Digging around on Yelp I found about 5 services, but Jen stood out for the time it took her to get back to me and the upfront quote. Clearly, the most important reason to give a good review for a Limo service is the driving and timeliness. Jen is an absolute pro, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. She showed up EXACTLY on time the day of our flight, and the limo was clean and huge. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever, and I really enjoyed not having to stress about driving and parking with 6 of us. Jen is an excellent driver- she got us to MDW safe and quickly... a huge kudos for that. Coming home from ORD yesterday she was there and waiting for us on time. Same drive home- safe, efficient, un-eventful. She was polite, courteous, and helped with bags. She runs an excellent service, and we will definitely utilize her in the future. My experience is probably between a 3 and a 4. I utilized this service for wedding day…read moretransportation. I discovered the company by reaching out to several vendors on Yelp. For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received. The car was clean, and everyone got to/from the event safely. Driver was friendly.

My driver was friendly, on time and arrived with a clean car. My only con would be the lack of refreshments. I am not sure if this is guaranteed within their service but the last few times I booked the driver had bottle waters available. I just expected this amenity to be consistent considering gratuity is included within the pricing. Overall the service was great but I believe this company may outsource their drivers so I may use another company that has a standard when it comes to vehicle model etc.
