Larry came out in April 2024 to take precise measurements for our custom Euroglide frameless glass shower door enclosure with a roller system and one stationary panel in brushed nickel hardware. We also chose the EnduroShield protective coating with a 10-year warranty. Installation was completed in May 2024. Nearly two years later, the shower door still looks as beautiful as the day it was installed. Following their recommendation to clean the glass with vinegar, it continues to look crystal clear. The installers, Emanuel and Micah, were professional, efficient, and very detail-oriented. The craftsmanship and quality of the glass and hardware are outstanding. I found the Fixture Shop on a Google search. I was surprised that they were able to get the part I was looking for in three days. I spoke with Salli on the phone. When I called to make sure they had received the part, I went pick it up as I live within driving distance of the store. Salli was busy when I arrived, so I spoke with Jim. He made sure all of the parts were in the box before I left. I was a bit surprised that the box had been opened before I arrived. Salli later told me that the shipping invoice from Delta was inside the box, which is why she opened it. It does appear that the parts are new and not remanufactured. I was assured that they are new by Salli and Jim both, and Salli did provide me with an order number from Delta. One star deduction for the open box mystery. The guys in the warehouse gave him the wrong piece. He fabricated it and installed it for my customer. My customer calls me and tells me it's wrong slab I then call LJ and tell them they tell me their guy also signed off on the paperwork applicator ever seen the piece before He was just picking it up but there guy signed the paperwork saying it was the right piece they said they will give me the right piece but they won't pay for the fabrication so the following day I get a call from somebody named Liza.She said the piece the customer selected was the piece she received or it was fabricator's fault for picking up the wrong piece and she told me maybe I have so many jobs going. I got it mixed up. I have no other jobs going with countertops now they won't even give me the right piece. They said they were going to. They will not stand behind any of it like I said, I've been a contractor for 40 years. Something goes wrong on my job. no matter what the price is I take care of it cause that's how business is done. These people have done nothing but argue and blame anybody that they can and not take responsibility they gave the fabricator the wrong piece. Just wanted to be out there if anything ever goes wrong when you buy from this company good luck getting them to stand behind it their words are worth absolutely nothing saying they will take care of it one day at least the peace and the next day. Take no responsibility at all. I will never deal with this place again and I hope somebody will read this doesn't deal with them either. Simple need: I have six recessed lightbulbs from a 9-year old kitchen remodel, and four of them were not working. Googled 'Lightbulbs' and Siri guided me to this place from my home in La Verne. Kind of confusing to find the entrance to 'Lightbulbs', but found a door and realized it's all one giant place. I questioned a very pleasant guy on a ladder about 'where do I go for lightbulbs?', and he immediately stepped down and accompanied me over to where he found the perfect replacement bulbs which were an absolute match, but a much lighter (weight wise) version. Info on the original LED bulb was barely readable, but he found what turned out to be perfect replacements. Upon arrival home, I replaced the non-working bulbs with the new ones which are an absolute match in brightness and look. Amazingly, the final bill was only $23.98 (including tax), which is just under $6 for each bulb. According to the box, these LED lights could last up to 22 years. I hope I'm around to see that when I'm 91 years old! Wait: There's more! This place is filled with every type and style of high-end lighting, so if you're in the mood to re-do any room or entry-way lighting, check out what they have. But again, I was so impressed with the expertise of the associate. I didn't catch his name, but his initials may be RM. On my receipt it lists the 'Writer' as RM.
