It seems when you request black car service, the drivers know you're not in it for a conversation, and honestly that was nice. I've taken lots of limos in the past and it's usually a gab fest. We enjoyed the silence. My one suggestion would be that they send you a text, or call you, the night before to confirm your ride. I didn't receive either and ended up calling at 9pm the night before just to make sure all was good. The driver did text me exactly at our pickup time the next morning and arrived promptly for pickup at my house.

For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received. The car was clean, and everyone got to/from the event safely. Driver was friendly.

Digging around on Yelp I found about 5 services, but Jen stood out for the time it took her to get back to me and the upfront quote. Clearly, the most important reason to give a good review for a Limo service is the driving and timeliness. Jen is an absolute pro, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. She showed up EXACTLY on time the day of our flight, and the limo was clean and huge. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever, and I really enjoyed not having to stress about driving and parking with 6 of us. Jen is an excellent driver- she got us to MDW safe and quickly... a huge kudos for that. Coming home from ORD yesterday she was there and waiting for us on time. Same drive home- safe, efficient, un-eventful. She was polite, courteous, and helped with bags. She runs an excellent service, and we will definitely utilize her in the future. Our flight which was scheduled to land yesterday at 5:05pm did not arrive until after 2:00am this morning. We had been delayed, detoured, had to land in Minneapolis to refuel, and experienced constant air traffic delays. I was in messaging contact with your dispatcher several times advising of updates to our arrival, and was assured that our ride would be available and ready. Sure enough, when we recovered our luggage and called Joseph, he was waiting for us at the curb, and took our luggage. Once we arrived at home he carried our luggage into our garage - that's a very nice policy. I just want to thank everyone for assuring me that even though we were NINE HOURS late, our ride was there, and your chauffeur could not have been more helpful. I have had other limo services who did not provide the level of quality that you do, and I can't think of another limo service who provides the professional and classy service that Signature does. I will never have to search for a limousine service again. Why? Because I have found the BEST. Again, THANK YOU. John Sullivan Arlington Heights, IL
