It's creamy and rich, not too sweet, nor too heavy, and available as a full cake or miniature servings. For years and years, my aunt and uncle always got cheesecake from here when I visited. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us apart longer than anyone would've liked. I kept saying 'I wish I knew where they got the cheesecake.' Finally, I asked for the name and visited when I was in town. Wow! More than five years later, and the cheesecake was just as good as I remember.
