I love the facility; it is clean, secure, and convenient. The day before I had to fly back to the Bay Area, my daughter left her long board outside the storage door and they were able to locate it. I was not able to return before the office closing time, however they left the board with the security person who immediately greeted me and returned the board so that I can store it for the summer. Thank you for the extra service. I would recommend the facility to everyone looking for storage for its great location, facilities, and customer service.

They do things like a small family business and I sure appreciate that. We were able to go down to two units and when we moved from Spokane to Spokane Valley we needed another unit and rented at a Uhaul because it was so close to our new house. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. They have limited hours and a very corporate outlook. Today we took all of those belongings out of the UHaul unit and what we didn't give away we moved to ABC across town. I'd recommend these folks wholeheartedly.

That was a bonus but the gentleman signed me up was very helpful at the time. Unfortunately it turned out that I was never signed up for the bonus sign in and now it comes time for paying the third month rent with the late fee. Denny the manager of secure it self storage was not helpful at all. If I had the chance to do it over again I would not rent from secure it self storage. I would like to think that the proper thing to do for a business is to make it right for the customer. Thank you for nothing Denny.

My friend and I have driven multiple times to access our unit and they have been closed. Super sketchy, elevator doesn't work, hallway lights broken, pretty sure people are living in their units. Unfortunately, he had car trouble on the drive up from CA, and wasn't able to get into town to pick up the rental at the appointed time. I called the office to see what our options were and was fortunate to have the Regional Manager, Amanda, answer the phone. I explained our situation and she was extremely friendly and helpful in providing a solution at no extra cost. It was a very stressful time and I greatly appreciated her assistance! When my son finally made it to town, the rental was waiting for him. The whole process was very smooth and we highly recommend them!
