The absolute best place to buy a car. The only place my family and I buy and service our cars.

Carl, however, truly took the time in providing options and information to take the stress out of buying my new car.

NEVER do business with this SHAM of a dealership !! Their word means nothing!…read more After reading all of the one star reviews, I feel like my problem is small compared to the others, which are horrible experiences! Mine focuses more on TRUSTING someone's WORD! While sitting in the finance guy's office and signing the lease contract a year ago, I was promised an additional two oil change services totaling 4. because I mentioned t him that my previous 3 yr. lease had all the services covered and that two was not a lot for a 3 year lease, so I was pleased he offered me an additional two. Forward a year later, at the second oil change appt. i learned it was my final complimentary one. I said that can't be correct so that's when I went directly to speak to the person who promised me that which was the finance guy Dave. He was nowhere to be found that day so I returned the following day, again nowhere to be found. but a call was put into him while I was standing right there and he did not even want to speak to me to ask what I needed from him. I was just told he was off that day too. ( most likely he was in the back office and didn't want to be bothered . a week goes by and I received a text message from the dealership, congratulating me for my first year anniversary and asked me if I was happy and if there was anything they could do for me ) so now I returned for the third time, and I was getting assistance from my original sales person, who seemed concerned about my situation, and he went in to speak to Dave the finance guy and came back to tell me that I would be getting a written IOU (as they call it) for the 2 oil changes , but had to wait for Dave to be done with a client so he could print it out. ... so now I'm sitting there for I hour and 45 min waiting and then I finally had to leave. I texted my sales guy to just have him print it out when convenient and I would return tomorrow to get it. So now I'm back today and the fourth visit ends up in this horrible scene at the dealership with the finance guy Dave, (who claims he never made that promise, ..LIAR,) and if he did, he couldn't do anything because there was an ownership change in the dealership since last year) I'm not making this shit up! and also his boss Abe and the big GM Ryan Gambill (who states that there was no ownership change and he doesn't know why Dave said that...LIARS ) standing over me waving a blank IOU paper in my face , telling me that if they did promise me that, that I would've HAD a written IOU from them ....which I did not have!! All this overkill to save 2 oil changes equivalent to $120 instead of making good on a promise!! SMH ‍ And then when I asked them to just honor what was verbally promised, ( thats when the gaslighting began.) Ryan asked why I didn't get an IOU from my salesman in writing before I sat with the finance guy ...which by the way I DIDNT KNOW that IOU's even existed! I told him "How could I ask for something I didn't know about ? " And then he said " the finance guy didn't have authority to offer that in the first place" , AGAIN that is something I would NOT HAVE KNOWN and then says "there was nothing they could do" because it was not in my contract and I COULDN'T PROVE I was promised anything ! So when I told Ryan that I would not be giving them any more of my business, he said "what business ? you're trying to get something for free !!" RYAN, It's about HONORING YOUR WORD! You are a terrible GM, you treat your customers like crap! You did nothing to diffuse or offer me any consideration today! I had better things to do than spend my day arguing with you jerks!! I'm regret the day I ever stepped foot in this dealership and gave you $5000 down payment on a lease!! So KIA OF CAPE CORAL..YOU will not have any more of my business moving forward. You'll have to drag me over burning coals before I take my car back to this place !! And you will not have the opportunity to get this car back as I will sell it to another dealership!! **SO I WOULD SAY IN THE FUTURE HAVE THEM GIVE YOU EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED IN WRITING, RECORD OR VIDEOTAPE ANY DEALS YOU MIGHT HAVE WITH THESE PEOPLE , IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY OR LEASE A CAR, because once you're out the door, and they GOT YOUR MONEY they could care less about you!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!

Let me share my experience. First of all, don't ever give these people your money, they are…read morescammers! But let me start from the beginning. I was recommended to come here by my neighbor, who swore by this dealership. I called, they were able to get me approved for the vehicle that I wanted, and everything was smooth! I came in signed the papers, and everything went as planned. I take the car home, AND IT WONT START. So then I call them, and tell them. Yadira says "Oh honey dont worry, we will fix it, but you have to have it towed to us, because we have no way of getting it". So fine, have it towed. The tow truck driver says that the battery is fully charged, so not a dead battery (he checked that first to be sure). So then we tow it in (at my own expense). Fanny says that its a blown fuse, and a loose batter cable AND ITS ALL FIXED. So then I go to pick it up. On my way home from picking it up (again), I stop at the gas station to get a drink (dont even get gas) AND IT WONT START AGAIN! So after about 10 minutes of trying, I finally get it started. I take it home, and call the dealer in the morning. So then the dealership says to bring it in again, and they will look at it. As of this point, I inquire about a different car. Yadira says "if we cant figure out what the problem is, I will give you a different car, so just give us a chance to fix it, since you like this car". Ok fine. I go to bring it in there, AND IT WONT START AGAIN. After finally getting it started, Yadira tells me to take the car to discount to have the battery, alternator, and starter tested, so I do. The mechanic at Discount says that the starter is a delayed start, which means the starter is going bad. So I take it in. So the dealership keeps the car, and proceeds to call me EVERY SINGLE DAY to tell me that THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. Ok so it magically just wouldnt start for me twice, but theres nothing wrong with it! So I demand that they check everything, working with them FOR THREE WEEKS, AND NOTHING HAPPENS. They say that they are going to take it to Chrysler, only to tell me 4 days later that they didnt, and took it somewhere else instead. So after 3 weeks, they told me to come get the car, because there is nothing wrong with the car. Moral of the story. They told me that if they couldnt figure out what was wrong with the car, they would give me a different car, THAT WAS A LIE. They told me that they would fix whatever was wrong with the car THAT WAS A LIE. They told me they were selling me a good car, because they stand behind their products THAT WAS A LIE. So now, I gave them a THOUSAND DOLLARS for a down payment on a car, a month later, I have no car, and no money for a down somewhere else. I've asked them for another car, and they refused. I asked them for my money back, and they refused. The lender pulled out of the loan for the car that I signed the documents for, and instead of them calling me to tell me, THEY JUST THREW MY STUFF AWAY. So now, not only did I get scammed out of all that money, I didn't even get all of my stuff back, and had to dig through the garbage to get what I did get back. I am in contact with a lawyer for a lawsuit against this company, I have disputed the charge with my bank, and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am part of a group of 8,000 moms here in Lee County and we are making it our mission to ensure that no one ever gets scammed by this car dealership again! SO AS THE PREVIOUS COMMENTER SAID, SERIOUSLY, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

Update -you can read the dealer's response underneath my review and they said "I inquired about…read moreadditional models and chose the HRV" Another blatant lie. They're trying to rewrite the script. #NoRemorse #DailyEvents #WeNeedToGetSmarter. I had been texting and speaking on the phone with salesman Kahj about a white CRV. He even sent me a lease breakdown in writing -- and not once did we ever discuss an HRV. I was very clear that I wanted a CRV. When I arrived at the dealership, the first car they showed me was extremely basic -- it even had a hand pump to raise the seat! I said, "Forget it," so they brought out another car. I liked that one and agreed to purchase it, believing it was a CRV. At no point did Kahj ever say the word "HRV." I'm not a car expert, so I didn't know the difference. Based on our texts and phone calls, I fully believed I was buying a CRV. It wasn't until I was sitting down to sign the paperwork that I noticed it said HRV. I stopped and said, "Wait a minute -- this says HRV! I thought I was buying a CRV!" Kahj's response? "Oh, it's only two inches smaller -- almost the same car." I should have walked out right then and there. No excuse -- I was just shocked, the process was moving fast, and I went along with it. #PeoplePleaserMoment When I got home, I reviewed all the texts and called my brother, who immediately said, "That's bait and switch." I texted Kahj and called Anthony, the finance manager -- but conveniently, he was "not in," even though I had just seen him ten minutes earlier. I told them I would not accept the car they were trying to deliver. I plan to speak with the general manager on Monday -- and then I'm going to shout it from the mountain tops: Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Especially if you're a single female -- sadly, this kind of thing still happens in this day and age. That salesman knew he never showed me or told me it was an HRV. Anyone can look at our text exchange and see why I believed I buying a CRV. Now he claims he "mentioned the HRV trim" -- maybe he did, but I never heard it.
