I was a very good customer of the previous dry cleaner Roxy. I tried to give the new owners a chance even though they would promise the clean clothes on a date and they wouldn't be ready on time. My husband and I aren't working now because of the pandemic so we've only used the dry cleaner a few times this year. A week ago, I took my blouse out of plastic because I wanted to wear it. I had picked it up three weeks ago. It is brand new and only been worn once. The elastic around the neckline had been pulled out and it cannot be worn. I went in and showed it to the lady. She at first said that I hadn't been there in a year. She then saw that I had many blouses cleaned there a month ago. I asked if the seamstress could look at it and see if it could be fixed. She said she would have to send it back to the cleaner to see if he recognizes the top. The lack of trust she showed was alarming. I told her my parent's owned a dry cleaners and I am aware of the scammers. All I wanted is to see if it could be fixed. She could have offered $10 of free dry cleaning and I would have been happy. They will never get my business again. Very poor customer service!!! read more

Screwed up again! Over priced and extremely poor service. This is the last time I'm doing business here. Dropped off my clothes on the 19th promised on the 22nd and sure enough it won't be ready until 25th! This place is a waste of my time and money. Beware of the lady who works there Fatima, she is very cunning , a liar and a thief She always makes excuses when the clothes are not ready and makes big stories such as there was a fire in our main drycleaning plant or there was a robbery !!! BS HORRIBLE drycleaners , they advertise $35 for 10 pcs drycleaning but the worker FATIMA picks out the clothes for cleaning and gives back a couple saying this they wont count in the 10 pcs and asks for more money !!!!! Previous owners were very polite and very efficient !! this DRYCLEANERS sucks !!! Bad SOLVENT smell in the clothes STINKS !!! . Well here goes an update. So Max B. "The Business owner" has yet to even try and reach out to me I'm regards to my clothes that were not dry cleaned but washed normally and now they have shrunken. I'm posting a screenshot of the text I received from him to show exactly how he takes "pride" in his business and tries to take care of his customers. They have lost 3 of my items in the last 3 months. ALEX (the guy who works there), and the manager, ADRIANA (who goes by "Nancy") handled my issue in an unacceptably unprofessional manner. They never bothered to make an effort to follow up up with me or resolve my issue: ALEX always promised me he would call me back or have his manager call me, but that never happened. I had to chase them for weeks. When I finally talked to the manager, ADRIANA, I explained my concern that this issue keeps happening and how it looks like a fraud when they keep "losing" 100-200$ brand clothes, and offer 40$ for my loss. I told her that at this point it looks intentional to me and, because of the high value of the items, maybe it is simply theft! She raised her voice on me, and said that the $40 is all she could do, then added if I don't want it, don't take it. She also refused to give me the information of the owner so I could explain what happened. When I said I will make sure I follow through this issue, she told me I can take my case to the court. This place gave me so much anger and anxiety... I will never return here! I just want to make sure that the owner is aware how these people are ruining his/her business. read more

This place is just awful! They must be going out of business. They have been closed for over a month and have held our clothes captive! There is a note on the door with a number to call to retrieve your clothes but after several attempts to call, text etc we get ZERO response. Meanwhile they have all our clothes just hanging inside! After being a loyal customer with the establishment, back when it was Roxy Cleaners, they just lost a family of customers. THEY LOST MY SUIT JACKET and now I have to pay out of pocket because they would not give me more than 90 dollars (the suit was 350-400 or so). I had to come back multiple times because they needed to talk to the owner and then let me know what they can do. I was more than accommodating in this situation, while others in my position would have reacted much differently. On top of that: while they did have the matching pants, they gave me the wrong one initially. I went back to tell these "these are not mine" -- fortunately they did have my pants but after a several-minute search. Thank goodness because I doubt they would have given me another 90 dollars. Never going there again - the guy who works there was apologetic so it may not have been his fault but the business in general needs to do a better job. I brought my clothes laundry and dry cleaning on Wednesday morning. Told they would be ready after five Friday. Went in Sat AM leaving for an out of town wedding and needing what I brought in. Told it wasn't ready then Susie who had an I don't care attitude found order in back brought it up and said here I said we are taking it out of town please put plastic on left without the one item they couldn't find. Went back this morning said it still wasn't in although it was due on Friday finally found it. I wasn't charged for the order due to all the mishaps but unfortunately I can not Recommend and obviously will never go back read more

I've had a good experience here. So far my clothes have been cleaned properly, prices have been reasonable, and the location and hours are convenient. I've noticed that they are also good at keeping in touch. For instance, I get a call if items are done early. I've used their dry cleaning, laundering, and fold and fluff services and all have been good. I really like that I can drive through too because I'm always on the run. Elvia has been very flexible and helpful in finding solutions for clothes my chihuahua terrier peed on (thanks a lot, Flynn! Lol) Two thumbs up. read more

My last and final time going to this cleaners I was very disappointed. My dad had passed away and my husband was a pallbearer. We didn't have money to buy my husband a new shirt because of the pandemic we were just low on cash so I took his work shirt to be dry cleaned because it was after all a white shirt. They said it would be ready in around 2-3 days. The day before my dads funeral I went to pick up the shirt. It had been more than 3 days since I dropped it off and the shirt wasn't ready. So we were forced to buy a shirt for the funeral. My husband is a large guy and can only shop at DXL for his clothing. if you shop at the DXL you know a dress shirt can easily run you. $90-100 I was happy to find one on sale for $80. Fast forward past a funeral passed buying a whole new shirt because We didn't get our shirt back on time. I look up and it's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my husbands WORK SHIRT. So I call them and just ask for the shirt back I told them it's OK if the shirt is not clean I'd rather just have the shirt back so that my husband can wear it to work and I can clean it myself. They tell me the shirt is there already. When I asked him how long the shirt had been there they said it had been there for about three days. when I asked them why they didn't call me they said that they did call me and I didn't answer. I have been coming to the cleaners for a while so I know that when my dry cleaning is done they usually send me a text message. I did not receive a text alert to pick up my cleaning nor did I receive a phone call for the shirt that I had been waiting on. I was going through so much dealing with the recent death in family that I didn't even fight with it. The lady at the register did refund me for the shirt. But I still decided to go to another cleaners. There's another cleaners on Devonshire and reseda that I go to now. They're very professional. read more

I had a horrible experience with Oceanside cleaners. They lost my husbands suit jacket and now he doesn't have a complete suit. All they could say is I'm sorry these things happen. This is the first time we used them and is our last. Why would I return to place that shows little regard to their customers belongings. I would not recommend them if you expect to pick up your clothes. I have never had anything lost by any cleaners and we have all our work clothes dry cleaned. Utterly disappointed. I took 2 pair of pants in to have them shorten the length. I was told it would be @20 (@10 each). When I went to pick them up they told me it would be $24. I said that I was told it would be $20 but they didn't even care and said the cost was $24. They were not interested in discussing it or living up to what they had quoted me. We had been going to Roxy (their predecessor) for over 20 years and never had a problem. This new company is not very customer friendly at all. They have certainly lost all of our business from now on. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told that my clothes would be ready on Tuesday but then I was told to come on Wednesday due to some equipment issues. So I show up on Wednesday and my clothes are still not ready. So I wait till Saturday to pick up my clothes. My clothes are ready but the clerk Alex said he had to charge me again. I told him that I was sure that he charge me and he would not believe me (recipient in hand mind you). So I had to go through my various apps and finally call my credit card company on the phone and play the message for him that it was paid. All this I could've forgiven but he kept arguing with me how it wasn't his intention and how it wasn't their fault etc. A good customer service agent will listen to their customers patiently and sympathize with them. This guy was rude and asking me why I am upset? He could not understand or sympathize at all which is what good customer service is. I will never go there again and highly recommend neither do you! read more
