I was gonna buy a gift certificate for my friend and return, but after the condescending way that they treated me even though I was very nicely telling him to fix it. I thought he wanted to fix it. It's the only way to get better since it was clear he was a beginner and what I asked him to do is slightly above his skill level. We were both a bit frustrated, but that's not the customer's fault. After several attempts, he did do a pretty decent job for a beginner and if he continues to practice, he'll probably be good enough to do this kind of work someday. I wouldn't necessarily recommend going here though.

They always turn out perfect and she is such a sweetheart. I always make an appointment as well because they tend to get busy, especially on the weekends. It was perfect and she was so sweet, I loved every part of it. I recently came back for another set because I was going on vacation. I didn't catch the tech's name, but honestly I hated the set. I got a pedicure along with the full set, and it felt like they were rushing to get me out of there. The nails were lumpy and uneven, there was acrylic sticking out into my skin, it was messy and not what I wanted. After my trip, I came back for a take off and regular manicure. I had Taylor. She was nice. She cut my cuticles without asking. I would've said yes anyway, but she nicked me multiple times. She rushed through my manicure, I didn't get gel and she didn't let each layer dry before adding another. When I left, my nails were dry on the outside but the polish was not dry all the way through. I ended up removing it with acetone as soon as I got home, because it was squishy and messy. Along with that, there is still acrylic on my nails, even though I paid to get it removed properly.

It's a busy salon both times I've been but the techs are quick and efficient with their work. I've noticed that they play a repeat of funny dog videos which is cute the first two times you watch the videos but it's just a replay so after about 15 minutes, one can get pretty bored while getting their nails done. Luckily this last time my nail tech did talk to me a bit while she did my nails. I asked for gold flakes and she delivered! I will be coming back for my nails. I also was informed that there is a discount if paid in cash which we love.

They do try to tell you the cost up front, but that cost always changes each time even for the same thing. April has the nastiest attitude!! Also, they talk crap about you and other customers(turn on your translation app and you can see for yourself).
