I found this place about a year ago, and I'm so glad I did. Tommy and Ivy are the sweetest people I've ever met, and I always feel so warm and welcomed when I go. I get my gel pedicure every two weeks, and what I appreciate about this place is that they're appointment only. They care more about quality, than quantity. I've never been in the salon with more than 3 customers at the same time, and that to me is amazing. It's not crowded with people, you're not forced to wait for whoever is available to take you, none of that. I get there and I'm seated as soon as I walk in, always right on time or ahead of my appointment time. And I'm always out with my fresh gel pedicure within an hour. They truly don't care about the amount of people who walk in their doors, they're more concerned about being organized and doing good work. I'm local to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails done and saw the great reviews online so I decided to give this place a try. My first experience was as a walk in on a Saturday at 3:30, I came in and asked if they had time for a walk in and the owner just says "we are busy" while only 2 people were there. He didn't say anything else so I just left. My first impression was that this was so rude, he could of told me to come back or make an appointment right? Or perhaps it was just because it was a Saturday? Either way I couldn't find another salon so the following week I tried giving them a call and asked if they had time for a walk in and once again said they were busy but I did make an appointment for 2 days after. Since then I have gotten my nails done here 3 times continuously, I always get dipped powder on my natural nails. My nails always look perfect and I always got a lot of compliments. However I always noticed that only the owner and his wife were the only ones there, I have never seen another worker. So moving on to my 4th appointment I had to call and wanted a later appointment by like 3 hours because I was stuck at work and they told me they had no time to take me in later that day and then just said I should call them back whenever I figure out a day for my next appointment. Overall I thought it was a little rude, I had been going to them every 3 weeks continuously and had always tipped generous. And in my visits I had also seen them turn down walk ins even though they state walk ins are welcomed and they weren't always busy. Although my nails looked great every single time I got them done, it's not worth dealing with unfriendly/ rude owners who seem to care less whether they get business or not. That same day they told me they didn't have time to push my appointment, I searched on yelp and found a new salon and my nails are still looking perfect and still get compliments every day. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I will not be recommending this place any more. read more

This nail shop exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment for 10 am today. I arrived at 9:45 and they were already there, open and waiting (they open at 10am). I walked in and was greeted by Tommy and Ivy. I sat down for my gel pedi and full set. Tommy did an amazing job on my full set. He was extremely gentle in handling my hands. He also asked me what I wanted before he started which I appreciated. Ivy did my pedicure and she let my feet soak for a good time before she began. She was very thorough with the cleaning and did amazing. I highly recommend this place. However, I highly encourage you to make an appointment. They were fully booked today and had to turn away walk ins. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Great attention to detail and Tommy gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. When you ask for a design they actually know how to do it as well. BUYER BEWARE of INFECTION: Though good people and the application of the nail polish was good, customers need to be aware that things are not cleaned so there is a high probability of infection. The foot bowel was not clean and the tools used are re-used without any sterilization and I had to remove the polish to find the red infected area to treat all the infected areas on my feet. When their tools in trimming the skin around the nail or there is any open wounds, the bacteria in the tools and bowel creates infection. read more
