In a world where we are faced with so much negativity, one would think that a business would strive…read moreto make their internal and external clients happy but that is not the case here. Premier is a poorly run establishment in so many ways. Their lack of communication, their disregard for those in pain, their obnoxious attitudes, their inability to return phone calls, their appalling lies, and the way they handle patients should cause this "business" to be shut down. Please do not put yourself through the torture of Premier East. Feel free to schedule an appointment and see what happens. The "people" at the front desk have no customer service skills, the therapists (only basing this on one therapist) are very rude, and the office manager does not know how to make a return phone call. I can say that the doctor had a nice personality but that is the only positive feedback that I am able to provide. This place needs a complete overhaul of employees and practices. Be smart and choose another therapy practice.

After doing my research and seeing lots of strong, positive reviews, I made an appointment. From the outset, I found Dr. Block to be personable, extremely thorough, knowledgeable , as well as decisive in his diagnosis of my shoulder issue. He mentioned what he saw and explained it to me in layman's terms so I could fully understand what I was experiencing. He immediately roadmapped a plan to get my shoulder feeling better quick. His plan obviously involved some chiropractic work but also exercises, recommended lifestyle changes, as well as icing and electric stimulation to the shoulder region. I have to say that by my 3rd visit I was feeling a great deal better and I was able to regain strength in the region. It was obvious that he knows how to handle athletes, as well as washed up meatheads like me. The office is extremely clean and every COViD safety protocol is observed. What I like most is the friendly, family-type atmosphere of the office. You're always warmly greeted and everyone on the staff is genuinely concerned about your well being. I'm a very satisfied client.

Hello, It's been…read moreyears since I visited and I have to leave a review. At one point in my life I had debilitating back pain. It was the result of a martial arts injury and a lifetime of being inflexible from playing video games. I went to a chiropractor and it did not help and I started going to Dr. Camp as a recommendation. I am SO thankful I did! My back pain is ancient history! I have not had a need to go this doctor in years. I regularly workout, and stay active without any problems. I referred a women who has had amazing results as well. She has been going to chiropractors her whole life and never felt better. Dr. Campo is the right chiropractor! If you have any pain, injury, or whatever, look no more. Just go!

If you're looking for a wham, bam, thank-you-ma'am quick crack by a quack, this is NOT the place…read more Dr. Gibson is unlike any other chiropractor out there, and I go to him before even considering seeing a sports medicine doctor or physical therapist. He's not the kind of doctor that wants to get you hooked on adjustments--he genuinely wants to make you permanently feel better. Dr. Gibson obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does and his dedication to always learning, the cleanliness of his office, the wide range of state-of-the-art equipment, and the honest compassion shows it. That's not all, though. The difference is not only the time he spends really LISTENING and analyzing what you're going through, but the understanding he has of how soft tissue works along with your skeletal framework. Unlike other chiros, he actually works on soft tissue stuff, from trigger point releases to really getting in there to work those stubborn knots out. His knowledge of home-based therapies, fitness, exercise remedies, and holistic/homeopathic solutions is extensive, and I've used his advice in lieu of going to physical therapists, cheapo massueses, orthopedists and etc. and felt loads better instantly. His analyses are always exceptionally in-depth and he explains everything passionately and engagingly, helping you really understand how your body works and why it's not working the way you want it to. He's extremely qualified with multiple certifications and degrees, and patient, with a bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable, like he's a concerned family member that just wants you to be well. If you have Empire BCBS, rejoice! He's covered under primary care copay. If you're not, not to worry -- his prices are really reasonable and he'll work with you to get you fixed up.

I have been seeing a chiropractor in Houston for about a year now. I came home to NY due to a…read morefamily emergency, and really needed an adjustment. After calling multiple doctors, Dr. Gibson was the only one willing to take me in as a new patient on such short notice. He was able to accommodate me and did something I wish most offices did, which was direct me to his website to fill out the new patient forms before going in. I love efficiency, and from past experiences, most doctors office's are not efficient. Unfortunately, my printer ran out of black ink before I could finish printing all the forms, so I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early. I entered the office and was greeted by Dr. Gibson professionally and courteously. I explained to him my printer situation, and he gave me the forms that I needed. I handed him the completed forms, and he invited me into the patient's room. In the room, he asked if he could evaluate me and I accepted. His evaluations involved some minor stretches and strength exercises. After performing the evaluation, I knew he was already better than the chiropractor I visit in Houston. I could tell he loves what he does by the way he got excited as he informed me of what my muscles were doing as I moved in specific directions. When you find a doctor like this, you want to keep them. I never felt rushed throughout the visit and he displayed some of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced. At the end of the visit, he mentioned having a contact in Houston who might be able to give me a chiropractor recommendation in the coming days. If you're an athlete and have sports-related pain this is the doctor you want to see. Don't be fooled by other chiropractors who specialize in older patients/accident cases. I can't wait to come back to see him!
