I brought my daughter's car in for a part replacement. From the start, their attitude was rude, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I paid upfront for the part they ordered, but they never communicated when it arrived--I had to keep calling just to get updates. After waiting 3-4 days, they finally received the part. I dropped the car off early in the morning as instructed and was promised same-day service. Again, no communication. I didn't get the car back until the following evening. Ruben claimed the car was safe to drive--even though my daughter has a baby she drives around with. Yet the car was still having issues. I took it to another shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the exact same part still needed replacement. When I called Broadway Auto Repair about it, they refused to take responsibility and said I'd have to pay another labor fee for them to fix their mistake. This shop uses cheap parts, overcharges, and takes no accountability for their work. Erik offered no help whatsoever and insisted they weren't liable. What a joke. Save your time, money, and frustration--avoid this place at all costs. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. You've been warned.

Had no problem with that vehicle again for a few years When I bought a Mercedes gl450 from Park Place with less than 50 K miles. Thought I got a good deal but then I say why. Went back to Park Place thinking my car problem was under warranty but it wasn't. Paid $4K to Park Place to fix my air suspension system Which I was told was already replaced I hit my limit with them. So my AC unit went out in Mercedes gl450 and I was able to get fix at B&B complete auto repair for 70% less than the dealership. In my Honda Pilot with 215K miles they have replaced so much parts for me at an affordable rate because I want to keep this vehicle for awhile. Very good and experienced mechanics at a very affordable price.

Air conditioner works great and we needed to wait on brakes, but are grateful for the full auto check they provided. By 9:51 i received a text with the quote; over $11,300.00 dollars and it said engine replacement. I did some research and found out it could be my VVT (variable Valve Timing) could possibly be clogged. I did two engine oil flushes changing filters between flushes. Put new oil in and it hasn't happened since. Today it is 6/2/2025 and it is running great. Do yourselves a favor and don't take your ride any where near this place. I have the quote printed and the original text message they sent me if anyone cares!
