Today was my first time here. I'm new to the area and trying to find a spot I like. I went in as a walk in and was helped / seated pretty quickly. I showed a photo of what I wanted for a pedicure before we even got started he said yeah okay got it. We got going, the service itself was average. No complaints. However I noticed once he started painting he wasn't doing it how I wanted to I again spoke up and showed him the picture explaining I didn't want a French tip on all my toes, just the lot ones and a floor design on the big toes. He says yes yes but it looks better like this. I said okay but I wanted it no tip on the big toe like photo again he says no no I do the French and the flower on top. I just say okay sure and sit back. Clearly he's not going to do what I'm asking and is going to do my toes how he wants to do them. Very frustrating. I'm paying you to do a service. If you're going to do what you want and not what I'm asking I don't feel like I should be charged for you to free style of whatever you're doing. I'm still sitting here getting my toes done as I write this but I can can he won't be getting a tip and I'll for sure try some other places before coming back here if ever. read more

only book with Joy. She takes her time, never rushes, and really makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. She's super sweet and stays focused on you instead of chatting with other workers during your appointment. I definitely recommend her. The only downside for anyone who likes detailed designs is that she doesn't really specialize in that. read more

I am usually a repeat customer, but today I came in for a gel-x removal and manicure, the nail tech RIPPED my gel-x nails that I was in shock! I'm used to techs filing it off and doing a soak off. My nails hurt. I am so disappointed by the rushed service. This just turned me off to coming back again. read more

they were very nice in the beginning, but they gave me whatever they wanted to give me. This is nothing like what I asked for. the black for my nails isn't even fully filled in. for both toes and hands the shape is wonky. I didn't ask for this short. The nails are in my opinion, all crooked.every time I asked or corrected something they got mad at me. and or showed a bit of attitude for correcting all three of them and two of them were on their phones one took her shoes off and put it on the machine. I asked him to put more black on my French tip so they would be fully connected and he just shaved off the nail all came out to 212! sloppy work but fast. read more

First time to this Spa to get a full set pink and white nails. I had Peter who was very nice, gentle, fast, and did such amazing job on my nails. He cut all my cuticles, this was a plus. Most places don't do this, they just put on the nails. The Spa was very clean. read more

Extremely rude and unprofessional. My friend scheduled in advance and confirmed they could do exactly what she wanted for her pedicure. When she arrived, they were rude and spoke to her in a condescending manner that made her feel judged, as if they assumed she couldn't afford it. I do not recommend coming here if you expect to be treated with respect. completely unacceptable! read more

They have great service and are very nice. They are very clean and try to attend you as soon as possible when busy.

I paid $55 for these nails there's acrylic and nail polish on my cuticle, so much acrylic overflow she took 30 minutes and was super careless, there is also some parts of my nail that didn't have acrylic. I visited this nail salon today with my mother and had honestly a horrible experience. The lady who did my nails was very rude and impatient, she wanted things her way and wasn't listening to any of my requests. My thought is she must be the owner, she was practically screaming at me when I asked for a different color to match my toenails or vice versa I just wanted them to be the same. She could definitely work on her communication. I am a paying customer like I'm spending money here hello!!!!! and their actual work is lazy like the pedicure did nothing to my feet they basically wet my feet and gave a foot rub for $30. My mom also didn't like how she was attended too we won't be back for sure. nasty customer service. And just to add there's another nails salons everywhere. read more

Went for a fill on my lay over and pedicure . Very welcoming . clean!!! Atmosphere was nice makes you feel relax. No wait time. Sat down for pedicure, water temperature could've been a little warmer. I turned massage on for back. Nail tech asked me turn it off because he did not want to cut me while drilling on my nails, The pedicure tech asked me to choose a color and what number I wanted for my pedicure. I asked her for the number three which involves soak cut nails file down with a massage, hot rocks, hot towels. I was disappointed with the massage. She was already putting my socks on I asked if she was going to give me my massage she was I did already. I said when ? She was like after I did the hot rocks . I was like I paid extra for a massage not for you to rub my legs with rocks 3 strokes and you're done. ‍ overly paid for what I received from this place !!! read more

Nothing more disappointing, then when one person starts on your nails, you show them a photo. They have someone else do the design, you ask if you can show that person the photo of what you want. They refuse to look at the photo. So you are left with nothing even close to what you had wanted. read more

Aria Nails and Spa - Nails. What I asked for what I got. - Nail Salons Near Me - Lancaster, California

Is it bad if I want to keep them for myself???! Lol The atmosphere is calming! I went in for some "me time" after a very long time of not having some ( mom of 2 ) and let me say I got the best foot massage! I mean she put in work with the hot stones! My only regret was not getting her name ( but it was the older lady ). The female owner did my acrylic toes and designs! & the male owner did my acrylic application only. Everyone was friendly! & great! I also really liked that when the male saw the design and noticed he wasn't going to be able to do it he redirected me to the female owner! ( I'd rather him be honest with me and I have to wait than be upset about my nails or not liking them and still have to pay ) For reference : I got acrylic overlay on my big toes And acrylic full set on my hands with gel polish' Total : $140 including tip read more

Don't listen to the negative comments. The salon is very beautiful and the environment is very welcoming. Opinions are only appreciated if they come from customers, not from competitors. Those competitors just try to get as many customers as they can without even telling the truth. I highly recommend Aria nail salon because the techs there are really skillful and friendly. They're willing to go above and beyond to help out their customers. I am very thankful to have this salon in the area, so my family can go there every week. read more

I went in for a wax. Top lip, chin, and underarms. I paid $40 and left with my arm pits bleeding. I asked the waxer if that was normal (it was my first time waxing my underarms) she said it was. I was later told that it is NOT normal to bleed. She didn't even get all the hair... then when I walked to my car to look in the mirror I noticed I still had hair on my top lip and chin and had to go back inside so she could actually finish what I paid for her to do. The only reason I came here is because I was in a rush and my normal shop was very busy. I won't be coming back. read more

Happened to see this place on my way out from the gym across the way. My husband and I were in need of pedi's and on Sunday there's not many places open. So we tried it out and loved it. Very friendly, clean and nice inside. I was offered water while I sat for my pedi. The price is definitely worth the service they provide. This will be my new Sunday pedi spot! I'm not sure the lady who did my pedi but it was great with a great massage and Jackie did my husbands. read more

I came in on a Sunday morning and was promptly greeted and seated by Joe. He went ahead and did my full set. He was very gentle and made sure he checked in with me to make sure I liked the shape. I let him do his thing because it was very clear early on that he knew what he was doing. The pricing was also amazing. I am so happy I found a salon close to home that does a fabulous job. I will be back soon to try a pedicure. read more

I do NOT recommend this place at all! The lady doing my nails kept taking my nail out of the Gel curing light TOO damn early ! Red flag number one ! She didn't paint the ends of my nails and started creating a pool in the corner I had to tell her like hey it's bleeding into my cuticles ... she cut me doing my cuticles... she missed a bunch of steps and the overall manicure was a pure MESS! The lady that did my pedicure was amazing I have no complaints about her but I DO NOT recommend this nail salon... they are new and offer 20% off but that is definitely not worth it ! My wife paid for my nails and I feel so bad she paid all that money and tipped and this happened.... My toes wonderful but nails... no thank you .. I will not be back ! Usually don't come here but I was right by the gym and did not want to go to my usual spot. I SHOULD have! The girl who was doing my feet poor thing couldn't even polish my toes nail right. The owner had to come in and fix it because I was not happy with the polish, it was everywhere. You're paying a lot when you get your feet done. So you don't want to feel like you're throwing money away. The owner came in a fix them she even ended up cleaning up. Y feet more. So don't think she should be there. read more

DONT go here if you're looking to get your eyebrows waxed. She did not listen when I had said DO NOT make them smaller ONLY CLEAN THEM UP (As I LIKE my eyebrows thicker NOT thinner). Apparently she does not know the difference between thick and thin and can't shape on top of that. just don't go here, go somewhere with better reviews, or get recommendations from somebody before you dont have anymore eyebrows. read more

Definitely new favorite spot!! They just opened last month so everything is BRAND NEW and very clean. Snow did my nails and she did an AMAZING job with my nail design and pedicure. Hopefully you can see in the photo -- she did the velvet nail design using their magnetic nail polish and they had tons of colors to choose from. She and everyone was very friendly and even offered drinks and snacks. Will definitely come here regularly now! read more

First off, I paid $65 for this gel acrylic set. But the worst part is not the bad job the lady did, but my experience there.I asked for short almond nails, and when she was finished shaping them I told her I wasn't happy with the shape because they were crooked and uneven. I figured it was still early on for her to be able to fix the shape but she didn't like that. She instantly became RUDE and said " you must not like the almond shape then". I explained that I always get almond shape and that I couldn't get past how crooked and uneven the shape of the nails were. She said she will fix it but started talking in a different language really loud, the other nail techs started looking over at me and my nails, and I just felt completely BULLIED and UNCOMFORTABLE. it was the absolute worst experience. I wish I would have gotten her name but I just decided to let her finish her job and leave. I do NOT recommend her service. There is another guy there who normally does my nails, he is great and I will update this review with his name. read more

Came here looking to find a new nail tech that I can establish a long term relationship with since I am new to the area . The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and friendly . The lady who did my nails was kind of rude and kind of condescending. Made me feel super uncomfortable. I asked for a pretty simple ombre powder look . Which was gonna be nude with glitter .. I had an inspo picture , and showed her. she said she didn't have that kind of glitter and made me feel like I was asking for a lot .. I asked if she knew what would be best for the closest outcome and seems like she was annoyed I asked for what I did . I was super nice about explaining I never ask for things other than basic polish but because of the holidays I wanted to change it up a bit . She seemed like she was bothered she had to do this ombré design . From all the colors of ombre I was able to choose from I assumed she was gonna be very good at it .. when I t came down to it she took alot longer than I was thinking she would , and to be quiet honest she didn't deliver . The uncomfortable demeanor she carried made it that much more uncomfortable. My nails came out thick , some parts were overlapping some of my cuticle area .. and no ombre at all . Looks more like a glitter tip .. I did show her two designs and asked which one would be easier. I figured the ombre and I wish I didn't . I wish she would have gave suggestions or helped me with suggestions of what she could do to give her some ease aswell . I would have been open if she was friendlier .. I wish it would have been a better experience! read more

Was seen immediately! I did a walk-in and I got a pedi with acrylic nail and gel polish. I paid $50 for my feet and I like that for the massage they use a hot stone. The owner also allowed me to Zelle her the money which was helpful. It's quiet and peaceful and the mail tech did a good set of almond shaped nails on me! I got the princess pink and pink angel gel polish nail color and paid $75 for them. My daughter also got her nails done square style with lavender gel polish for $60. Very pretty nails! read more

I can't, for the LIFE of me, comprehend why a salon would FIRE a great nail tec because she actually wanted a 5 day work week. It is 2024 and we are ALL Tired! So you pay OVERTIME for 6 days a week? I BET YOU DON'T!! An honest, hard working beautiful soul who is over 50 and wanting to spend time with her children and putting her health first and you let her go. Mind you, not because she was bad at her job or rude or a thief. Just a human, middle-aged woman who now is going to put herself first. I know she made you money. Nobody works slave labor anymore. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! And I hope people see this and you loose your customer base. Unfair labor practices don't go over well. Definitely not a good look on your business. Do BETTER!!!!!! read more

Came here for the first time after someone at my job recommended them. The place gives cute and classy vibes however the employees and work is trash. Overpriced and they were rude to not only customers but other employees? I asked if they could do a specific design and showed a picture.... They said yes. The end result looked nothing like the picture I showed. I told them I did not like the design but they ignored me multiple times before arguing that that's the design I showed them.
