Whole house plumbing piped backward. I phoned owner about my whole house plumbing job being hooked up as hot is cold and cold hot. He suddenly got irate. He started raising his voice and said he wasn't going to listen to me talking "shit" about his guys. If I had a complaint, I can put it in writing and send it to the office. He will then review it and decide. He said he was not going to allow me to ruin his day with my complaints. He then hung up on me. Choice came out today. Responded quickly, next day service, reasonable pricing for fixing our outside cutoff water valve, and diagnosis of another problem. Daniel and his associate came after the evaluation team came first within 20 minutes. Good follow up on calling to let us know they were on their way. Planning to have them come back for some other renovations we want to do. 4/2/2019- had a recirculating pump put in to move hot water quickly to kitchen. DON'T USE THEM!!! They love leaving a job so unfinished that when a major winter storm comes your pipes explode and part of your ceiling caves in. This has happened to my wife's grandmother (who is in her mid 70s and lives alone). It took my wife's uncle to come from Rockwall (hours away to fix everything). He even stated that she is so lucky that the whole ceiling didn't cave in on her because of the piss poor job YOUR wannabe company did. In all honestly because of the crappy job you owe her the money of the shady job, your company as a whole needs to apologize to her in person with all of us there period!!!! In all honestly your company is so lucky that something didn't happen to her and you should be SHOWDOWN for this or face major fines for endangering her life. I daughter even stays the night there and that that you did could've hurt her and if it would've; you'd be answering to me and a simple sorry wouldn't have sufficed that's for sure because I would have lawyers all over you. Black mold could've formed and something really bad could've happened. Good job on the job from a company that DOES NOT care about customers or ones that would be loyal to them. All they care about is and when their next money will come from. If you ever see good ratings for them know that they are fake. They're either from them with fake accounts, friends, or family to make their bad business look stellar. But then again they could've paid people for fake reviews to drowned out the truth. I had a water supply leak, and they got out day one, had it repaired by day two, for a very reasonable price. I recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. I'm going to add to my previous reviews of this company because, well, you know, Texas Pipe Freeze of 2021. With tens of thousands of people who are the lucky ones to be recovering from frozen pipes after an event like this, I envisioned a two-three week wait, but they got out the next day, stayed until 11:30 PM to try and finish, but, like whack-a-mole, leaks kept popping up. Still a couple of minor items to follow up on, but they were tenacious and conscientious. We are almost back-to-normal. Price-wise, they are more than reasonable. Don't skimp on Craftsmen, folks. We've had our share of plumbing problems: Earlier this year, following the third water leak in as many years, this one causing the collapse of our kitchen ceiling, we decided to totally replace all our pipes. After calling several plumbers and getting ridiculous quotes, we decided to hire Choice Plumbers for this huge, multi-day job.
