    Do not go here. Very rude, terrible customer service, judgmental attitudes, disrespectful, etc. They are not helpful whatsoever.

They charged my card and had someone else's computer taken care of then he canceled his membership. I have been trying to get this taken care of with customer service for 4 weeks and I cannot get any resolution. Plus the AI screens all calls and then hangs up if she dosen't know what to do. I had my debit card used to pay for someone else's computer. I then paid for my membership with my credit card so I can get my computer. My membership was not paid. The manger told me that he would credit me because he was canceling my debit card payment, so I paid with my Discover Card. So now I paid them twice. I talked to 3 different people in Customer Care. Lucky if the AI gets you there, she patrols all their calls and decides which one she will let through. So I got my credit card debited. I still have a membership payment showing on my debit card but am told that I am not a paid member for the Geek Squad. You cannot get in touch with the store unless you go through the Telephone Police. I am frustrated. They were going to escalate this problem twice, but so far nothing has happened and we are approaching almost a month. After this year I will find someone else to do business with.

So the other review I don't think was fair at All. Tom told me would take time and he went above and beyond the call of duty when he did my rare VTL Tube amps. When I got them back they performed better then New! I've also had him test some of my other amps to get a comparison and he didn't charge me for the time! Tom is truly a gem of a technician and an individual he knows the full range of all the new technology when it comes to high-end and will be my go to for my gear Repair's from now on! He was also nice enough to share some of his wisdom with me with regard to tube gear which is always appreciated!

    "Poor Service"…read more After taking in my harmon/kardon amp for needed repairs, (poping sounds, speaker cutting out, switches/buttons crackling-popping). Repairing my amp took almost 3 months for just to clean the boards, Switches/Buttons with a chemical and replace 2 components that were leaking. During my wait I was un-able to contact the owner or receive any type of update regarding repairs, It was only after I started leaving txt messages and some phone messages that I was showing up to get my amp it was then I received a message the amp would be ready in a couple days. After taking my amp home and plugging it in I became aware immediately my amp stopped making a click sound during start up. Within 3 weeks the switches and buttons were popping again and the speakers were cutting out again. Could not get ahold of owner by phone, But was able to send a txt to him, Unfortunately the owner never returned my call or txt which he left me out $426.00 Cash and my amp with still needed (same) repairs along w/possible new issues.     When our Samsung plasma TV went on the fritz, I was somewhat at a loss as to what to do. Even…read morethough it is eight years old, it's still a great TV and I saw no need to replace it. I don't have an issue with taking on projects like this, but with everything else going on, I decided to look for someone to repair it for me. I didn't know that anyone actually repaired modern flat-screens, so I was pleasantly surprised to find Get The Picture. I made contact with Tony on a Wednesday, and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. Tony arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and and friendly, and took time to explain the TV's technology to me. He was very careful and conscientious while disassembling the TV, and was methodical about troubleshooting the problem. He identified the malfunctioning part and said he would get price and availability the following Monday. On Tuesday he called with a price for the repair (which was very fair) and I approved the estimate. A week later, he contacted me to see if he could install the new part that afternoon. He arrived ahead of schedule, and within 20 minutes had the TV functioning like new. I'm very happy that the old Samsung is working again, thanks to Tony. Tony provides a service that is probably pretty hard to find in this area. Highly recommend.

He had to order the part and was out to replace the part in a week as estimated. It was a relief to have a knowledgeable, and professional person work on our 48" Samsung. I'd call him in again.
