It's okay. I've had better, and I've had worse. More specifically, the crust is pretty okay then and a little crunchy but not cracker like. I prefer a sweeter sauce and the toppings were okay but not exceptional. They tasted like they had been freshly taken out of the bag so that's kind of good. I guess. The service was fine. We came at a slow time, so not sure what it's like later. We had different servers conduct each part of the service though, do it made tipping a little weird - who is it going to? Anyway, I might go back again, but it won't be first on the list. read more

Simply magnificent pizza with flavors and toppings than clash tofu perfectly. I recommend the Buffalo chicken and barbecue chicken pizzas.

Good pizza and excellent service. Our waitress, McKayla, was prompt and extremely helpful to first time customers. Haleigh, the hostess, was downright awesome. Our pizza was dropped after coming out of the oven and Haleigh came right out and explained the situation. The extra wait was essentially imperceptible as it only added another five or so minutes on. She comped the pizza without even saying anything which felt excessive considering the minimal impact. Great food and can't say enough about the staff! read more

If someone would like to do a case study on amazing customer service, they should come here to Dewey's Pizza and ask for Lexi and Ashton. I ordered an 11 inch pizza, half bbq chicken and half porky fig. About 10-15 min after ordering they brought out my pizza and right away Lexi apologized saying the pizza is a bit overdone and darker than their standard. Rather than throwing it away, they gave it to the table for free and said we could snack on this while the new pizza was being made. 10 minutes later, the "correctly" cooked pizza made its away out. I put "correctly" in quotes because the first pizza was only slightly overdone. Definitely speaks to their high quality standards! When I asked for the checks Ashton said there was no charge FOR BOTH PIZZAS and apologized again for the first pizza being slightly overdone. It's been a super long time since I've had exceptional customer service like this. Again, shout out to Lexi and Ashton! Overall the pizza itself is solid, 4/5 stars, the quality control is 5/5, and the customer service is 6/5 stars (no not a typo). I was just visiting for a business trip, so I had no idea Dewey's is a chain since this location feels more like a local joint. Next time I'm in the area, you can bet your pizza I'm definitely coming back here! read more

I've had pizzas from this restaurant on four separate occasions, and each time my pizza was delicious. I like the food, and I like the atmosphere, and they've done a great job with decorating the restaurant and making you feel right at home. They have a great bar to pull back a beer, and get a pizza. They serve wine too, and that's a great pair with their food offerings. If pizza and a salad are on your radar this is the restaurant to visit. They do a great job of getting your pizza to your table or to go in a timely fashion, and their service is excellent. read more

I'll keep it short and sweet. This place is a classic example of how restaurant service should be. Well trained staff. Food good too.

One of the best pizza places in the area! Crust is perfect and many options to choose from. Service was great and friendly. We were in a hurry to catch a show and she was very efficient and took that into consideration which we very much appreciated. Go try it! It will not disappoint! read more

Absolutely incredible!!! Exceptional service and delicious food!! I highly recommend!!! Looking forward to coming back as soon as possible!!

The pizza was just ok.... Mainly because they did not include all of the toppings I asked for, neither did they bake it well done to brown the cheese a little in fact it seemed less baked than normal lol It was 7pm when I ordered and i just did not feel like taking the pizza back inside to complain so ill just never eat Deweys ever again! EXTRA CHEESE REQUIRES MORE TIME IN THE OVEN!!! duhhh read more

Love you guys when you were in Edwardsville and now in O'Fallon we go every time we have a Birthday or Anniversary or wedding shower or any time we want GOOD pizza.‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ read more

I never thought I would fall in love with a pizza place in such a small town. Pizza comes from places like Ray's in NYC or UNOs in Chicago. Dewey Pizza beats them all with their crust. The crust is perfectly crisp. Never soggy. You can mix and match pizzas, but we never do. We always order the meatball pizza. We like the zing to sauce and perfectly melted cheese. The deserts are pretty good too; however, the portions seem much smaller than when they first opened. They have some pretty good cheese cakes and carrot cake. read more

I have to say they have possibly the best service I've ever had! Our waitress was Emily, and she was amazing!!! She had great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and was very nice the entire time! read more

Food is good, service is excellent. Pizzas are unique and tasty. Parking is good, and they have perfected pick up. Clean, kind abs efficient staff. read more

I've had multiple pizzas and calzones here. Occasionally I've come for lunch and dinner in one day! Good food with decent prices. Offer a nice selection of toppings. Glass window into kitchen is a nice touch. My favorite menu item was the calzone which was very good. 4 stars becauseI felt the pizza and pizza crust was lacking greatness. No real flaws that I noticed just not great. read more

Love the calzone best in the area! Amazing food . Along with friendly staff

Best pizza in the area. Can't really say much more than that. Seriously, my only complaint is that they open way too late on Sunday's. Like absurdly late. Since that's typically my cheat day I don't get to order it nearly as often as I'd like. I guess if that's my only complaint they're doing something right. Do yourself a favor and add caramelized onions to your pizza. You're welcome. read more

This isn't as much of a review of Dewey's as a whole but rather this specific location in O'Fallon IL. I'm not sure why but the last few times we've ordered from them the portions have been getting smaller. Less salad, less dessert, and pretty sure even less toppings. I'm not sure if it's under new ownership, management or whatever but this is not a one off situation. This has happened the last several times we've gotten food there. Dewey's offers a bullet proof recipe so I can't criticize the food taste and the service is decent but when you pay 50-80 bucks for dinner and you're used to Dewey's typically fair portions and they take that away... it's not worth the money anymore. To be honest we're not going to be going back to this Dewey's location anymore. read more

Love Dewey's Pizza! They listen to your request & follow instructions! I highly recommend Dewey's Pizza

I like this place. Never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and the pizza is made very well. I did a carry out one time on the way home from work, my wife ordered and I picked it up, went extremely smooth and it was quick. Great atmosphere as well. read more

The pizza here is really good and the Greek salad is crazy good. The only downside is that it is on the pricey side of pizza and the craft beer menu is kinda limited (5-6 last time I was there). read more

The pizza & service here is amazing!! We had salads which were delicious! We tried the bleu ribbon pizza & the Brooklyn bomber pizza, both were phenomenal! We will definitely be back!!! read more

I love it here! They got a decent beer selection and I think only offering pizza and salads allows them to focus and offer the best choices. Not that I don't love Peel, if you wants a wider beer selection and appetizers then go there. If not, come to Dewey's. I think the pizza is better and I love that they do half and half pizzas! The crust is perfect and I think they've gotten it down to a science. Definitely a good place to take visiting friend and family! read more

Great take out service - order was ready within 15 minutes of my phone order and once I arrived they took care of me very quickly . I ordered the meatball pizza and it was very fresh, the crust was amazingly simple and I enjoyed it. read more

Dewey's Pizza - O'Fallon - Meatball pizza - Pizza Near Me - O'Fallon, Illinois

Good pizza and atmosphere. The wait staff was on point and all worked well together, they must have filled our drinks 5 times during our meal. The only recommendation I wold have is to get a wider beer selection. I would still definitely go back. read more

Pizza is just alright. Can be very crowded at times. Prices are on the high side for just an average pizza. If you are in the area there are other choices for pizza. read more

"Gourmet" pizza that is mediocre at best. Overpriced and small dining area. It gets so packed that it isn't kid friendly. If it were good pizza, I would bring my 4 year old during off peak hours but it's not even worth it. read more

Im a huge fan of Dewey's. Great sauce, crust, salads, beer, etc.Today I got one more reason to love Dewey's. They know something about customer service. I ordered a large pizza to go and sat down at the bar for a beer while I waited. When they went to put the beer on my bill they saw my pizza order had not been put in. I really didn't care but in a minute the manager said the pizza and beer where on them. A 2 minute delay equaled a free meal. Love this place. read more

It doesn't get much better than Dewey's. My mom and I dined in on what happened to be their very first day open in OFallon. We figured it would be a rough start because it's their first day open, but you wouldn't have known they hadn't been open for years. This location runs as smoothly as Edwardsville, and their specialty pizzas are to die for. An Edgar Allen Poe themed pizza? You won my heart just reading that on the menu. Keep up the good work, Dewey's. read more

I attended a birthday party in Edwardsville and the pizza was absolutely awful. I've always heard good things about this pizza place. All I can say is I was so disappointed. There was very little cheese and I didn't care for their version of thin crust. The sausage did not look appetizing at all. read more

Went here for lunch with some coworkers and we shared a pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good. They have many specialty pizza options as well like the porky fig which has a fig jam base, mozzarella l, fontina, prosciutto, caramelized red onions and Gorgonzola. I wasn't feeling THAT adventurous lol. Everything was very fresh, the only reason I'm giving four stars is because I wish they had a lunch buffet. But our server was very nice and attentive and I will definitely be back!! Check em out! read more

The pizza is delicious! My favorite by far! We were told they don't really assign a waitress to a table so know one came to check on us and we had to flag a server down when we needed something. Would definitely return. read more

Actually we don't usually have pizza at all. But felt like we should try this place and it was absolutely amazingly delicious. We will be eating more pizza from here!! read more

Lack of menu items. which I can get if you want to really focus on pizza but their pizza is extremely underwhelming. You are better off going to the peel. They offer better pizza, more customization and a wider menu. Also the music is way too loud. read more

This is the place to go for brick oven pizza. While Peel is great competition something about the way they make their crust sets them apart. The staff is very attentive and the Dr. Dre pizza is one of my favorites. Anything with the white sauce is also a winner. read more

Dewey's is our favorite pizza spot in town. Staff are always inviting and helpful. Pizza is AMAZING... thank you for binging something fresh to the are! read more

With Peel Pizza in town, I thought I had my pizza spot settled on, that is until Dewey's Pizza came to town. I give a slight advantage to Dewey's on taste and price, but Peel does have the best wings in town. Both places have amazing beer you really cant go wrong with either. I do wish they had more space since wait times can be quite long during peak hours. read more

Pizza was good and service was fine. If you are looking for any appetizers they dont have any. No real wow factor for me.

I gave Dewey's in OFallon three stars because while we really enjoy their salads and pizza, their servers are WAY too grabby. Anytime we've eaten there they always take my salad plate while I'm still eating my salad!! Nothing irritates me more than this. I order and pay for a salad and they just walk by and before I can say anything they've taken my salad away and are gone...I eat part of my salad before pizza comes and then I enjoy the rest while enjoying my pizza. They've done this every single time we've eaten here! Last time I had just taken a bite of pizza and a girl, not even our server, walks by and grabs my salad plate which was sitting next to my dinner plate and says "let me get this out of your way" as she's walking away with my salad! She didn't hear me telling her I wasn't done because she just took off. read more

When trying all the lovely new restaurants, put this one at the top of your list and then visit again and again!

I'm really glad to have this local venue that has some really good pizzas. The service, once we got to the table was prompt and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there was no appropriate place to wait out of the cold. They need a double entrance at the front so the Wind does not come in every time someone opens the door. We were freezing! Also, their text notification needs tweaking. I received a text and thought our table was ready but it was just telling us we were moving up on the list. read more
