They said I could be seen now, but of course another client walked in 10 minutes late for her appointment so she was taken it at 9:40 and my appointment for the same waxer was at 9:45. This was irritating because then i was seen about 15 minutes late. Other than that, Dina my waxer was friendly and gave me some tips about holding the skin to ease the pain. The wax was piping hot, like border line burning me so if you're sensitive to heat maybe ask them to blow on the wax for You. she also never double dipped which is always a concern when I try out new places. I was in and out and she got all the hair on my body. One thing I didn't like was she was pushing their products on me and even put it on the counter for when I paid for my wax. I had to politely tell the desk people i didn't want - but it put me in such an awkward situation. If you tip in cash you put it in the envelope with their name on it and drop it in the box, just a heads up. I wouldn't say I'm loyal to Dina or European wax center but it was a decently pleasant experience given my regular waxer was not available.
