    Love these sushi triangles!
    Chris M.

This place is a neighborhood gem. They have almost everything. Bonus-they put on an addition that houses a sweets counter, rotisserie chicken and a sandwich station. They have daily shawarma specials. Delicious!

I live next to this store and often go there for groceries. The store is good, it has everything you need, there are even some products that you cannot find in other stores. I really like their baked goods, especially the "Honey cake and Napoleon" cakes, they are very tasty and fresh, and they also have other flavors of cakes, I recommend you try them. I only buy caviar here because their caviar is the most delicious. They have some types of red caviar that are very tasty and the quality is good. I also like the fact that there are constantly deep discounts on different categories of goods!!! This is very cool, I recommend it!...

a variety of alcohols and beverages

I like coming here and finding new drinks to try with my fiancee. They have good deals on wine too like 4 for $10, 5 for $20 etc. The radler grapefruit beer is a new favorite of mine!

    Yummy

We are so lucky to have Devon Market in the neighborhood. Such a great market with a lot of deals, organic and non-GMO choices, fresh veggies and fruits, fresh salads, various types of homemade pizza, coffee, and more. As a university student, I appreciate their 10% discount for university students. I am happy to shop at Devon Market, and It keeps getting better. Devon Market is the best place to find healthy and homemade fresh foods at a fair low cost. I had some of their homemade pasta and soup, It was so yummy...

Great cultural market in the Edgewater neighborhood near Devon and Clark. Fresh and unique foods from all over the world. From smoked fish to several types of dates, Devon Market has found a new fan. I was probably in here an hour just looking at all the treats from around the world they had before I put anything in my basket. People watching here is priceless! And what really makes this a five star experience is the beer and wine selection. You could come here for anything.

a variety of cakes on display

I have been coming here for years , and it is only getting better. All the updates they did are absolutely beautiful. The staff Is so friendly and very helpful when you need to find something. On my recent trip I saw they had some of my favorite chocolates The Toblerone for only $4.99 when everywhere else is like $10 ea, I don't mind saving five dollar. When you walk in they have such a beautiful bakery , all the delicious sweets they have for all occasions, over Christmas they had the cutest desserts with snowmen and reindeer, and they were so delicious. And I saw today they had ones for Valentine's Day. I had to pick some up for my husband as a treat. And another great thing is that you can have the most delicious cup of coffee while you shop , it will help keep you Warm on these cold days. I could not be happier with Devon Market! Keep up the great job!!

It has a pretty big selection of produce. Careful in bringing the best stuff to here. They have a lot of experience selecting based on geographic regions, seasons, and weather. After going inside for the first time, we were surprised it was bigger than it appeared to be. It's got a pretty big produce section. This takes up a lot of the inside, and seems to be the main thing. A lot of the usual fruits and vegetables, but also has quite a lot that's not as common. The rest of the store has the bakery and deli counters, and they have fresh meats if you like getting meaty. Also they have a stand to get fresh gelato. The prices are pretty good, and they had lots of cheap specials. Clean and organized with everything looking fresh. It's certainly got Indian products, but there's a whole lot more, and good prices. This is located on Devon at Talman.

The place is clean and fairly well organized with helpful staff ready to assist. The best part is the fresh juice bar that they have. You pay for the juice at the cashier and take your receipt over to the juicer and they will freshly squeeze the juice for you. The sugar cane and the strawberry / watermelon were real standouts for us. Definitely worth checking out for both groceries but also to get some fresh fruit juices.

It was only AFTER that I found out that they have another location in Uptown, a mile from my house. Apparently they've been in the shopping center across from the Broadway post office for about four years now, but I never had a clue. I liked this location more not just because of the convenience factor of being in my neighborhood, but also because it's a lot more comfortable to shop. The aisles were much larger so you weren't squeezing by folks when trying to see all the goodies. The produce and fish/meat sections also seem much larger. So overall the store has a bigger footprint than the one in Chinatown. They also had merchandise at this store that I didn't see at the other, such as woks, bowls, and other such items. Parking is so-so. The parking lot itself isn't necessarily small, but there's a lot of businesses that share this lot and some of the spots are marked specifically for those businesses. For instance, the medical office here has about 10 spaces that are for their patients only. But given the location it's within a few blocks of the Wilson station, the Argyle station, and (when renovation is complete) the Lawrence station, as well as the bus lines, so there's lots of options for getting here if driving isn't your choice.

I love this grocery store because they sell a wide variety of Asian snacks, seafood, meat, drinks and Asian sauces from countries like: Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Japan, Korea. I remember coming here one summer day years ago with my son; he started to feel lightheaded due to the summer's heat and the male owner told me to grab anything to drink and eat and he sat my son down on the stool and started feeding him. That memory really touched my heart and he even carried my son to the car. This place definitely holds a special place in my heart because of the owner's kindness and the fact that it's one of my mother's favorite places to shop. It's always busy especially on Sundays! I highly recommend this grocery store. They have a small parking lot next to the grocery store but it doesn't fit many vehicles. I usually just park next to the storefront if there is space available; if you live around the neighborhood you can also walk. Before there was 'Seafood City' or any other grocery store on Argyle; 'Viet Hoa' was the original store that provided all the Asian ingredients that our families used in recipes.
