I can't wait to travel back & try some new holiday flavors! Also, customer service is as sweet as the pie's they serve. I love that they offer/sell a boxed sampling of a couple flavored cakes, plus icing for when you want to order a custom cake or cupcakes. Even the website is great! My only con, I wish they had pictures showing/sharing the difference between a 3 tiered cake & a 3 layered cake. Plus detailed names/titles of cake decoration options would be great. It's a short walk away, and they are now in Epic Cookies' old location. This new space is bigger and more front and center. A lot of people did not realize that their old location was even there on Division Street, until I took them there. They just opened this location about three days ago, so it was pretty busy when I visited today, and even Karin and her husband were in there helping out! Both very kind people! I came in for my favorite "Death by Chocolate" cupcake and was excited to try two new flavors, Coconut Guava and Lemon Raspberry. I usually check their website ahead of time to see what seasonal cupcakes they have before visiting, I saw those and rush over here. P.s. please bring back the Versailles Cupcake from Summer '25! That raspberry filling is heaven sent, and part of the reason why I came by to try the Lemon raspberry flavor! Even with the rush, the staff was just as friendly as always. I really love it here and always bring my family and friends when they are in town! I'll definitely miss the charm of the old location, but I'm excited for them in this new space and hope that it works out well for them!

She was very thorough. she even agreed to make the cake in my budget. i also told her the date and time which was less than 2 week, but she was able to squeeze me in her tight schedule. The cake replication was just what i was expecting, beautiful. The taste was even better than what i was expecting, amazing and on the point. She was very professional with her work, and even carried the cake to my car to place it securely on the seat herself. the cake was for my brother and he loved it. all the guests at the party took many pictures of the cake and enjoyed eating it as well. i am very pleased to do business with Crazy Custom Cakes, and will definitely be doing again in future. if you are not convinced from yelp page, check out her Facebook page and you will see how professional she is.

I was quoted $51 for a 10-inch yellow cake, and for that price I expected at least some level of customization and customer service. I wanted a 3-layer yellow cake with real fruit and two different filling flavors between the layers. However, I was told that Sweet Eats Bakery only makes cakes in bulk and that customers must choose from a pre-set list of cake and filling combinations. I was informed that each cake contains two layers of the same filling and that selecting different fillings for each layer was not an option. Wanting to see if an exception could be made for what seemed like a simple request, I spoke with the manager, Bridgett. Unfortunately, she also refused to accommodate the request and reiterated that I had to choose from the existing options. When I asked whether they would rather lose a customer than honor a simple request that would not create any hardship for the bakery, she responded that they would rather lose a customer. At that point, they lost me as a customer. For a bakery charging premium prices, I expected more flexibility, better customer service, and a willingness to work with customers on reasonable requests. Instead, I was told to take it or leave it. I chose to leave it, and I will not be returning. If you're looking for a custom cake tailored to your preferences, this may not be the place for you. I highly recommend Sweet T's Bakeshop in Haddonfield, NJ, they are better anyways!
