I was concerned that the mold may have developing from underneath the stone and along the walls. It kept returning after I continued to scrub it and feared the issue was going to require a full shower replacement. I found Star Tile and Stone online and the reviews are ALL true. After communicating with Pavlo he asked me if I could email him some photos which I did. He got back to me a day or two later and said that he thought he could simply clean and treat my shower and not to worry. Pavlo showed up to my home a week later with his equipment and did a beautiful job. His work was very detailed and advised that if I ever decided to replace the shower that he could do it but did not advise doing so at this time. His service fees was very reasonable and he even left me with some cleaning chemicals and educated me on how to maintain my shower. Folks, this guy is a gem! But when I came to pick it up, it was a whole other story. They were rude. They didn't want to help. It was like I was asking for a huge favor for them to even do their job! The tile I ordered is made by Clay Haus, and Clay Haus will only deliver to Surface. So its not like I could pick it up anywhere else. The order was also left incomplete and Surface did not apologize or offer to remedy it and I was sent across town to gather the remainer. Poor customer interface. Poor communication. Once they have your money they do not care about the service they provide. I can't help by wonder why I was treated like I farted in an elevator.

I selected Fletcher because they were responsive and able to start quickly. I had already purchased the TruTEX vinyl flooring and its recommended adhesive. Fletcher Floors was able to pick up from the retailer and get the rest of the supplies. I appreciated the coordination and updates via text. They were even able to repair a spot in the floor which had water damage before putting on the new flooring. The final result is a significant improvement in both the kitchen and bathroom.
