Natalie the owner of the business checked my husband thoroughly. She also asked a lot of questions for the reason he was sent to her. From Natalie assessment, my husband doesn't need OT. Her business is spotless, our appointment was right on time and she is a very nice person and considerate with your needs. Natalie also understands that any kind of therapy can cost a lot and will work with you in anyway she can. Last but not least, she is an honest woman.
