I corrected her 2x, thinking she had it correct. Left the office, went to get my prescription - NO prescription! Tried to call the office - closed. Called another location - the dentist would not call it in as they can not could not see my chart. Called the on call Dr. - they never called back. Called the office Monday - meds were called to the wrong location. The office manager argued with me stating she was told to send to wrong location. When advising I corrected her in office & trying to provide the correct phone number to the pharmacy she was to send the script to - she put me on hold. when coming back - while expressing as she is the "office manager" she should "do better" set an example - she hung up on me.
