The person who answered told me it was not a busy day so it was not a problem at all. But when I got there the nail tech seemed to be very bothered, so much so that it made the conversation a bit awkward. I did notice they cleaned up my cuticles so they get a star for that. But I got my dip done in silence and when the nail tech finished I noticed she didn't clean up the dip that was on my cuticles, as in not on the nail. I pointed it out hoping she would clean it up but she said it will fall off on its own.... I that was the first time I've ever left a nail salon with my nails looking so sloppy. In my opinion, completely unacceptable. I won't be coming back.

The nails were lumpy and uneven, there was acrylic sticking out into my skin, it was messy and not what I wanted. After my trip, I came back for a take off and regular manicure. I had Taylor. She was nice. She cut my cuticles without asking. I would've said yes anyway, but she nicked me multiple times. She rushed through my manicure, I didn't get gel and she didn't let each layer dry before adding another. When I left, my nails were dry on the outside but the polish was not dry all the way through. I ended up removing it with acetone as soon as I got home, because it was squishy and messy. Along with that, there is still acrylic on my nails, even though I paid to get it removed properly.

It's a busy salon both times I've been but the techs are quick and efficient with their work. I've noticed that they play a repeat of funny dog videos which is cute the first two times you watch the videos but it's just a replay so after about 15 minutes, one can get pretty bored while getting their nails done. They do try to tell you the cost up front, but that cost always changes each time even for the same thing. April has the nastiest attitude!! Also, they talk crap about you and other customers(turn on your translation app and you can see for yourself). I hate tipping her and I always do, but today was the last day I will give them my business. I go regularly every 2 weeks, not anymore!! They not only lost me, but they also lost my daughter.
