They replied promptly to questions, and showed up THAT DAY, right on time and gave a bid on the spot. Samuel was super nice and we decided to try and schedule the work. He was a few weeks out and the weather was iffy, but soon after we received an update that he could fit us in much sooner due to changes in the weather. Samuel and his team arrived right on schedule and did a great job forming the whole driveway out within a few hours. The day of the pour they again arrived right on time, took care to mask off the siding, and were careful to not get any residual concrete down the storm drains and did an excellent job cleaning up before leaving. I could go on and on, but I was thoroughly impressed. The concrete looks fantastic, even better than I had hoped for. We had a brushed finish on our back patio, and exposed aggregate on the driveway, so two finishes on the same pour and I was worried it might not match the existing concrete. I had nothing to worry about. It looks fantastic and I am very happy, I highly recommend.

I had seen another driveway he had recently done in our neighborhood which was beautiful and even so, I was overwhelmed with the quality of the work, the absolute professionalism and the willing accommodation to add little extras here and there after the original bid, without extra charge. The speed of completion, quality of detail work and their over all expertise was better than I expected. I had a ton of rot in the eave and over hang areas and I was worried that I would get hit with a huge "added" expense. Aylwin did find a ton of rot yet the total added expense was extremely reasonable and the repairs did not delay the completion of the job. Repairs were professionally done and the roof looks great. I'm pretty technical when it comes to construction so I know what to look for during and after a roof replacement. Kick out flashings, valley flashings, edge flashings, straight lines and detailed attention at fireplace and skylites. I walked the roof when all was complete and I couldn't find a single complaint. Best of all - we've been hammered in wind driven rains this week and......no problems!! Aylwin quoted the lowest price of all three vendors I talked to. It took a bit longer than expected to get my job on their calendar yet I think that's ok considering the extremely well priced job and the quality of work. You might have to wait a few weeks longer to get your job done yet you'll save a ton of money and the quality can't be beat.

He did a great job of educating us on the process and everything to expect. Of everyone who came out to give us a bid Cherry Roofing came across as the most professional which is why we picked them. Their pricing was right in line with other bids we had gotten. They came on time, got everything done and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the fact. Bar none-the best roofing company. Why?…read more 1. Safety. They came today and I've seen roofers take unbelievable risks. As a homeowner that is not acceptable. They have two people and a roof safety system. 2. Quality. I've never had such clean gutters! They emptied, washed and then cleaned up the mess on the ground. 3. Service. They answer the phone. They send you text messages to confirm. They show up on time. They are not the cheapest. But your home is an investment and they treat it that way.

My advice: Get 3-4 bids on your roof and go from there.

To be fair, the weather was definitely a big factor in the experience I had with this company…read more There was frequent rain and some freezing temperatures. With my metal roof, it was often too dangerous for them to do the work so... this resulted in the company having to come out for roof cleaning approximately 10 times in order to finish the roof. Given those circumstances, I'm not super pleased with how they went about doing this and the results (most important to me). About half of the time when one of their company representatives came over to the house, they would just get onto the roof without first announcing their arrival. Only twice did they ever give me notice ahead of time that they would be coming over. One time they said they'd come over in a specific time window and didn't show up at all. This is simply a lack of professionalism and organization. And finally, the final results were lackluster. I hired and paid them to clean gutters and clean the roof. The result was a sweeping of debris off the roof (not what I would call "clean"), leaving behind plenty of residue that will encourage items to stick onto roof in the future. I had to ask the company a couple times to come and remove all of the debris from our lawn that they had swept off the roof and removed from the gutters. Luckily they did remove the debris within about 5 days and didn't end up killing my grass. Again, not signs of professionals who are organized and lacking pride in their work. On a more positive note, the lead quote and billing person, was very respectful and fairly easy to communicate with. In summary, I think that with a few tweaks in organization, communication (scheduling visits) and taking pride in their work, this could be a fantastic company. Until that happens, I wouldn't recommend this company and I wouldn't hire them again.

Nathan, co-owner, was more thorough than any company we have used in the 26 years we've had our home. He was respectful of our property and did an amazing cleanup when the job was completed, leaving our grounds in better appearance than when he arrived. He fully explained every aspect of what he found, and what he did to be sure that our gutters were free-flowing of all debris. He is personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. NJM provides numerous other services and we expect to use them again.
