CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/5: I called first because I wanted to know how long it would take for my clothes to get finished since I had a last minute event I was attending. They said they could finish in two days!!! So fast! I was greeted right away when I walked in even though the receptionist was busy. Answered all my questions patiently because it was my first time here. PRICE 5/5: Very affordable for how quickly they were able to get my clothes done. Would definitely come back! read more

TLDR: If you are looking for a cleaners spot in the area that does their job done professionally with excellent service, this place is it. I've personally tried 3 different cleaners in the area since the spot I used to go no longer is out of business and I care about my clothes cleaned professionally with no damage and Devonshire West Cleaners is like a hidden gem! I want to strongly recommend this place so imma break it down- Cleaning: They cleaned my over coat. It was very dirty and had stains all over the sleeves, front and back so yeah it's just very dirty. I picked up my overcoat and it became brand new. Of course I had some old stains and it's difficult for them to clean and those they are not completely gone gone but they cleaned them all and it's barely noticeable. They did their job perfectly and professionally. I just want a cleaner that does their job you know and price, service and other things come next. I'm adding pictures here so y'all look at it if you guys have eyeballs, you see what I mean by my overcoat became brand new once they cleaned it. Pricing: I care about pricing because as much as I care about that they do their job done, I want them to do them also for a reasonable price. Yes imma mention one of the 3 cleaners spot I tried, they'd bump up the price for the same clothes in the name of inflation. I understand it but I don't get it at the same time because we all are struggling. Anyway, West Devonshire Cleaners does their job not only in professional manner but also genuine, clean manner meaning they have a reason for their price they are giving out to us. No cheating or trying to make fortune out of you. That explains good business mindset they have which is rare to find these days. Service: This is not even smth to talk about here bc they are so friendly and nice. Just go talk to Kevin and Susie already. P.S. This place is now my go to cleaners spot. Imma keep y'all posted for their consistency with their business. read more

Best dry cleaners in the area! Devonshire West Cleaners has never disappointed me. I've had bad experiences at other dry cleaners and was in search for a new dry cleaner. I stumbled upon Devonshire West Cleaners about 3 years and now I only trust them with my dry cleaning. They are so reliable, friendly, and take the utmost care with your clothes. Highly recommend! read more

I've been here 5-6 times now for both dry cleaning and alterations. They always do a fantastic job, and extremely quick turn around rate. They are also extremely polite and friendly! read more

I found these cleaners by accident and I'm sure glad I did. I took several shirts and pants, and everything came out great. No damages to the clothing...no color changes esp on the white shirts. Additionally, good pricing and customer service. I would definitely recommend them...it's hard to find a good dry cleaner and while this is a farther drive for me (as I live in Woodland Hills), it is definitely worth it as the quality and great. read more

Excellent customer Service ! Owners are friendly and always willing to help. Fast and efficient.

We have been bringing our cloth there for many years & always receive the same great, prompt & friendly service

The people who run this place are incredible! So sweet and personable as well as professional. My family has been coming to them for years for both cleaning and alterations and they always do amazing work. They altered my prom dress many many years ago and made it look perfect! That was a complicated job and they had no problem with it. Also recently I got fabric dye on a white dress and they actually managed to completely remove the dye and made it look good as new. Nothing but the best from them. I don't trust anyone else with my clothes. Thank you for years of great service! read more

Wow, this family business is first rate! I had gone to two other dry cleaners with my stained white silk dining room chair cushions and they could lighten up the stains but not remove them. I took a couple as an experiment to Devonshire West Cleaners and they were completely new looking again! Not a stain remained! Of course I returned with the others- all the same fabulous job. They were so stained that I had been pricing new ones, handmade to fit the chairs, at great expense. Oh, here's the kicker- both of the other dry cleaners charged me MORE than Devonshire West! I rarely write reviews- these nice folks are really good at what they do! read more

Organic cleaners. Excellent service. No odod & no smell. They are pick up & delivery available. read more

These guys have been great, ever since we moved to Chatsworth 5 years ago. Pricing can't be beat, they know you by name and know exactly what you like. They are very accommodating and can really turn an order around quick if you need it. I started coming here out of convenience, because I lived right around the corner, but we've since move to Northridge (by CSUN) and I make the drive out to Chatsworth because I've not found comparable service. read more

Brought my jeans in for hemming. It cost $10 for basic or $20 for original. Picked up when I was supposed to and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dry cleaner. read more

I've been using this cleaners for over 5 years now. Mr Kevin is very professional with a sense of pride and urgency in his work. I have also used them for alterations several times and they have never failed me. The reason why I'm adding this review now is because we took my sister's wedding dress for cleaning and they did an over the top job with the stains! It came out looking brand new again in a box and very presentable. Thank you Devonshire west cleaners for all the years of great service! read more

Also I had a broken button that was hanging lose from my shirt and when I got my clothes back I noticed that they fixed it and I didn't even ask for it! Best service and quality of work ever! read more

This is a WONDERFUL cleaners operated by very hardworking, responsible and responsive owners, Kevin and Susie. I have used their fine services regularly and exclusively since they first opened for business - at least 20 years ago. Even when I've needed speedier services - whether it's been dry cleaning, shirt laundry or alternations - they've always come through for me and my wife, often virtually overnight. They've never lost any garments of ours, nor have they ever delivered any shirts back to me with broken buttons or clothing that was damaged in any way! I HIGHLY recommend their excellent services! read more

If you are looking for great results and experience - these guys are the best. They took out all my stains and were really cheap in price. Thank you Devonshire West! read more

Mr kevin and susie for decades have been THE place to go to in chatsworth for dry cleaning. Now they have moved very close to 9868 DE SOTO AVE, CHATSWORTH 91311 very close by! Check them out for the same quality service! read more

A few weeks ago I went to pick up my cleaning/laundry. During that visit the new owner introduced himself. He told us the old owners (that we had been doing business with for years) did not know anything about the cleaning business. Then he presented us the bill which was dramatically more than we had paid under the old ownership. Previously I would have given this business 5 stars, but the new owner's attitude and much higher prices not only have we reduced the rating but have also found a different cleaning business. read more

Great cleaners and they're so friendly. Every time I go there I feel welcomed. I love supporting the small local businesses and recently found out they use organic cleaning supplies which is a win win for me. Thanks Devonshire West Cleaners! read more

I've been going to this cleaners for over 20 years. I've dealt with the whole family over time. I've never had a bad experience. Actually I've always found them straight forward, very pleasant and friendly no matter how crazy it is with people. No matter what condition my clothes are that I bring in, they are fresh and new looking when I pick them up. I've taken my wife's dresses there, my kids (10 yr old) suit there. No issues by me at all. I recommend this cleaners to anybody and everybody. read more

I have to say that this is the BEST cleaners that I have ever used. Besides excellent cleaning they have done expert alterations of all my clothes. The owners are nice people who do well by their customers. I highly recommend everyone to come here. read more

I have uniform shirts. This place always cleans them correctly. They come back to you bran new. Strongly recommend this place to clean your clothes. read more

The son is very nice, and the husband. But the lady the owner, she's very rude!!! That's the main reason why don't go back to that cleaners. She has attitude and is very moody!!! I don't mind spending money but their prices are not that reason as well. When the husband or the sun is there they work with you but the lady she's just out-of-control. If you ask her or show her a coupon she keeps on telling you how long she's been in business and how she can do that but I understand it's a business but other places for way cheaper prices so why should I pay more and makes no logical sense. Again I'm not upset for the prices on them set with your attitude I don't mind spending money but why spend more money when the place down the street does it for cheaper and has the same quality. read more

I will be honest and say I have never used dry cleaning before. I bought myself a new jacket for work in December and it is dry clean only, I have had jackets before that say the same thing and I just clean them normally but don't dry them. I figured let me do the right thing by my new jacket and get it dry cleaned. When I came to pick it up some guy asked me if my jacket was old and claimed it was really dirty to the point there is still spots on it. I didn't really think much of it since it's just for work but when I wore it I noticed places on it that were not there before. It almost looked like it got burned or something melted on it in places. I always thought dry cleaners would at least test a spot of the material to see how the material would work with the chemicals used to clean it. There is a spot for sure I would have noticed on the cuff of my sleeve that I hate looking at now because of the very large burn looking spot that is on there. read more

Devonshire West Cleaners - My jacket sleeve after getting dry cleaned - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Chatsworth, California

I have been going to Devonshire West Cleaners for more than 10 years. Their service is great and the owners are friendly. Whether it's the standard dry cleaning or laundering, the occasional alteration, or the odd job (preservation); I have always been happy with the quality of their end product. read more

The best dry cleaners you could ask for. They work extra hard to remove stains. All clothes come back perfectly pressed will many other places leave wrinkles as they don't hang them properly. They charge a little more than other cleaners but it is well worth it. No smells from dirty cleaning fluid which is important. They pick up and deliver as well. read more

This place is a really good place organic cleaning everything is good quality good customer service. No one better then Kevin and his wife

WORST CLEANERS EVER!!!! The lady is so ridiculously rude! I went to have my dress altered and when I got it back the seam was crooked so I went back on Mon show her the dress she said she would call me Wed after she talks to the lady who does the alterations. So I get a call today telling me that on top of the $35 rip off for the first mistake they wanted to charge me another $40 to fix it!! After repeated phone calls which she kept hanging up on me I'm sure she will do nothing to correct the matter. Terrible business owners I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!!! BEWARE!! Rip off AND horrible service read more

Best. Cleaners. Ever. Great service, great work, great prices. This place is awesome.

Gave them 2 items with stains. When I picked it up, both Items - the stains were still there. Ask the Korean lady owner and she started having an attitude. I asked her why she has an attitude, she said, why you asked if we cleaned it or not! I think it's normal for me to ask if I am paying $20 to have them cleaned and they are not. Also, she has an attitude if you try to give her a dry cleaning coupon that her store offers. Will never go back- rude owners! read more

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. Let me explain: My wife and I have been taking our dry cleaning in to Devonshire West for over 20 years. Unlike other reviews, my experience with Susie, the co-owner, has always been pleasant. They've done good work, and are moderately priced. But her husband is another story! He CHOSE to sacrifice all the goodwill built up over the years (and the $25,000+ we have paid them as consistent, loyal clients) to screw us out of our money, deciding that saving a few bucks was more important to him than our patronage! Here's what happened: The husband took my wife's $1000 SILK designer dress coat and completely ruined it by WASHING IT! Yup, he didn't even attempt to call my wife to consult with her on what the fabric was, or how to clean it. (His wife always would call if she had a question). When I picked it up, it was destroyed, all faded and wrinkled. So, this guy (whom I thought was an honest man) began to say (by his own choice, again to save a buck) that his insurance deductible was $1000, and that he couldn't pay us for the handmade coat that was a copy of a $3000 design. My wife was livid, and we demanded that they pay restitution for our loss of $1000. THEN, this moron asked us to LIE to his insurance company by signing a statement that the coat cost my wife way more than it actually did! Now, that's INSURANCE FRAUD, and we would have no part of it. It got down to an actual BAD verbal confrontation between this co-owner and myself! He literally tried over and over to low-ball me with ideas that would keep the money in his pocket, not caring that he was losing a LOT of business when word got out what a lying, cheating scum-bag he actually is. We gave them one more chance to do the right thing by sending them a certified letter spelling out exactly what happened, and expecting a cashier's check in a week's time. NO check... This man's decision to nickel and dime us to death has gone so far as to involve HIS insurance company, and soon a possible law suit! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THE ONLY THING THE OWNER CARES ABOUT IS THAT HE COVETS MONEY! This is not the end; we will prevail, whether in a court of law, or by whatever means possible. read more

This place is the best. Very affordable, extremely friendly. Been going there for years and love it!
