What a great addition to Dewey Beach. Carne Asada brisket tacos are the bomb! Best margaritas in town. Will definitely be making this a regular stop when in town. read more

If this place were in DC or NYC there would be a line out the door. Limited menu but everything we ordered was superb - from the big Sir nachos with brisket to the papusas and the tacos! We got chicken tacos and fried cauliflower - both excellent. The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. There is no bland overkill here - you get plenty of food but not too much. We might take the tacos to go to the beach too read more

This place was bad in every way. They did not have enough menus. A full table had to share 1, they brought water but had only 2 plastic cups for 3 people. We ordered nachos. They could not find 3 plates. The cheese sauce was watered down so much that you could see thru it. The margarita was terrible. We ordered the 5 dollar more expensive one with the Grand Marnier. There was no G M in it. The waitress said that the bartender put a little taste in it. For 5 extra it should have been correct. The worst of all was the poor hygiene habits of the staff. I hope a waiter there has since seen a Dr. for his problem. It was bad. They changed their name to Sirvedas, probable to avoid reviews. read more

Yum! We have some picky eater in our family and even they loved it! It's a little bit hidden, so it isn't something we've tried before... and we're so glad we did! read more

Great staff, fantastic drinks and good food. All drinks made with fresh juices. Do yourself a favor and get the Maria - watermelon and jalapeño margarita. read more

Stopped in on a rainy Sunday to try this new ( opened July 29) spot - Margaritas made with fresh juice and not cloyingly sweet; unique Sangria ( pumpkin) was delicious; sampled the chicken taco and chicken quesadilla served with home made salsa and generous sour cream; music is promised to occur weekly - Maria the owner and chef is outgoing and truly has an attention to detail. Great location a must try. All items affordable, decor is funky and relaxed read more

Excellent happy hour 3-5 PM, great appetizers and drink prices, wait staff was excellent, bar was a lot of fun and food was delicious. A lot of customers getting take out. Very authentic food with staff critiquing presentation. Customer service was excellent. read more

My favorite new place in Dewey! Love the food and the atmosphere! The fun loving staff makes you enjoy the experience even more!

Wandering down coastal highway, stumbled across this authentic Mexican. We had shrimp tacos that were delicious. I had a salt rim watermelon margarita. Great service. Our server was William H. read more

I came here on a Friday night with a group for dinner and had an extremely poor experience. While we were part of a somewhat large party, the restaurant was otherwise empty. Upon arriving, my friend and I were very hungry and immediately put in an order for nachos, tacos, and quesadillas. 45 minutes then went by and we still had not received any of our food. We asked our waiter Wesley where our nachos were and he continued to tell us they were still being made. 15 more minutes go by and we still had not received any of our food. We again asked Wesley where our food was and how much longer he thought it would be (seriously how long does it take to make an order of nachos?). He was very short and unfriendly and stated they were still being made. During this time I was sitting facing the kitchen and during this time I saw no food come out. At this point we are starving and angry and asked Wesley to cancel our meals so we could go somewhere else as we had been waiting over an hour and still had no food. Welsey told us we were not allowed to cancel our meals and that our food was STILL cooking. Being extremely frustrated we found the other waiter Alton (who was wonderful!!!). Alton was extremely nice, apologetic, told us anyone can cancel food at any time and went to cancel our meals. As Alton was canceling our meals, the food finally came out. The food was average- by no means the best Mexican food I have had. To make matters worse, my friend found a rubber band (yes a rubber band) in her quesadilla. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in Sirveza due to the extremely slow service (over an hour for nachos and tacos is unacceptable), our rude server, and objects in my friends food. read more

Our bombtender Scotland did a wonderful job. This watermelon crush is the best dang watermelon crush I've ever put in my mouth. No cap. Best chips and queso in town. Papi looked real good in the back too. I loved his vibes. Laine has a really nice hair do. Fire bombs. Fire atmosphere. Fire refrigerators. Can't wait until they be at 100% capacity. Great place. 10/10. Me amo Scotland. read more

Gave this place a try as I'm semi-new to the area and had a craving for Mexican. The menu is limited - but that's Ok because the food is delicious and I'd rather have really good food than a huge selection. I had the brisket carne asada salad and my companion had the grilled shrimp quesadilla. We shared the guac (slightly sweet and totally excellent). All was superb and our waiter Wesley was highly attentive. The owner/chef came out to check that all was to our satisfaction. All in all a great dinner out off-season or in-season. I'll definitely be back. read more

This is probably the worst service I've had in a long time. We were 1 of only 2 tables. We didn't get the chips and salsa we ordered. The waitress' hiney was hanging out of her shorts and she kept picking them out without washing her hands (disgusting). She also was very rude and didn't seem to want to be at work. Food was mediocre -definitely not authentic Mexican food. Nachos came out cold and chips were soggy. When we left, the staff was huddled up and talking, rather than working. Wouldn't go back. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Fun evening! Had great Prickly Pear margaritas-thank you, Maria! The nachos were unbelievably great! Had Cole slaw as part of the cheese sauce! Delicious! Can't wait to go back again! read more

The margaritas were good and our server, Liam, was great and really attentive. But the food was terrible. The guacamole wasn't mixed, the shrimp tacos were awful and the quesadilla was subpar. Definitely not worth the price. I would come back for drinks but not food. read more

Omg...the watermelon margarita was ridiculous! And then to add insult to injury, we had the "MIMI Cookie"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely loud, very long wait despite being told we could call ahead, long wait for drinks and food. Needed to repeat requests several times. However, food was good despite poor service. read more

I will start this review by saying that the waitress was incredibly hard working...especially considering she was working alone! This review is no reflection on her. There was another employee who appeared to follow her around while doing very little. However, the food was mediocre at best and not inexpensive. We could let that go for the drink specials. But, what was unforgivable was charging for soda refills for the kids when each cup received was at least 75% ice! read more

Thursday night, we were able to be seated right away. Not many menu choices - it like small plate American Mexican. Chips were very good! They need to give you more salsa and ask if you want mild or spicy. The waitress did not know the menu, she still got the order wrong after I pointed out the options on the menu. read more

Looking forward to dining again. Went here summer 2018. Delish different cocktails & surprisingly yummy mexican fare.

Our meal at Sirveza was excellent. Great service, good tacos, excellent margaritas. Definitely recommend.

First time experience at Sirveza and it was awesome! Maria was so welcoming and warm and the food and drinks were fabulous! Red sangria was great because you can actually taste the red wine and house margaritas were spot on! Definitely recommended anyone to stop in for dinner or drinks at the bar! read more

The food was fantastic! We stopped by with a larger group and all of the dishes had great presentation, and even better flavor that meshed seamlessly together. Servers were very attentive and friendly. Overall, would recommend this place and the food won't disappoint!! read more

Laine is a great bartender! He is so welcoming and kind. The drinks are great and so is the guac. A must have!

Sirveza is fabulous! From the Mexican food to the fabulous Watermelon Margherita's! Everyone is very welcoming and so friendly! Highly recommend to anyone that enjoys feeling like you are a friend of the owner! read more

We stumbled upon this place as it was in close proximity to our VRBO and I saw that it had decent reviews but also that it was relatively new. I have to say I loved every single thing we had from my watermelon margarita to the guac & queso, and the prickled pear pulled pork quesadilla. I would 100% go back to this place over and over again. It looks very new and the interior decoration is really nice as well. This will be a regular stop on my future Dewey Beach trips! read more

Best margaritas in town! All fresh squeezed ingredients and made to order- Friendly bartenders as well! Great guacamole, nachos are out of this world along with their quesadillas. Not typical authentic Mexican food, more on the lighter side, except for the boat of nachos! Definitely recommend! read more

We arrived late after the kitchen had shut down. Bummer for us. However the staff was great and offered us chips and a variety of salsa's which were really good. Yes they had your standard tomato-based salsa but they also had other varieties that were very unique and very good . I liked the corn salsa . They also gave us a big bowl of guacamole which was really good . We got a few Margaritas which were also very good . We will be back in time for dinner next time. Other patrons who had dinner there said it was great. read more

Drinks=good. Food=terrible. Salads and tacos are better at Chipotle. A "salad bowl" was nothing more than a few pieces of chicken over some romaine lettuce. Tacos were equally sparse. The rice that came with the dishes was cold. We were promised a table and then bumped from it when a larger party came in. Our party of four was forced to sit at a high-top meant for two. There was not enough room for 4 glasses of water, 4 drinks and 4 plates of food. I will not return. read more
