My icemaker quit working. I called the manufacturer to get a local repair company referral. They started to rattle off a couple of names and telephone numbers from their directory. Then, the guy said "Wait! Scratch what I said. THIS is the guy you want! And he gave me Tom's telephone number. I had a great rapport with Tom over the phone. He arrived promptly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, it needed an obscure part which he had to order. But it arrived quickly, and he made the repair immediately after the part arrived. Very knowledgeable guy and very personable. A one-person owner-operator, so you know you're not getting some flaky new-hire underling. I would definitely use him again. read more
