This is my favorite detailing store in all of Southern California. Unlike other stores where they try to fill their shelves with their private labels, this one is not afraid of giving options with a large amount of selection. When you cannot find something in person, you can ask the cashier desk or lookup on their website to see if they could bring the item out from the warehouse. They are willing to let you take your time to make sure you are happy with the item before purchase. For over 3 years, I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals, pads, and other supplies because there is a lot of comfort seeing the items in person before purchase where I rather pay the 10% premium compared to online competitors to make sure this store is still around for me to come back and enjoy the inventory. You never really know what you will get with online only shopping. My only complaint is wishing they were closer to central OC instead of being close to 5/405 freeway merger. read more

great selection, very comprehensive. Prices are a little high, even for that area. Hit or miss with staff; some are very knowledgeable, but not very helpful unless you are a professional detailer (which is odd, because pro detailers would not pay these prices). Female staff can be very unfriendly, and even creepy. I think its just some insecurity (as her knowledge is not great, and not really current), but it drives customers away. They always get extra info to sign you up for points, but they never actually do, and probably use your info for spamming. I would go here if I need a specific product I cannot get elsewhere (although online for other stores is great, and cheaper), but there are always better prices and stores closer than this one, with more friendly and helpful staff. Just an honest opinion based on real experience, and not promoting the wrong store based on one, or no, actual personal experience. Selection is great, prices competitive, I love the $2.99 microfiber towels, different colors to distinguish between your application towels from polishing towels, or to organize colors between your vehicles. This place has a decent supply of detailing supplies, so if your the kinda person who likes to touch the bottles, try the nozzles of spray bottles then a visit here is worth your time. A visit here insures that you can buy everything you need to detail your car. The prices are the same as their website, which sometimes are pretty cheap. If you live close you can grab the things you need without having to wait for them to ship it out to you. This is the only other place I know of in the LA + OC area that sells detailing supplies at a good price with quality names asides from Chemical Guys (which they also carry). When I got a new (well, used, 2-year old car), - I researched how to detail cars for five months! I wanted to make sure that I could do whatever necessary to keep my car for 20 years and have the paint still look like new. Plus, with details costing about $145 or more, I figured if I do it myself, I could pay for all of the products I needed, in only two to three times of doing it myself - and then after that, I'm just straight out saving money. I found out that there is so much to learn and so many products, and then to try to figure out which products are good or not and how to use them and in what combination with what and why and how often, is even more time-consuming. When I finally had a list of everything I wanted to get, which in my mind, was the best quality stuff, I went online and compared prices of each product, across a few of the lowest priced websites I could find. I then happened to run across this place and thought - wow - I could save on shipping costs if I just go here and pick up everything. I never realized there was a fully stocked detail supply store only a few miles from my work! So, I go in with my list, which was 1 1/2 full pages, typed! They had the majority of every single product on my list. I was shocked! This was all stuff that I could never find in Walmart, Target, Pep Boys, or any auto supply part store anywhere! This place has the good stuff. Not only that, but both times I've gone in there, they always help me so much, picking out the right product and answering all of my questions. I have so many questions for them! Well, it's always the same guy there when I've gone. So, he deserves all the compliments. Well, months went by and I thought maybe they forgot, so I called and he said it was still out of stock. Today, he called me to say it was in stock! I was very impressed he kept my info and followed through with calling me.
