Not good.....My friend told me to go to this place because of a 40% off deal, but when I got there, it was only 20% off...... $34 for a mani/pedi still sounded like a good deal, though....... the pedicure was a bit painful, but during my manicure she clipped my finger and it started bleeding instantly......and this was right after I noticed she was using used implements and dirty files on me. I am in the service industry, I do hair and am licensed in nails as well. NOT LEGAL in terms of safety and disinfecting policies in CO......Can you say 'risk of Staf infection'? By the end of my time, I look at my nails, and 2/10 have bubbles in the paint, I went through at least 5 cycles under the UV dryer, and my nails were still wet, so I had to leave with my bare feet/flip-flops in 17 degree weather. My hands still look dry and ragged, too..... Meanwhile, my cousin went with me and the woman didn't even file one whole hand of hers.....whoops?!? And, when you are the only people in the whole establishment, it usually means something......... All in all, this place totally sucked....you get what you pay for, and I am going to stick with what works for me..... Paris Nails on 6th and Grant rock, are sanitary and it's WAY more professional and relaxing....... Worst. Ever. read more

I really don't get the good reviews for this place. I got a pedi and shellac mani. My shellac manicure literally looked like my 6 year old little cousin painted my nails - super sloppy - I had to go pay to have it taken off because I couldn't stand looking at it. I tried to point this out to the tech and she acted like nothing was wrong. You could literally see through parts of the color on different nails. Went to the Denver diamond nail for a mani pedi. I usually go to the one in Bergen park so thought the quality would be the same. Not even close. This is the worst salon that I've ever been to. Here's the list of issues: 1. Used cheese grater on my feet 2. I wore crop pants and they somehow managed to get cream on my pants. 3. Same with shirt - ended w lotion on the cuffs of my shirt. 4. Nails and cuticles look like my 8 year old niece painted them. Should be interesting to see how long the polish stays on since the tech didn't remove the lotion on my fingers prior to polishing. 5. Toes hurt today from the tech digging into my nails. 6. Tech spilt hot wax all over my purse shoes and coat. Barely said I'm sorry. And I was still charged for the wax. Guess I did get to take it home w me! Ha. I would have walked out but had mother in law with me and didn't want to make a scene. Definitely avoid this salon! read more

I've been in here a few times with friends and have gotten a shellac manicure which are always great and last about 2-3 weeks. Last Sunday (not even a week ago) I came in and wanted to try out the SNS nail powder as I was told it would last longer than shellac. Well here we are 6 days later and the acrylic is peeling off my real nail. Very disappointing as I paid $45 for the service. I probably won't be back. read more

I had a great first visit after after a recommendation from a friend...went in with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon to get pedi's where I received a shellac pedi and my daughter got a pedi with regular polish. I met the owner who was very friendly and gave me the rundown of her shop and how long she had been in business. We were satisfied with the quality and overall experience from the salon AND our nails looked great! I went in today for a mani/pedi hoping to receive the same experience and was sadly disappointed. I should have known it would be bad when the tech pushed my cuticles back, trimmed my toenails but didn't bother to clean underneath my toenails. She spent very little time on each foot and rushed through the lotion and massage. The painting was terrible and when I tried to point things that were wrong out to her she acted as if she didn't understand me, mumbled under her breath and proceeded to continue to paint my toenails. I thought I had found a wonderful new nail salon, but unfortunately they aren't consistent with their quality or service. You definitely lost a customer. read more

I got chrome nails. At first she missed a few spots but then went back to check and filled the missing spots in. Now everything is even and super shiney! Love the new chrome look! Excellent little "Diamond in the Rough." My friend and I went here today and were both treated to very good, long massages on our legs. Everything was clean. even the bathroom was spotless. I love my polish. I would probably bring my own next time, but they do have a pretty good selection of OPI colors. The price for our pedicure was $22. They did request cash instead of credit card, which was fine. I would plan to go with extra cash so you can tip them well! All the ladies there were really sweet, and worked super hard. read more

Great nail salon,they always remember you very unusual to have to wait. No wifi and I think they can do better job cleaning but they massage your legs for like 10 minutes which to me is more important. They have reasonable prices and don't charge 10 bucks to remove shellack. Better then most nail salons in Denver. read more

I go here sometimes because my gf likes to come here because of their prices. If it were up to me I would go elsewhere. The place is dirty and run down, I don't think they sanitize their tools or pedi stations, their colors are old and cheap, they have no clue how to do designs or good paint jobs. They are usually really nice but yesterday the lady who did my nails was so so rude. I felt like leaving mid way through my mani. I would give this place 3 stars because of their prices and friendly service but unfortunately my nail tech from yesterday put a bad taste in my mouth. There is no reason why u should feel uncomfortable at a nail salon, it's supposed to be a pleasant experience. This place was open on Sunday and squeezed my boyfriend and I in for one of their last pedicure appointments of the day. The customer service and prices were phenomenal. Then they offered to stay late so I could get a get gel polish mani before I left for vacation. I have to say, I was impressed. The even and accurately of the coats is some of the best I have had. However, two days later my gel polished peeled off a nail and is lifting on the others; seems to be a process error-either not curing under the light long enough, old gel, or applying in the wrong order. Mistakes happened, I am just bummed I am a 1000 miles away so I can allow them to redeem themselves. I'll probably give them another shot though. read more

I really liked the way my nails turned out! I was in from out of town and needed a last second spot on a Saturday. They got me in and started with the pedicure. It's about as standard as pedicures get but it was nice. Next my acrylic nails. The lady that helped me was very nice and welcoming. She gave me some pretty great nails nice thin and natural looking. Overall it's a fairly average nail salon but I did like the service and the results I received. Sort of wish I lived in Denver so I could have her keep these nails up as they are some of the best I've had. read more

Called same day and they happily allowed me to come in with 4 of my bridesmaids for Gel manicures. I ended up deciding on getting acrylic tips when I arrived, and it wasn't a big deal. They got all of us done so very quickly and everyone's nails looked amazing ! Prices are fantastic and all the staff are so friendly and did a great job! Hit and miss. Sometimes I've been pleased but mostly disappointed. the pedicures are nice and affordable. The nails the daughter does are good (from Texas) but the rest hit and miss. I recently got my nails done and the main one did them. They turned out fine. However, I asked for gel nails and she did acrylic. But charged more for just the shellac polish (oh well right?). The polish job wasn't as neat but you get what you pay for I guess. well three days later, the nail cracked in half's went back, someone else fixed it, done! But where it broke was not necessarily me but powder quality. Still it happens so I moved on. Went home by 8pm two more cracked right in the middle (not even where the tip was placed). Went back the day after next to get them fixed. Then someone else stepped in. Charged me for a color change so she could make them "thicker" I told her fine but that I wanted the same color. Then she finishes the nails and says she was going to paint them a different color. Well, the nails were bubbly looking, uneven and shaped different too much to complain about without starting over and I don't like confrontation so when she said she was doing a different color I just told her fine because I decided I won't come for the nails (maybe the feet). So she paints my nails and the paint is uneven and coated too thick. After three visits and $55 later, I didn't even get what I wanted. So if I'm going to end up paying $50, I might as well go somewhere where I don't have to come back. For basic service sometimes they do great and sometimes they don't. They don't try to be the best at what they do and that shows. Not much pride in a job well done. read more

Getting ready for vacation and needed mani/pedi to start it out right. Called and said would be there at 5:30 got right in and out at 7pm. Ana was very good about making sure I was comfortable, had water, temperature was good. I was thrilled to see they use the CHEESE GRATERS!!! I know some folks hate them but with work, sports and cute shoes, my feet need the extra oomph to get the dead skin off. Had parafin treatment on my feet, nice selection of polish but I had brought my own due to wanted to do touchups on vacation and total was $37 gave $3 tip and I was happy. Only bad thing was the massage #3 from window chair wasn't very vigourous, like it was on its last legs. the 2 other girls next to me also was their first time there and we all had Yelped the salon. My girlfriends and I came in for 2 full sets and a mani because my one friend suggested it. I was super skeptical walking in at first simply because of the area the salon is in. But as soon as we walked in we were greeted which I think is key to be acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Anna introduced herself to us right away and offered us a bottle of water. I have never been offered water at any other place I have walked into so this gesture was very kind of them. There were only 2 others in the salon when we walked in so we picked out our colors and got attended right away. I felt so comfortable as Anna was working on my nails because she was actually conversing with us and most places never do. We were having a great time talking and laughing that the original powder I had picked for my full set had been forgotten to be used. Neither one of us realized until the clear acrylic was already on my nails oops; oh well I ended up picking a shellac color that I ended up liking way better! So a happy mistake because I ended up loving them. My friend had Cindy working on her nails and her eyebrow wax who was also very friendly and joined in on our conversation. All in all the visit and all of our nails and her brows turned out really nice. Definitely recommend for anyone. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is amazing.
