I guess this isn't technically a negative review or rating, but I definitely am not satisfied with this Walgreens. Not that it needs to be "the greatest thing ever" but I wish it was better. My main issue is their stock, typically it seems to be not only outdated...but not filled either. A lot seems to be out of stock, and they seem to not have the new stuff. But aside from that, it's honestly a perfectly acceptable establishment. Relatively clean, nice workers, it's definitely got a big parking lot while ALSO being big inside the store. There's even a Redbox outside, if that's your thing. For me, this store is a perfectly reasonable stop if you're wanting to. Especially if you're a regular. But with the other options right across the street, I'd say just go there. But I'm not mad at this place at all. Just a bit underwhelmed and dissatisfied. read more

Needed meds, labeled buy one get one free. Didn't ring up that way. Neither did the boom chicka popcorn with a sign on it. I needed the meds and only bought one popcorn. There was a line of at least 10 people. I go back and take of a picture of the sign. I walked to the front of the the line to a lady not ringing people up. I showed her the sign. She says, sorry you're confused because the salesmen ended on the 1st, like gaslighting me into I'm confused. I then said you should have given me buy one get one. The sign was up. She said to go stand in line again to get it. Why wasnt she ringing people up? Why are signs still up 11 days past the sale? Why would you gaslight a customer (a veteran on veterans day no less)? You should have apologized and given me the other bag of popcorn! Is there even at this store? If so, your store is a hot mess and you should be ashamed of your staff. Never again. Fred meyer is across the street and cheaper. When y'all go out if business like rite aid, this is why. read more

My review is primarily for the pharmacy. I have used Vancouver Walgreens pharmacy for years with no problems. Moved to Longview and started getting prescriptions to this pharmacy. My family will be switching pharmacies. The problem is they are unorganized, have poor time-management and the pharmacist is unfriendly. I will happily take my business elsewhere. There is a very nice woman that works the counter. I can tell she is over-whelmed and stressed most often when I come. They are short staffed. read more

They are always understaffed, and lines are always long, there is only two females that know how to use the pharmacy system, they rotate pharmacists about every 2 months, there is one there that comes off real rude, but once you get to know her she ain't all that bad. Took a little while to warm up to her. Otherwise they almost always have to order my script even though I'm on schedule to have it filled monthly. Could be better prepared with having scripts in stock especially when it's the same medicine every month. read more

Dirty, poor customer service. Don't recommend. Unfortunately, in this area there isn't much of a choice for alternatives.

This is a nice store with many odds and ends. They provide products for every holiday, have photo, pharmacy and many vitamins, first aid and supplies for whatever ails you. There are even aisles of food, pet supplies and a lot of make up. I'm always treated well here and there is a lot to be said about their convenience. read more

I have been a customer of Walgreens for well over 2 decades. First in California, then in Oregon, and now in Longview, Washington. For the last 5 years everything was great...even during the pandemic. However, in the last couple of months the Pharmacy part of the Longview store has hit rock bottom! So far down that I am sure down looks up! I will not fault the staff, they seem new...the previous employees seem to have vanished. But it may be that Walgreens has sacrificed customer service (at the pharmacy) to save on labor costs. After waiting in Drive-Thru lane for one hour and seven minutes, I was told the prescription that "Walgreens texted was ready", would take 20 minutes to fulfill. When I returned to Walgreens (90 minutes later), I went inside the store...the line of people waiting for the medication was 9 people long, including me. After waiting for more than 20 minutes and the line not moving, I gave up. When this prescription is "Finally" ready...it will be the last I ever get from this Walgreens! I know this is not occuring at two other pharmacies where I pick up meds for friends...this seems to be a Walgreens Longview issue. read more

Be careful when having a prescription refilled here . I believe they are totally inept. My prescription was dropped off. Tech had difficulty entering into their system so much that she even entered her own birthday instead of mine. Obviously, my prescription wouldn't pull up with the wrong birthdays. Two days later I returned to pick up my prescription only to discover she never ordered it. I was now out. Another tech informed me the Safeway store across the street had my prescription in stock so she transferred it to that store. What did I discover? I discovered that wasn't true at all. Back to Walgreens to discover that since it had been transferred once, it couldn't be transferred again. read more

I scheduled a covid test twice, twice they were canceled, twice they never informed me, twice I showed up for the appointment on time and then was told I couldn't get the test and I needed to reschedule. And Walgreens does not let you reschedule an appointment after the time it was to happen. Do not go here if you have a choice you're wasting your time and money read more

There's this one cashier every time I go in she's an older lady very rude and just not a nice person told the manger she messed up something and got to the store they next day to fix it he was very rude also! If I had a closer Walgreens trust me I'd be going there instead! Told the manager and said oh no ones ever complained about her before but I know multiple who don't like her read more

Nice clean Walgreens. The staff is sometimes not friendly at all, which is why I rated it only three stars.

I've had consistently pleasant and professional assistance from this pharmacy. Drive-thru is efficient and accurate when predicting the time a prescription will be ready. They had a great ad. I packed up my 1 year old twins and let them cry the entire way because well, car seats.... go to the store, and they told me that of the 3 items I wanted ALL of them were a misprint. Seriously! I saw signs stated they had 5 misprints in their ad that week. Sounds like scam to get people into the store. I have no intention of ever shopping their again.
