I decided I needed to up my security game and after the house I just moved out of was burglarized…read moretwice - once by way of a brick thrown through the window while I was home. This left me shaken up. I spoke with several other companies and then Vernon came out. I can say that immediately you feel safe in his presence and it's very clear he cares about ensuring people are safe and FEEL safe in their homes. He is a former cop and it shows. He is someone with the experience and instincts to really understand safety and that was very apparent in our conversations. He's not a salesman - he's a security expert who knows what you need and is honest and direct. He didn't try to upsell me on excessive unnecessary items like other companies. He asked about my goals and truly sought to understand exactly what I wanted before giving his suggestions. I asked tons of questions which he answered thoroughly and patiently. The best part about the experience was he could instantly tell I was shaken up from a previous incident and was so compassionate while still being direct. He talked to me about how to keep myself safe in case of another break-in given the layout of the new house and improve overall house safety in other ways. He even noticed the doors weren't installed correctly and missing tiny parts that make a door super easy to kick in. You don't always get more bang for your buck and it's definitely much more expensive than a DIY Google Nest self install, but I will sleep better at night knowing I got the true expert advice I needed to keep myself and my home safe. Due to the permitting system in the area and the issues with the owner of the house I lease there may be issues with getting one feature but I am going very out of my way to find a way to get what he thinks I need. So glad I made that last call to APS.

He was also wobbly when I asked how long the install would take which would affect the price ("it depends"). I didn't need it carved in stone when the guy came to the house, but I think that after I walked him through the house he decided we could afford more - and this was the owner, not some sales guy. I guess he thought I was stupid, but I'm getting more quotes now.

I honestly owe this review to Josh years ago. After working with him for over 20 years, it feels…read morealmost wrong that I'm only writing this now -- but better late than never. Josh from Electric Experts has been my go-to electrician for decades. He's worked on my home, my business, and just about every electrical situation you can imagine in between. Over the years, I've worked with plenty of contractors, but Josh is one of the very few I've stayed loyal to for this long -- and that alone should say everything. What truly sets Josh apart is not just his technical skill (which is excellent), but his reliability, honesty, and character. He's helped me through multiple emergencies, often at the worst possible times, and always showed up when I needed him. No panic, no drama -- just calm, professional problem-solving and getting things done the right way. Josh takes the time to explain what's going on, gives straightforward advice, and never pushes unnecessary work. I've always felt that he treats my properties as if they were his own. His work is clean, thorough, and built to last -- which is why I'm still calling him two decades later. In an industry where it's hard to find people you can genuinely trust, Josh and Electric Experts are the real deal. This review has been long overdue, and I'm happy to finally put it into words: I trust him completely. If you're looking for an electrician you can rely on for the long term -- whether it's routine work or a true emergency -- you won't find better than Josh. Highly, highly recommended

This company is AWESOME!…read more Arman is a great communicator, quick to respond by phone and email, provided the bid after a thorough walkthrough of the property, and performed the work perfectly and on-time. I got 4-quotes from different vendors (two who would only quote over the phone) and not only did Arman come in with the best price for the camera system, he came out to the property twice to discuss where to put cameras to capture all the entry points around the property and in the garage and made smart recommendations to get the most out of fewer cameras. Between Arman's first bid and when we approved the work, the technology of the cameras improved, so we got better equipment without any additional fees too!

Everyone we've dealt with is a great communicator, and it's clear the team shares information internally so everything goes smoothly without us having to repeat ourselves. One more important point is that their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Don't be tricked by other companies that offer lower numbers. So I explained the lady on the phone the whole story that you can read in the prior review, she apologized up and down and promised me that someone will get in touch with me right away and that they will make it right. as promised I got a call back from the original sales man apologizing as well and telling me that it was his fault for not sending me the email with the estimate to reconnect the alarm, promised that he will do it as soon as possible and told me that they will take good care of me after all I have dealt with. Expecting a huge discount I received the estimate via email about a week later, to my astonishment and not in a good way!! the estimate was for over 4K!!! WHAT??? Now you might not remember from my earlier review, so let me remind you. I moved in to a house that had a working alarm system with this company!! all we did was remove the brain of the alarm from a closet! all that we needed was to have the brain installed in a different location and another motion sensor added in the garage!!! Are you F&#%$ kidding me!! 4K??? I had other alarm companies quote me 3K for a brand new system which meant rewiring the whole house, new motion sensors, new door sensors, new everything!!! How can this company quote me over $4,000.00 for an alarm that is already installed in my house?!?!?
