I wanted to add hardwood in the family room and hall along with refinishing the existing wood floors in the living/dining room, kitchen and office. It is not possible to tell what flooring is new and what was added, he blended them so well and matched the species and size of the existing flooring. Andrew not only cooperated beautifully with the other contractors but dug right in and was finished on time with a lovely result. The timeline was short so challenging. I cannot recommend Arbor Hardwoods more heartily. Their pricing is fair and I definitely believe I got what I paid for and more.

I then went to their website link. I filled out a form requesting service and described my repair. I have an electric recliner that was coming loose. I could tell that nuts needed to be tightened and it was to the point that one had worked its way off. I received a text on my phone, fairly quickly, that said we do these kinds of repairs all the time. When would I be available on Friday (the 20th) which was the next day. I responded and they said the repair would be $150. I thought that was very expensive, but it needed to be done and I did not know who else to contact. So I agreed. Yesterday morning the young man who came was a little late but did get to my house, within the appointed hour. He was respectful and well mannered. He was well prepared with tools. He was Ukranian and spoke little English. He did have a translating app on his phone. He quickly did a good job, tightening all the nuts and I paid him in cash. I do think it was a bit of a pricing gouge, but the work seems well done and quick. And in comparison to the money spent on my chair and the life I will get out of it, it is a small price. The gentleman's name was Oleksander Tatsiuk and was with NextGen (Not Mr. B's)

American MasterCraft's name was presented to us directly during the referral and communications related to this project, and the individual who performed the work identified himself as operating under that association. Barry, himself, along with my 3 witnesses that personally saw Barry, Jason and the gentlemen with a ford truck There is documentation, including messages and representations, connecting the work performed to American MasterCraft and affiliated business names. . From the homeowner's perspective, workers arrived at our residence, performed partial work (Which still remains unfinished), accepted payment, attempted to change pricing mid-project, failed to complete the agreed scope, and then ceased communication. Lets not forget after contacting me (barry), Barry sent out Jason the very next day at 10am, i made Jason called Barry in front of me, my wife, my father and a worker at our home that we had to paused service for while Jason came by, Barry answered the phone and said he said he sent Jason to do a estimate. Regardless of internal authorization disputes, the result for our family was and is the same: incomplete and damaged work with no resolution. Jason did receive payment with a receipt from us as he didn't have one on him and we have the bank statement after he kept pressuring us to pay him. If your company name was misused, that is a serious issue that you need to address with Jason & Barry, your worker you are denying, and one you should investigate internally. However, as the homeowner, I can only review and document what was presented to us and what occurred at our home along with what i, personally, experienced from this company. My review reflects my direct, first-hand experience and remains accurate. see updated screenshots. We are willing to communicate privately, We are willing to update or amend this review if the situation is resolved and the outstanding work and payments are addressed and handled. At this time, however, we have chosen to move forward by hiring another licensed contractor to repair and complete the work that was left unfinished. Given the costs incurred to correct the damage, we are evaluating our options moving forward. Our goal is resolution and accountability, not conflict. This review reflects our personal experience as homeowners and is shared solely for transparency.

A year later I had some water damage on an interior wall, so I called him up for help. He sent in his plastering guys and they were great with communication, promptness and clean up. They made easy work of the repair and I'm very happy with it. I am definitely going to keep bringing Nour and his team back for other projects that we have consulted on, as I trust his quality of work and know that he can get it done in a timely fashion, which is very important to me. Efficiency, creativity and quality make Nour stand out from all the other builders I've used in the past (it's hard to get all 3 factors in one person!). He is a truly competent contractor.

Let me start off by saying that this project turned out amazing! Nour and I collaborated on this…read morecovered deck for over a year, and the finished product is truly stunning. Nour devoted a lot of time before we got started in order to work out of the details because there were many moving parts. This project has 466 sf of decking with a 24' x 12' covered main living area. From the first day of demo I knew we had the right guy. Nour and his crew were on time and dug right in by removing our old deck and busted up the old patio. Whenever we ran into any issues Nour would come up with solutions, and this made the whole process easier. Once the substantial concrete footings and patio were poured the structure was completed in just days. This is when I knew for a fact, I had hired the right person! I have been around construction my entire life and I know the money is in the details. However, if the structure is not built soundly then you just forget about the details, so with that said I can tell you that this foundation and structure are build right! Of course, the details on this project are simply outstanding. The dark stained rough cut 2" x 8" red cedar decking & railing, the pine T&G cover, the Shou Sugi Ban ridge/rafters/kings/struts are set against the off-white siding/beans/posts really works well together. I have to say that Nour's work ethic and his desire to make your project special to you shows in the final product. The best thing that I can say about Nour is I have already discussed several other projects that I want to hire him for in the coming years. I look forward to our next collaboration.
