Bonus this mall still has its original look and never got an ugly remodel. And I love there is a model railroad place inside this mall that is only open more limited hours vs full mall hours, obviously. And even a 12 screen Regal theater if you feel like seeing a movie. If you're a mall enthusiast like me, definitely visit this mall. I get the sense the owner cares about this mall. I.e. in the old Macy's wing(south wing of mall that was turned car dealer office) there was a game store that took over the former Sam Goody, and a space where groups often play bingo including during my visit.

This mall is clean, safe and perfectly maintained. There is a model train museum that our grandsons enjoy visiting. The folks that run it are wonderful.

That's what they sell at The Man Store. Would you like a puzzle or a kite? Maybe a 1955 Chevy replica toy car? I'm not sure what most men like to buy but this store seems more like a place to get gifts for someone younger in your life than a man store. I was thinking it would have tools or hunting equipment but that's my opinion and I also don't work at The Man Store. That said, these guys always had everything I needed--controls, new track, extensions--and always had product I could inspect. No shipping/return ping-pong with online sellers. But what I've grown to love best about them is their outright disdain for the lowest form of "hobbyist": The drone bro. Call it a "multicopter" all you'd like, pal, but your cheap piece of plastic trash is, at best, flying camera gear and, at worst, a suburban air rights debate just waiting to be solved in the most hostile way possible. I'm pleased that Hillsboro Hobby has never catered to these plugs, and I wish them continued success in selling the exact type of anti-air countermeasures that make these guys think twice about flying them over residential areas.
