I called at 2:20 to cancel my 4:00 appointment, but because it wasn't a full two hours' notice, they told me this would also count as a "late" on my record. This is not how customers should be treated. The location on Celanese doesn't operate this way, and honestly, with so many nail salons to choose from, there's no reason to put up with such poor customer service.

The person who did the massage clearly did not look at my chart because the person messaged me in areas I never get massaged by anyone else ever. When I arrived I made it clear that I wanted to just relax for my 90-minute massage. In the beginning, the massage was great but I was put into stretches, touched in areas I was not comfortable with, and comments made to "you can relax, I haven't dropped anyone all day". As I tensed up the person only got harder and ended up leaving bruises on my arms. I left there in worst shape than I arrived. I am saddened to say I will not be back and will not recommend this salon as long as this massage therapist is there.
