After a few weeks of sessions multiple times a week, I could sleep at night without being interrupted with severe back pain. After several months of treatment, I no longer needed the DRX. I go there once a week now for readjustments by either Dr. Farrago and Dr. Biase. Both doctors taught me some back strengthening exercises to work on at home or at the health club, and doing them keeps the back pain at manageable levels. The friendly and outgoing medical receptionist, Martha, sends me weekly texts, reminding me to schedule an appointment. I have found a dr that does not charge me a copay which not only helps my back but Bank account. But my biggest complaint is there lack of customer service relations when your no longer a patient. I have called numerous times and never receive a call back, have gone to the office twice and still get no response from the dr and conveniently have lost my records. I'm sure if my call was to come back as a patient they would have not had that issue. Its been over a year that I started calling. Atleast have the curtesy and make a return call.
