Crispy and was a great thing to start lunch. There's quite a lot for both meaty and plant based options. It's about $12 for a dosa. These are massive as fuck. I got the Masala Dosa. This comes with chutney and sambar. It's filled with potatoes and onions and is crispy. The rest of the menu features classics like curries and other stuff. Worth a taste if pizza is on your mind but may not sway those wanting the traditional. My usual is a ghee dosa and gobi manchurian with gravy. They make their chutneys in-house and they are tasty. My singular largest gripe with dosa shops is the quality of chutneys and flavorings. If they don't get enough business the chutneys may go into the fridge or freezer. That's fine so long as they're watching how long it keeps in either storage. Also, when it comes time to use, they give it the time necessary to completely thaw. Discovering frozen chutney is a no-no and the flavor is different. Some dosa shops try newer flavors that just don't meet the expectations. These guys stick to what the fans know and they receive enough business that everything is fresh. Really wish this business was closer so that I could hit it more often but this area is quite a trek. **Specials are offered daily and on weekends /for games they run buffets. I wondered about the chefs they keep so I inquired. They have a trio?, anyway, trained chefs from different areas of India. This is important because dosa is mainly a staple of south India.
