I've been going to Diamond to get gel manicures before the lockdown, and Winnie always did such an amazing job. I just went for my first pedicure at Diamond last weekend, and it was such a great experience. Everyone wore masks and kept their distance. There were plastic dividers up between customers and nail technicians. I felt very safe. On top of that, my pedicure by Tina came out amazing! Paid over $150 for nails plus a tip for bad quality and sneaky up charges. My daughter had a simple design that she wanted on her nails and I don't know if it's because she's a young girl or what, but the person who did her nails just did what he felt like. He got annoyed when he realized he forgot part of the design and still didn't do it right. One of her nails has a jagged bit that I had to smooth out carefully at home. The French tips were not identical, the blue wasn't evenly distributed and it just looked like we got the person who is still training to do nails. I wouldn't go here again and I am SO mad that I spent money here. Go somewhere else, drive away from this place, it's worth the gas to find quality. read more

I got an acrylic fill, not even a week later multiple nails are pulling up. I cannot stand when a nail tech does not paint the entire nail to the cuticle especially when getting up-charged $20 for the polish. read more

I got my first full set the end of August. Those were great! they lasted three weeks before I had to get a fill. after that I got a fill and after a week one fell off...no biggie went got it fixed no charge. went for my third fill a week ago. This is where I'm upset. I had 2 replaced that day that look weird now. the day after my fill one broke (that I paid $5 extra for a design). I got in that Thursday to get it fixed. Along with 2 others that the Polish chipped off. I am now back on a Sunday again cause while blow drying my hair one broke again. My gel manicure came out nicely but the experience was a little confusing because the lack of explanation. I opted for the spa manicure which was to have gloves and a 10 min massage. The massage I had just assumed meant my shoulders, but it was my forearms and hands. As is the case in nail salons my technician didn't speak enough English to communicate with. read more

I use hidden loosely because it's not a place that quickly catches your eye (solely based on location not aesthetics) I will never go to another salon. Everyone there is wonderful but Irene (owner) and Chris (nail tech) are my favorite!! I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and I've never been to a salon where I was able to carry on casual conversation with the person doing my nails until I went to Diamond Nail & Spa. Took her time and didn't rush like a lot of other salons in the area. It's cute a little place. I walked in & was standing at the podium for 4minutes while every one stared at me. on the 4th minute, a lady doing nails finally then asked "how can i help you?" with a irritated look on her face as if she was annoyed that i was standing there. I feel as if they are racist, rude and i will not be coming here ever again. I have stopped going to this place. I had been going here every two weeks since the beginning of may 2022. I stopped going here mid october 2022. Around September, I noticed an entirely different crew, but this wasn't the problem. The nail salon stopped answering my phone calls. I never gave them any problems, only business. I tried calling many times and nothing. So, I found a new place. If you can get an appointment, i'd recommend, but be prepared to be passed around by multiple nail techs. read more

This is the second time I've got to this location and the first time wasn't too bad definitely overcharged and one of my nails came off after the 1st week... But a couple years later a friend and I wanted to stop by and get just a regular gel manicure with a simple design and a gel extension set with design. They asked my friend how many nails they wanted for there design and while my friend said two the woman did four nails anyway and then charged my friend for something he didn't ask.. when I was getting my gel set I asked for a simple lined tip and little gem design nothing crazy at and they seemed to me that they were making up prices on the spot over random things and said that the designed set would cost $150 w/o tip! That is crazy! So I said ok just a simple base color and the first two I picked they didn't even have and then after all that we had to return because my friends regular simple gel manicure was all edged on the sides of a few fingers. I don't get my nails done really ever and now for the past two week my gel extensions which are really bulky and not worth the price paid, I have everyone (even someone who works at a salon) tell me I've been ripped off for the set and I've been having to put nail glue on the keep the rest from coming undone. Please just go somewhere that are gonna care about there clients it's worth the drive. read more

My manicurist then put on 2 coats and was going back for a 3rd and I asked her to stop because I don't like it. 3 other people came over and I explained that I wanted sheer color just like in the display and pointed to the color I choose. Nothing great. I made an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes since there was only one nail technician. The place wasn't very welcoming, the chairs were covered with dust from filing artificial nails, the staff wasn't very friendly, and I don't feel I got exactly what I requested for nail designs etc. Also, my gel nail set is super thick! For nearly $100 for a set of gel, I'll just head back to Elle's where the service, quality and cleanliness of the salon is always on point read more
