I've been dealing with a sniff neck so thought I would stop by on a Friday evening. I got there around 8pm and noticed the place in the middle of the mall already had 2 people being worked so went to the actual location near the bowling alley. They weren't busy at all, in fact, the lady was sitting on a chair at the entrance playing with her cell phone. I told her I'm dealing with a stiff neck and told her 15 minutes. Shee offered table, but I opted for chair. Might have been a mistake I think I would have been more relaxed on a table, but whatever. She did a semi-deep massage, really working on the knots in my shoulders. 15 minutes honestly seemed like a long time. Because it's a mall, and it's right near the children's play area, it's not quiet. No problem, I knew that so was ablet to tune it out. However, about 5 minutes or so in, she started to have a conversation with someone in her native language. I didn't mind the language part, but I'm trying to relax while this other conversation is going on above me, and they're laughing. The massage itself was OK. Don't expect a massage like you might get with a licensed masseuse at a day spa, but I did feel better afterwards. When the 15 minutes was up, she goes "5 more minutes?" As I was actually feeling pretty good, I said OK. I knew it was only $5 more, so why not. After the 20 minutes, I paid cash and gave her a nice tip as it's a couple days before Christmas and I was feeling generous. One thing I noticed is they don't have water or anything after the massage. That's something that's important after your muscles have been worked on for a while. If they sold water, I probably would have bought a bottle. Overall it wasn't bad, except for the conversation going on above me that I couldn't understand. read more

TERRIBLE! STRAIGHT UP SCAMMERS My mom and I were at the mall shopping around and decided that my mom wanted a massage. We were simply looking at the little station they have in the middle of the mall not committing to anything yet. Out of nowhere one of the men working there approached us with this really thick accent that i could barely understand. He then proceeds to touch and massage my mom's shoulders. It was like he was trying to show us that her shoulders were stiff and that she needs a massage. The way he approached not only us, but other mall goers was really strange and uncomfortable. He would come up and touch everyone it was creepy. That should've been my first red flag. Before the massage even began he up-sold us to getting a 30 minute massage as oppose to the 20 minute we wanted. This was another red flag. As the massage was happening my mom had to tell this man that the way he was massaging her was hurting. I'm not sure if these people were licensed professionals or not. From what I was seeing they could've been random people off the street for all i know. This resulted in the man being switched with another one of his shady coworkers. Not even half way thru the massage the same man from earlier who i am assuming is the boss comes over and asks my mom if she wants to add a foot massage. Not being an english speaker she says yes and I can see another one of his workers putting on gloves to start the foot massage. However, seeing this i stepped in asking my mom in our language if she wanted a foot massage and she said no. When i told this to the man he insisted that she said yes and i had to repeatedly tell them no. Seeing that I was pissed they didn't proceed with the food massage. So shady how they try to add things to make it seem like their severities are complimentary. As i was waiting they repeatedly asked me if i wanted a massage and that a couple minutes would be free. I know for a fake these dirt bags would charge me. The distasteful nature of this crap business doesn't end there. After the massage, we decided to tip only $5 (they deserved nothing). The massage was already overpriced at $40, but after receiving the money the man had the nerve to give me a disgusted face and exclaimed "only $5 dollars?" He then points at a little sign saying that at least a 20% tip MUST be included. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF THIS BEFORE THE MASSAGE! Extremely shady and trash business. Save your money. I'd rather burn money than give to these pieces of trash. 0 STARS read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dog shit of a business. Not only were the massage therapists VERY aggressive, but they were also trying to coerce us into getting a foot massage and would not relent when we declined multiple times. They also added a mandatory tip into our bill without notifying us beforehand which is ILLEGAL by the way. Avoid this place at all costs and take your business somewhere worthwhile. read more

They will hand you a card for prices , but when you pay they tell you (not ask) that they are going to add a 20% tip automatically, PLUS they charge you $1 for credit card processing . My experience started today with them having me sit in their chair, but their masseuse that was available was not there. So she shows up 10 mins later, and her massage was really weak. All the while, she's talking Chinese loudly to the masseuse next to her, so I'm not relaxed. About 5 mins into my 15 min massage, she stops and one of the other masseuse takes over. He was much better. So 5 mins with a bad masseuse , 10 with a better one, and they push you for 20% tip. Don't waste your time. read more

The price is not justified. The quality of the massage is basic nothing outstanding. It often feels like they are pushing you to pay more.

I got the 1 hour massage. I really didn't appreciate the weird pressure and random changes they give to the customer. When I was getting changed to get on the table, the masseuse stood just feet away from me and stared. When I started to get massaged by her, another pair of hands started to massage my legs. After a few minutes they asked if I liked my legs being massaged. I hate this tactic. It's such a vague question that can be interpreted differently. Had I said yes, they would have continued massaging my legs and I would have had to pay extra. I said no. Suddenly, my back massage got a lot more painful. It turned out, when I said no, my masseuse switched with a man. There's nothing wrong with this but I see a pattern of constant pressure and random changes without asking. It's creepy. This place is creepy. read more

For a relaxing massage sure, but for deep tissue knot removal DEFINITELY NOT! I was desperately in pain and this spot was close to my job. I called and explained to the man I want left shoulder knot rubbed out. He said $20 for 15min. Pffff more like a run down and talking, distraction the whole time with other worker! Very unprofessional and not worth the price. I get a full body massage in Garden Grove for that price hot rocks and all just couldn't drive all there due to an appointment. So dissatisfied! I got a massage and the employee showed me a picture where says to give tip I said yes and told him the amount to charge he kept telling me no you need to give me this much . I did state that I didn't have that much in my bank that I had to do rest in cash and he still charged what he wanted . read more

I work at this mall and politely declined a massage as I was walking bad to my store from my lunch break. An older man at this establishment MOCKED me for politely declining their services. Super rude. Now I for sure will never go there. read more

DEFINITELY don't come here. I had worked out the day before so I was sore and I had mentioned that to the girl that I was a little sore and I had told her to go easier but she still keep going hard. She even focused too much on one side and now I have a lateral pelvic tilt. They were talking amongst each other the entire time and instead talking with their client. When I'm all better I'm going back for a refund for the whole hassle I'm currently going through. read more

I actually came for a massage because I got good experience in the past. James told me that he would do it for thirty minutes and I said OK. He was a bit rough. At the end of the massage, I thought, "well, I can pay him and go." He then directed me to sit down, and I was confused. I then realized that he wanted to do feet massages to make more money. The down side was he didn't let me know that he was going to do feet massages but I can tell English is not his first language. His coworker told me that total cost would be $70. I decided to give him a big tip for his message. I won't be returning. The day after the massage, I had to get pain killers. read more

First of all I got to say the guy that works here is a really weird dude. He was massaging me and touching my butt. I told him once he did it again. Wanted to charge me another $20 to do the legs. Ended up charging $45 and wanted a tip for a pathetic massage read more

There's a kiosk in the mall, BUT there's also a location (by the arcade/bowling alley) that gives table massages, chair massages and feet treatment (reflexology?). If you're middle aged or older or have a bad neck, I would recommend you get a table massage instead of a chair massage. For one, the chair massage puts a lot of pressure on your face and neck as your face is constantly pushed against the face cushion. I also find it easier to relax completely on a table massage. You can get a good massage here IF you are assertive. First, understand that they know hardly any English, so keep your directions simple: "Too hard!" "Yes, right there!" Point to what you want done. I went for a massage yesterday, paid for an hour (they may try to get you to get a longer massage or have a foot massage, but hold your ground if you don't want to go higher.) A woman massaged me and was doing a good job, and then partway through, a guy took over. They do a really deep massage, and it can be painful sometimes, so if it is too much, you have to say something, i.e. Too hard! If they're spending lots of time on your lower back and you want it on your shoulders instead, point and say "here!" and they'll work on the area you want. If it feels especially great in one area, I say "Oh, yes, thank you!" and they know that you like the pressure and the way they're massaging. Oh, don't forget they have a card that you can get signed, and after so many massages, you get a 10-minute one for free. I'm overall pleased, but I docked a star because they often talk to other massage therapists as they're working or answer the phone, which disturbs your massage and your relaxation. I docked a star for this. read more

Got sucked in to a mall massage...cheap and quick. I think I push harder on myself when putting on my lotion after a shower though. Don't expect a 5 star massage here...lots of repetitive motions and not attentive to the customers needs. Also, you know when a masseuse seems to always focus on the wrong side (opposite of where you want) when they do their seemingly best work? Definitely expect that here. It's a mall massage...can't complain too much I guess. The side of my back that didn't hurt before coming in, hurts now. Jeez. read more

NO! No! No! Don't use their services! The guy who gave me a massage answered the phone multiple times during the massage, the height of the massage table allowed for his genitalia to press against me repeatedly throughout the massage. It was gross and not relaxing. read more

Was walking by and got sucked in to the free 1 minute massage. Ended up paying $30.00 for 30 minutes. Never thought a chair massage could be so good. The guy really worked out the kinks. Was a lot better than many of the traditional full body masssges I've had. Warning: can be a little unpleasant at times but the end result is well worth it. read more

Please please do NOT come here. I was shopping here n decided to get a massage despite it being overpriced... i didnt care, but mid way thru i regretted it completely n felt scared to ask for it to stop, they didnt put a timer which was honestly annoying bc i couldnt tell what was going on. I originally came in n asked for just a 15 min/ $20 massage n she pretty much kept pushing the $25 massage on me so i just went with it. Once the massage on the table was over she moved me to a foot massage chair which i thought was part of the treatment but after 5 mins she asked if i would pay for 20 mins / $25 foot massage... I was super anxious bc i didnt want either of that n i got scared bc i felt it would turn into a confrontation if i said no to either so i just said id do 10 mins... After that when i went to pay she forced a tip on me n i said sorry but no tip to which she was hesitant n made me feel bad n had me say no tip 3x n then she told me how id be charged for using my card n she just got really rude at that point... Being like overcharged up the *** was so unprofessional n made the experience very ugly, the massage really wasnt worth it but i was thankful for their time n efforts but coercing ur customers is ugly af. Dont come here find a better place im sure you will find it!!! read more

I had an extremely upsetting experience here, and I am posting this review to encourage others to avoid this place at all costs. Please note that I have filed an official complaint against this location and the man who massaged me. My friend and I went here for a massage after dinner the other night. The man who massaged me repeatedly bumped/rubbed his crotch against my arm, hand, and side during the massage. Again, I have filed an official complaint, but I wanted to post a review as soon as possible so that other women don't have the same experience I did. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

Had much better. Lights far to bright was very uncomfortable on the table , there was a lot of pressure on my forehead. Didn't ask what areas were hurting or sensitive. the pressure either hurt or wasn't doing anything at all...bought a deal off Amazon local , mentioned it prior and after he couldn't figure out what to do, made a bunch of calls ..someone else came looked at it ...called more people. ..shook his head yes at me like i was cleared from crime...then they asked for a tip. I don't mind tipping and always do but it's not a right. ..it's a reflection of good service. read more

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars so 1 is more than enough. These guys are rude and aggressive. I've come here a few times. It's a kiosk station in the middle of the mall. I usually get the 30 min massage. Pros: -the price is affordable -Usually they give a 2 min free massage as a sample -They do adjust the strength, you just have to be vocal about it -They focused on my problem area which is my shoulder blade area and neck -I liked the elbow action. -there usually isn't a wait time because they can have up to four people giving massages at the same time. Cons: -It's in the middle of the mall. It's very noisy with people walking past the kiosk station. Just tune it out. -Sometimes it'll seem like they aren't really focused on you (answer cell phone, talk to other people ) but as long as I'm getting massaged I don't mind tooooo much. I would of given this spot 5 stars but The most annoying thing that ever happened was that when I was in the middle of my massage today the guy giving me the massage switched out with a female. And no I'm not hating on females ... It's the reason that it happened. The reason was that a male customer came during that time in the middle of my massage and wanted a "stronger massage" from a man. the only two men that were there were giving me and another customer a massage. He didn't even ask or tell me, he just switched with the female and started giving the new client a massage. That really pissed me off inside! He just had to accommodate that guy and leave me hanging? Did they think I wouldn't notice? What am I? Chopped liver? It completely changed the flow, style, and strength of the massage. The lady didn't finish giving the massage as well as the man. I didn't like the way she gave the massage. Her technique made me think she didn't want to be giving massages. I did enjoy the technique from the guy that was originally giving me a massage. His was on point lol I won't come here again. Not like I'm bitter or anything.... Lol read more

Horrible horrible place...our experience was extremely bad...both my wife and I had a massage, they did nothing on my wife besides put her on a bed facing down...they didnt even put oil on her...multiple interrumpions thru massage and at the end they force you to tip...language was a barrier too..you tell them 15 min and they force you into 30 min..wish I could get our $ back because it was really just a waste of $60! read more

Went here while I was waiting for my bf to finish his eye exam next door. It was my first time here and I was stuck between the 30 min chair or 30 min "pain" massage. After two explanations, the only difference was using a Chinese balm during the massage. I proceeded with the regular chair message. It was ok, the chair could have been more comfortable. Once it was done, I was then told to come to another chair as they would do feet now. I sat down excited as I was under the impression that it came with the 30 minute chair. 5 minutes into the massage the guy proceeds to tell me "20 minutes will be $50". Confused, I asked him, "It's extra?" He then explains "Yes, he finished the 30 but is now doing foot." I NEVER told him I wanted foot but since he was already 5 minutes in that I might as well do 5 more minutes. He definitely tried to push for 20 minutes but I declined sternly again. After that the quality of the massage started to decline as well as his tip. To make matters worse, he removed excess lotion at the end with dry kitchen paper towels and even tried to charge me for the pain massage when clearly I said no to that in the beginning. Unfortunately, I had a mediocre experience and to trick people into upselling them is poor business/ethics. Apparently they have multiple locations in the mall, I am reviewing the location next to Main Place Optometry. Beware when coming here, I won't be back! read more

My daughter has fibromyalgia, and has frequent back issues, and I have chronic neck and back issues, poor circulation on my legs. Over the years we have tried many places, but overall service and atmosphere -- we love this place. We were pleasantly surprised to find Diamond Massage. We mostly ask for one of their 2 lady massage persons because they actually give very good "soft" massage", so soft that it is soothing and easy to fall asleep on the chair or their tables. They are so sweet and friendly, too. The prices are also very reasonable. They do leg massages and they are even more comfortable, and they cover your eyes...another sure way to fall asleep, and your legs feel wonderful after their spa-like care. Visited their kiosk in the mall while visiting, but usually go to the shop near Round 1. A massage is supposed to relax you, and not leave you in more pain, which is what the one I got did. Not sure what the woman did to me, but a part of my back that did not hurt before, hurt worse after. Have been in even more discomfort since then, and it has made it hard to sleep or relax. read more
