Took my car in to have the sub frame replaced and new upper and lower control arms, they didn't tighten down the control arms and castle bolts, didn't bleed the brakes after removing the lines didn't secure the fuel lines and this is damage after the control arm that they installed. read more

I would highly suggest the company. They were quick and honest, and the prices were great. Don't waste time anywhere else. Our car needed a bumper, and they also did a wonderful job of replacing it. I had a small accident with the front left fender on my 2004 Toyota Camry . I took it to a couple of dealers for estimates and found Desi's auto collision to be the best for service and price and honesty. They replaced the front fender, straighten out the undercarriage plastic supports and match the paint perfectly. The guy was quick with the estimate and assured me I would have the car back in six days which they did. I found this shop to be fair, honest and reliable and there word was the honored. I'm giving Desi's Auto Collision a 5 Star rating , but I would honestly give them a 10 Star rating if Yelp would allow it. I met Desi when I brought in my RV for an estimate on a complete exterior paint job. I had already checked out the Yelp reviews....and they were all very positive. Desi's estimate was very competitive.....but what really sold me was the warranty policy. All the other paint shops would only warranty materials and workmanship for one year. Desi's gave me a lifetime warranty in writing. Too good to be true!!! We'll today I picked up my RV and I could not believe my eyes. It honestly looked so much better than the day I brought it home brand new. My wife and I were so overwhelming pleased that we insisted on paying Desi more than he even quoted. I was referred to Desi's from my mechanic Rich at Meinike's on Ramon Road . I took my husbands car in for a front spoiler repair... he had a huge bad scratch after coming too close to a round about. He noticed after removing the front spoiler that the under part was a mess from too many Parking concrete blocks scraping underneath. He did the extra work but kept his price the same! When we decided to get our truck painted, we did a lot of research and checked reviews of many businesses. We checked out Desi's and found great reviews, so we chose them...and unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. First they quoted 3 to 4 weeks to paint our truck, ok, they are busy, I accepted that...well 3 weeks went by, then 4 weeks went by and no word from them as to the status of painting our truck, so first lie.... We called and they said it would be another 2 weeks...ok...2 weeks came and went and still the truck was not done, second lie. After having to call them constantly, the truck was finally done 5 weeks later...so 9 weeks later, they call and say it is ready and come and get the truck...it was almost 5 pm at that point and it would be dark by the time we would get there. So we said no, since we were already getting suspicious of them, we will be there in the daylight to check the paint... we go to check out the paint job and we find that they have lost our truck key, the one with the alarm, and they had a new plain key made, trying to tell us that was what we gave them, third lie...we know what key we left them, jeez, how stupid do they think we are. Then we checked and the gas tank was empty, it was 3/4 of a tank when we left it, they said it was empty when they got it, forth lie. So, whoever was driving our truck around for 9 weeks had lost our key and used all our gas. Then we checked the paint job, it was awful. There were swirl marks everywhere, like they were trying to polish out bad spots and then stopped short of completing the job. At this point we were pretty upset and demanded this get fixed and it needed to happen asap. They wanted us to leave the truck for another 2 days, but we no longer trusted them after all the lies, and we suspected the next thing that would happen is that the truck would be 'stolen'. So we made them send the paint specialist to our house to finish the paint job correctly, buffing the whole truck out until it was right. While the truck was at our house we made sure we parked it in the driveway and blocked the driveway with our other car, because since they had keys made we felt they would try to steal the truck. We did not feel comfortable knowing they may have had spare keys made, so we went to the expense of having all the truck locks changed, including the ignition key. This all cost us an additional $400 and of course we also had to have a new key with the alarm on in made, costing us $200. They offered to have all this done at their expense, but frankly, after all their lies, we did not trust them and suspected the truck would disappear in a month or so, since they had keys and our address...well, this is what happens when you constantly lie. we just did not trust them...If I could give them zero stars I would have...buyer beware...take a picture of your gas tank reading and your mileage and your whole vehicle before you leave their lot...better yet, find somewhere else to take your vehicle. This business is not to be trusted. read more

Took my car here to get the plastic splash guard and wheel well repaired. They fixed all 3 parts at what I felt like was a very reasonable price. However, when my car was returned to me they had taken off my steering wheel cover, took off my fast track and flipped it up side down and there was a white scratch on my driver side door that wasn't there when I dropped it off. My car is a little beat up and not the prettiest vehicle on the block but there should be no reason why items where taken off, moved, or pulled out when they had nothing to do with the approved repair. I would have given 5 stars for the price but I can't ignore the lack of professionalism when handling my car and overall respect for someone else's property. read more

I have a 2015 42 foot American Coach motorhome. Two signs were dragged down 25 feet of the 4 color graphics on the side . The damage was severe. Desi gave me a price which I thought was reasonable and said it would take 5 days to complete. After 5 days I went back and was amazed at the perfect repair and paint job done to the motorhome!
