Relatively clean, nice workers, it's definitely got a big parking lot while ALSO being big inside the store. There's even a Redbox outside, if that's your thing. For me, this store is a perfectly reasonable stop if you're wanting to. Especially if you're a regular. But with the other options right across the street, I'd say just go there. But I'm not mad at this place at all. Just a bit underwhelmed and dissatisfied.

She says, sorry you're confused because the salesmen ended on the 1st, like gaslighting me into I'm confused. I then said you should have given me buy one get one. The sign was up. She said to go stand in line again to get it. Why wasnt she ringing people up? Why are signs still up 11 days past the sale? Why would you gaslight a customer (a veteran on veterans day no less)? You should have apologized and given me the other bag of popcorn! Is there even at this store? If so, your store is a hot mess and you should be ashamed of your staff. Never again. I remained on hold for 27 minutes. Worried I'd been forgotten but not wanting to lose my place in line I called from another phone where a man answered the phone immediately. I let him know I'd been on hold for 27 minutes to which he said "we're busy, we get to the phones when we can"?!?!?!?! Apparently not in the order that they'd recieved. Not even an apology or a promise to fix the issue. A couple wks ago I went through the drive thru to pic up a prescription. I had injured my leg and was driving my vehicle with disabled plates. I called before leaving my dr to make sure a prescription was ready. They said it would be ready in 30 min. I made the hour drive from Montesano and waited behind 6cars. When I got up to the window the women said it wasn't ready, it would be a couple minutes and I needed to drive around and wait in line again. Frustrated and in pain I told her I'd called then waited in the very long line. She advised me to just come in the store then. How completely insensitive. As I drove around as instructed i got a text saying my medication was ready. I waited behind 5 cars before getting my medication. I called on my way home and spoke to the store manager who apologized profusely.
