Irony is there is a cleaners literally two doors down that also has great reviews but I'm pretty brand loyal to this location since I know they are reliable. When we went to pick it up, we had to wait at an empty front counter for five minutes just for someone to finally bother coming out from the back. To make matters worse, the jacket was sitting out completely exposed on the open counter instead of being safely hung up. The employee handed it over to me without checking a slip or verifying my identity first. She then panicked, ran outside after me, and started pestering me for names because she realized she had completely bypassed their own tracking loop, never gave my mom a slip in the first place, and had no paper trail. Thankfully, the jacket wasn't lost or damaged, but the sheer laziness, lack of organization, and terrible security means I will never trust this business with my clothing again. Proceed with caution if you bring any high-value items here.

My husband and I aren't working now because of the pandemic so we've only used the dry cleaner a few times this year. A week ago, I took my blouse out of plastic because I wanted to wear it. I had picked it up three weeks ago. It is brand new and only been worn once. The elastic around the neckline had been pulled out and it cannot be worn. I went in and showed it to the lady. She at first said that I hadn't been there in a year. She then saw that I had many blouses cleaned there a month ago. I asked if the seamstress could look at it and see if it could be fixed. She said she would have to send it back to the cleaner to see if he recognizes the top. The lack of trust she showed was alarming. I told her my parent's owned a dry cleaners and I am aware of the scammers. All I wanted is to see if it could be fixed. She could have offered $10 of free dry cleaning and I would have been happy.
