Just pick up the phone and call them directly! All the Yelp form does is add a delay in response time!) They gave me a reasonable price estimate and let me know there might be additional cost if the flange under the toilet needed repair or replacement. Because their quoted price was reasonable I decided to go ahead with them for the work. They were able to schedule the work quickly and the plumber came back, new toilet in hand, and did a quality job! The flange was in good shape so I avoided the extra expense I had been warned about.
