I have been going to this Salon since 2022…read more Last Saturday, I made an appointment. Had my acrylics done (fill in), pedicure (heel treatment) and waxing. Less than 5 days, 4 to be exact my 1 nail chipped (the nail & gel polish) & then my thumb nail broke off!!! (Acrylic & gel polish). I texted them...no acknowledgment whatsoever. I showed up Saturday evening to get my nails fixed. The woman ONLY fixed the 1 nail...thumb nail after hurting me. The salon closes at 7. The place only had 1 client there. I arrived at 6. It doesn't take an hour to get the situation right. So why the rush? She got a tip to PRY off the acrylic on an obvious damaged & thin nail. My nail was sensitive at that point. I told her it hurts. She continued...then said to me "I'm not doing aanything". Well lady I do not exaggerate Pain. I had to ask her, "Can't you soak it off"? Before she actually did. SMH I then asked her to change 2 nails (sweater weather nails) to black glitter. I feel I shouldn't have been charged for anything, but I was charged another $10. For $10 they lost a great tipping customer who was a regular. I won't be going back, there are many other salons in the area.

She just wanted money an was not concerned about the service. Another staff member proceeds to jump up an tell me what I am going to pay for when she stormed off. Needless to say that did not happen. But his rude ass did not try to resolve the issue when she made it worse. I feel like they treat ppl different there not sure if it's color or regulars. First, there was no wait, which should have been my first red flag, now I know why. The water they used for my pedicure was ice cold and premade. It was as if the water was made for someone else and left there from before. The pedicure itself was rushed and sloppy. It felt like they didn't care at all, they barely scrubbed, the massage was nonexistent, and my feet honestly looked the same when I left as when I walked in. On top of that, the gel French tip looks uneven and already has tiny bubbles in it. I could have done a better job myself at home for free. Save your time and money, I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It was very chill/relaxing and I will definitely return for more services by Naresse.

After looking at the nude I chose on my skin tone, I realized it was too pink. I explained that I normally don't like saying anything at nail salons but that since I am in someone's else's wedding I would like pick a more neutral nude shade. The nail technician was VERY rude after that. After her rude remarks I asked her if it was easier to just remove the nails since it seemed like such an inconvenience to have a more neutral nude. Come to find out, all that was needed was to paint a different color on top of the acrylic base. Again, I was polite in my request and it was well before closing. I wasn't late--I was actually trying to get there early for them! Then today, I wasn't feeling well and had to leave work. I called at 2:20 to cancel my 4:00 appointment, but because it wasn't a full two hours' notice, they told me this would also count as a "late" on my record. This is not how customers should be treated. The location on Celanese doesn't operate this way, and honestly, with so many nail salons to choose from, there's no reason to put up with such poor customer service.

I went back for a second visit and it was the opposite. I had an appointment but it was rushed to accommodate walk ins. The entire process was rushed. The tech didn't fully remove my prior manicure, just filed it down a little then painted over it. My nails were cut to uneven lengths and then filed crooked. I asked to fix it a few times before I gave up. The nail polish was applied unevenly and the tech didn't wait for the full uv cycle to finish before going to the next coat. The tech also painted far from the cuticle so it looks like I already have a week of grow out not that it's a fresh manicure. No surprise, it started peeling off two days later.
