My Jeep is…read moreonly two months old, and after the steering wheel controls stopped working, I brought it in for repairs. They repaired the steering wheel and replaced a tire that had a screw in it. However, after picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a rattling noise that was not there before, especially when turning left on smooth roads. When I called to ask if another technician could inspect the issue, the experience quickly turned negative. At first, the dealership staff and GM Danny Easton had been helpful and told me to reach out if I had concerns. But during my follow-up call, I was told "Jeeps rattle," that they were "done" with me, and that the dealership would no longer service my vehicle.
