Don't ever get your lashes done here, The employee essentially glued the faux lashes to my skin and REAL LASHES. She also aggressively held my eye open while I was visibly struggling to see and breathe which could caused some serious damage. The lashes will be different to remove because she applied unessacery glue on TOP off my real lashes. Then proceeded to charge me $25, an outrageous price for the work she completed. I went in to get my nails done with the inspo pic. I was adamant that I did not want to use the pink and white base but wanted a nude color. The nail tech Mary told me that they did not have "nude" which was odd to me considering I saw several nude colored dip powders behind her. She then proceeded to dip my nails 8 times in the pink base until it turned bubblegum. I tried to suggest she file down and switch to a more natural base but she then proceeded to add the natural base (which really was just white by my guess) on top of it. When she filed down to do the finishing parts of the nail after my 12 layer dipped nails, it turned into this odd bubble gum and white tie dye look. It might be a vibe for some but it was not it for me. I finally just asked her to put a deep Christmas red on my nails (which she tried for 10 minutes to talk me out of the red I chose saying I needed bright, again bright colors are not my vibe). I have been getting my nails dipped for years but Mary proceeded to tell me with dipped nails they cannot be "thin" which I know to be a lie as I have had them thin for most of the time. I ended up with bright red jelly beans on my nails that literally hurt from the weight of them. I ended up having to go back the next day to pay for a soak off and new full set. They tried to have Mary correct my nails but I was able to get Megan to do them again, she did better but still didn't take much of what I said into consideration & they started lifting from Megan a week after completed. Nothing's changed since my last post almost a year ago. Out of habit I made an appointment for 12 with a specific person. I walked in at 1155 with a few other people and none of us were acknowledged or greeted. I waited for about 10 minutes before I walked over to the tech to see how long she was going to be. She'd just started doing a new set on someone and wanted me to "wait a little while." I told her no because I needed to be somewhere else and walked out. She used the dremel with sand paper on my toes (( the one I use on my dogs nails !! )) I tried to stay calm...let her finish but when it was time to do my nails and she began using the same dremel on my nails I asked her why are you using that kind of dremel ? as she ran it across my nails hitting my cuticles. I just left the salon today 03/09 having to have my gel taken off that I got 5 days ago because it wasn't properly cured and started to bubble underneath and then eventually peel off. As I had my nails prepped, the beds of my nails were extremely sensitive and burning. This is because when I had gone to the salon on Saturday to get my acrylics off and gel put on, the lady who did them (I think her name is Mai) used a tip to pry the acrylics off of my nails. There was no lifting on the acrylics, she just pried them off. Because of the sensitivity, I decided I didn't want more gel and to just get my money back. They told me I could get more gel or nothing. If I felt like my nails could take it, I would have, but they compromised my nails so badly I can still feel the sensitivity sitting in the car. This was the second time my gel hasn't properly cured and peeled off and the second time I had to get them fixed. $110 is not chump change for us. Lisa and I wanted a holiday pedicure and a full set of nails each. Our pedicures were lame. My heels still feel like sandpaper. The employees seemed offended when we didn't want the enhanced pedicure or dipped nails or gel nails. They did a fast sloppy job and made no attempt to communicate when the upselling was rejected. I rank them with used car salesmen who sell you a car and then want to charge extra for the tires. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Definitely do not recommend this business. What started out as a fun rare treat for us turned into a depressing unsatisfying experience. And did I mention that the person doing my pedi told me she needed to have lunch before she started the mani, adding 30 minutes to this already too long adventure? I usually always depend on diamond nails to get my nails done. my friends and I went in at 1:45 and expected to get out by at least 3:00 but we didnt leave until 3:15. I had SNS from a previous nail trip in my hometown of chamblee (if youre in atlanta please go check out Luxury Nail Bar and ask for Nessa shes amazing and way better than anyone you'll find here) and I specifically asked for an SNS take off with a REGULAR POLISH MANICURE. the man who is apparently the manager did my nails and did a terrible job. didnt cut my nails until I asked and he left one uncut, didnt give me any nail oil, my cuticles were flooded with polish and when I complained they were incredibly rude to me and said that I didnt ask for a manicure when I did. I called after I left to speak to the manager and he was incredibly rude to me and talked over me. the way he made it seem was that because i didnt say i wanted a manicure (which i did) i basically deserved a terrible nail polish change. so please, do yourself a favor and skip this establishment. theyre terrible and dont care about customer satisfaction read more

If I could give this business no stars I would. I arrived at 2:00, let them know I needed to be done by 3:30, and showed them the design I wanted. They told me okay. They started on me right away with soaking my SNS nails off. They left me soaking for a long time while they did other people's nails who came in after me. Soooooo 4:30 rolls around and he's finally finished with my nails and it's time for them to do the design THAT I SHOWED THE AHEAD OF TIME! He tells me he can't do the design. Well the design was the whole reason why I got black nails so I was very unhappy that he couldn't do the design and didn't tell me until after the black nails were put on. I go to pay and proceed to let them know about the timing and that they couldn't do what I asked for. I personally didn't feel like I should have to pay full price because I was going to have to pay to get the black nails taken off and get new nails that I liked put on. The lady at the cash register told the assistant to call the police on me because "I refused to pay". The salon was busy and I was completely humiliated. I called the police first but being that it's a civil matter there was nothing they could do. So I paid the full price and I left. The next day my nails are now lifting from my natural nails and my cuticles have small cuts from the drill. The picture of the all black is what I got and the other picture is what I asked for. We just walked in and they were super busy but we got seated in the massage chairs right away. The deluxe pedicure was AMAZING!!! We both agreed best pedicure we have ever had. I went in for a regular mani pedi. The lady started on my pedicure and asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said yes. She proceeded to cut all of the square corners off of my nails and made them all round. Weird! I was shocked but I couldn't do anything about it. She did a decent job otherwise. It was a total disaster when it came to my mani. She did a poor job cutting my cuticles and a horrible job filing and buffing my nails so when she started polishing them, it wasn't smooth. She proceeded to put my polish in a shaking machine, my brand new OPI polish I had purchased 2 weeks prior. Then she applied a 3rd coat. My nails looked worse and worse with each coat. So why the 4 stars?? After I asked the nail tech to remove the polish and just paint my nails clear another lady stepped in and offered to fix my nails if I had time. I agreed and she did a great job. I assume that she was an owner/manager because she was assigning the work and taking payments. Anyway she completely re-did my mani and did a great job. I made an appointment to diamond nails to get my usual, that's a manicure and a pedicure. I always get SNS. The colors can be deceptive sometime. So today I decided to get white. The color number was 164. It was called snow white. After getting my nails dipped the color looked see-through. I explained to TWO The salon owner. That the color on my nails looked different from the display. I asked if he could add an extra coat of powder but he insisted on gel This was on top of the existing powder. I end up paying for my pedicure, dipping powder and the gel I didn't ask for. They turned out tacky and tasteless.I then explained that I didn't like them and I would return tomorrow to have them fixed. He then says, you will have to pay. However payment wasn't the issue. Ownership was my issue. Don't tell me as a business owner that the company that manufactured the color and the displays that you order, are off. If that's the case. Tell your customers that before wasting valuable time. Vee, the wife to the business owner. Cashes me out. I also expressed my concerns on the service I just paid for, for her to say. I should go somewhere I would be happy. I never knew I was ever unhappy with the service I've been receiving for all these years. I just wasn't happy during this visit. Worst nail salon I've been to in a looong time. Yes, its clean as far as the furnishing and the tools they use. Yes, they are moderately priced for everything in the area. No, I didn't have to wait in a huge ass line but attended to quickly. Yes, it was located off a main road close by everything and not in an obscure location. BUT! These people are rude and arrogant as a peacock. The people working acted like we were a nuisance upon our entrance. The gentleman who attended me was so wrapped up on the football game that he literally stopped like 5 minutes to check out the game. Annoying. Usually, it's a cool thing to get your mani and pedi done at the same time. I have no qualms about that but the manner in which they worked on my nails seemed rushed. The manicure was so half assed. Nails weren't clean or anything. The polish was painted on nicely but my mani and pedi took way too long because they were trying to challenge both things at the same time without anything stable for my hands to work off of. After my nails were done the people just threw on some toe separators and then they just left to go watch football. We literally had to ask for the disposable flip flops and pay. The guy still seemed indifferent and left before I even had a chance to say thanks. Overall, I get it. People like footballs. Thats cool but you can't ignore people because you have to watch tv. I use to go there, until I realized their nail technicians (except Lee) can't do gel polish. It was lumpy and didn't last. I also noticed that after pedicures they only take a little dish soap swirl a bit with a brush and move on the next person. Pretty nasty! Forgot going in to get your eyebrows done. They only know one kind of eyebrow, THIN! The area where you get your eyebrows done is very dirty as well. Seems like the only thing they know how to do is acrylics. read more
