A fun stop along the bike path. The Helles beer is great!! Wish they had it all of the time. No food but do have food trucks.

We met our kids in Dayton, which is about a halfway point for us each, for lunch this Saturday. We'd been wanting a good burger so I started looking for options and when I saw this place it was a no brainer. Slyders did not disappoint! The burgers are done on a flat top that's probably been in their kitchen since they opened in 1948. Talk about flavor!! The burger is good quality, tender, and full of great beef flavor, cranked out on that flat top to a crispy brown exterior. Great fresh tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles and cheese make this burger oh so good!! Add a basket of perfectly fried HUGE onion rings and a cold beer, there's nothing better!! Top top it off the service was incredible. We had 3 or 4 guys stopping by checking on drinks, napkins, ect... The energy in this bar was comfortable and you felt like you were a "regular" even if you'd never stepped in the door before in your life. With big bear hugs and handshakes we left full of great food and a warm soul. Slyders is going on my "ride for a burger" list this summer on the bikes. It'll be well worth 2hr ride to get there!! .

We found out quickly that what they do extremely well is customer service. As soon as we seated ourselves, the bartender came over and took our drink order. From that point on, we had no less than 6 people check on us...each multiple times! When the server who took our order realized it was our first visit, she let us know that the kitchen is small and it might take a little while to get our food. We were happy to hang out with our beers as we waited. My husband and I both ordered the patty melts (he added bacon, I asked for a side of bbq sauce). They were very good....I loved the rye toast. Hubby liked his onion rings a lot but my fries were unseasoned and not very good. To be clear, Slyder's is a dive bar. Walking in, it smelled greasy and it was really loud, even though it was before 5pm. That being said, between the tasty burger and the excellent service, I think we'll be back! Oh! The best part was our dinner was only $34!

We ordered the mixed basket of mozzarella sticks/cheese balls to start and they were delicious. The marinara sauce was tangy and not something that my family liked, but the ranch was delicious. My husband ordered the cheeseburger and added fries, and though there was quite a bit of seasoning on the burger, he said that it was pretty good. My son loved the buffalo chicken sandwich, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the buffalo chicken bites. I ordered the macho nacho for my meal and it was good and there was more than enough for one person. Overall we were very satisfied with our meals and will be back to try additional options.

Bartenders and servers enthusiastically greeted guest by their first names. McIntosh Pub and Grub is located in an old, historic building with many family, friends and customers in photos dotting the walls. Nostalgic, vintage beer steins, signs and memorabilia creatively decorate the walls and bar shelves. Who doesn't like pub food and McIntosh's does that well. Our large group enjoyed sharing their potato chip basket with classic French onion dip, fried green beans with a yummy horseradish sauce and fried cheddars cheese balls. We all ordered an array of cauliflower crust pizza and shared. Yes, the cauliflower crust pizza was a favorite of our group, and I must say I can see why! It was a wonderful crispy base and tasted like a thin crust pizza. I certainly didn't miss the gluten. Of all the pizzas ordered my favorite was the cheese followed closely by the supreme. Service was very attentive to our large group and the cocktails and cold beers kept coming! I hope to return one day!

Having never been we had no idea what to expect. We found out that you order food at the counter to the left as you walk in. Grabbed a menu, checked it out and decided on cheese curds and a walnut salad to share. Then off to the bar to order beverages. Hard cider and a Diet Coke. The cider I was not a fan of so lucky I had the Diet Coke as a backup. Food showed up shortly after. The salad and curds were both delicious but mercy, they were kind of expensive... it was a chilly day but would guess this place is packed when it's super nice out. The interior decorating is kind of a little all over but it's super nice. Well laid out once you get how it all works. The chill area, the pool table & it seems like they have games/stuff for kids.

Housed in a large, warehouse-style space, it offers both a brewery and a restaurant under one roof. We came here for my husband's friend's surprise 40th birthday celebration and loved it. Spencer took care of us while here, from cleaning up the party room to recommending foods and beers to us. He was absolutely helpful and deserves all the raises. With his recommendations, we tried a flight of beers, and each one was tasty. For food, we had tater tots, wings, and fried cauliflower bites--all absolutely delicious! The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. There's plenty of space for large groups and even games for both kids and adults. Highly recommend for any celebration or casual outing!
