Lucas never showed up, never called, and now I've called and text him 8+ times without a call back. Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

When they came to give us an estimate, Andres crawled up in our crawl space to really get a good feel for what our insulation looked like and to see how the roof looked like from the underside. They made suggestions to us for things that should be done even if they weren't the contractor that did them. After interviewing other roofers, we decided to give Innovators our business. They added some insulation in a few places that didn't have it for a very reasonable price and did a top notch job with the air flow. Now, in the heat of the summer, the house is at least a 10 degree difference from the same heat last year. It is amazing! The roof looks beautiful! They came back to fix one little part immediately and we could not be happier! So, we have hired them for 2 other projects and been completely pleased with their work. Nelson is super easy to work with on the business side and Andres is a total perfectionist when it comes to his work. It was around 25 years old and it was leaking in multiple places. I had a quote within 2 days. Was on the schedule within 5 weeks. And the work was completed in a day. Full removal of the old roof, repairs to the leaking parts of the house, and the new roof installed. I couldn't get a solid count but it seemed like 15 workers. 12 on the roof and 3 folks managing the everything not on the roof. Started at 8am and done by 6pm. It was a thing of beauty. No leftover messes anywhere. The valley's were braided together in a way to prevent water from gathering. Much better than the way they were initially laid. I'd have no qualms about recommending Ed's to anyone looking for roofing work!
