I was blown away by the hospitality, cleanliness, and simple amenities of this conference space. During a 2-day training course, we were able to focus on the learning material and didn't even to think about our surroundings because it was so naturally manicured for our event. For example, we had 2 full meals (breakfast and lunch) along with snacks that were strategically put out during the day. On both days, we had a mixture of a continental breakfast with bagels, oatmeal, fruits, and toppings. One day, there was a hot breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, etc. For lunch, there was a full salad bar, and hot dishes like grilled chicken or cod stuffed with crab. There were always plenty of healthy side dishes to boot. Throughout the day, coffee was available along with various snacks and light appetizers. I think the food offerings was the most surprising part of the experience. The classroom space we used was outfitted with standard adult learning trappings such as AV equipment, screens, tables, and wall space for posters. Our instructor remarked that he felt this location is really great for hosting classes. For a guy that's been in the teaching business for a long time, he's wasn't wrong! read more

I've probably been here a dozen times or more in the last few years for professional conferences and I highly reccomend this venue! I can speak from the standpoint of both paying attendee and conference speaker/presenter that the customer service here is top notch! I had a recent experience last month when I was presenting at the Arizona Health Equity Conference and my slides would not load- the IT staff was able to find the correct wires and dongles within minutes and the presentation was a raving success! Facility is clean and comfortable and wifi is fast. Food here is also always solid and self serve bottled water and soft drinks are available all day which is a plus. read more

This place is best in what it is supposed to be. Extremely well maintained facility. With clean , nice fragrant restroom. Good conference rooms which are built correctly with business meetings kept in mind. Nice cafeteria area. Spacious and nice looking dining. Very good food arrangements. Breakfast to lunch to evening snacks, all were good. Shocked with variety display of food. Water to many types of soda to tea/coffee all readily available. Hey y'all, so I went here for a two day conference and overall let me say I was impressed! They had a spacious cafeteria which was well appointed with hot cocoa, hot teas, cold sodas, and waters with fruit bowls at all times I was impressed with the food as it was mass produced but tasty all the same. They even had snacks! The only thing that was a disappointment was the breakfast. It was cold fruit, danish, and cereal. Nothing hot was offered. My recommendation would be to get breakfast on the way. Another downside was the lack of trash cans! For a space this big, they had none except for the bathroom and the cafeteria. Not even in the small break out session rooms was there a trash can to be seen. Parking was okay but this place got packed with our 150 plus people in attendance! I would recommend this center for those looking to book a conference center :) read more

Had an offsite all day meeting here today. I had been here before but my yelp game wasn't on point. I was thrilled with the room already being set up as requested upon arrival. I was pleased with the staff's assistance in setting up what I still needed help with. They were very accomodating. I liked the fact that breakfast, lunch and snacks were incorporated into our meeting. In addition to the inclusion it was actually delicious. Admittedly, I only helped myself to coffee in the morning but lunch was WAY better than I was expecting! There were a multitude of selections available. Two types of proteins, plenty of veggies, salad and soup. I presume there were menus to choose from although I didn't set it up. I have seen a bill previously and if I remember correctly, it was a bit pricey (We won't have many meetings here) however, we don't have enough meeting space so it helps for those times when we don't have the space. Anyhow, I would certainly consider them if I am ever liking for event space or meeting space. They definitely made it easy! read more

Amazing place for conferences or meetings. Impeccable, comfortable and well equipped. The layout was well taught, each conference room feels independent to the test, giving you a sense of privacy. I attended a two day company event. The bathrooms were always clean and the personal were helpful and friendly. The food was actually very good and they had plenty of soda, water, yes and Starbucks coffee. I am from California, but this place is definitely highly recommended for anybody from the Phoenix area looking for a conference center. read more

The location is in an industrial business area, so there aren't many restaurants nearby. The space is clean and well-lit. The rooms are comfortable and well organized. The food area has a lot of different options too. I presented in this space and thought it was a great venue. The staff are professional. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to get to. read more

Spend my 2nd Saturday at this facility for an Arizona K-12 Center event. This place is very clean, facilities are well kept and the food is always good! One thing I appreciate is the fact that the temperature is kept pretty comfortable. I have been to conferences and such at which the rooms are usually FREEZING! The friendly wait staff is always walking around to make sure food is kept full and clearing tables. read more

The cool thing about this venue is that there is an on-site chef...No need to cater in or leave the building for meals. And the food is phenomenal! I've spent several Saturdays here for a workshop to work on one of the hardest and most important processes of my teaching career! It is a place where I know I can be taken care of all day and feel like I don't have to worry about a thing. The staff is incredibly helpful and caring. They provide great food and continuous beverages. I like knowing I don't have to worry about cleaning up after myself either. Their restrooms are well-kept and clean as well. This is my favorite venue--we've held two events here, and I've attended another four. As an attendee, it's clean, bright, FREE parking, good food, constantly refreshed coffee and beverages, and good layout. I love it. As a planner, it's a good deal for what you get, and it's a well managed event end to end. Conference staff are easy to work with, flexible, and they are there to support you. IT works and it works well. it's a great facility, food, service, and staff. Good open expo area too, if you have vendors, advice--do not use a separate room if you have a lot of vendors--put them in the main ballroom, and/or the vestibule, not in any other room. Vendors like to be showcased and have traffic, not shuttled off to a low traffic low visibility area --regardless of any price savings. read more

I was an attendee at a two day class here and this has been one of the best conference centers I've ever been in. The room was just the right size for our class, the furniture was in good condition, the facility was clean and neat and the food was really quite good. Although our class was small, the venue can certainly scale up to much larger events. The only complaint I have is totally out of their control and that is, for Verizon anyway, the phone reception is pretty poor so I'd recommend bringing a backup battery or your charger because you will burn down your power pretty quickly. I'm going to recommend this place to my company for any off-site meetings we have. read more

I am so impressed with this conference center! It is clean and well kept, and chairs are comfortable! The meals are extraordinary, and there are choices for everyone. Parking is plentiful---a big plus! I believe it must be affordable---I am not an organizer, so I don't know, but judging from the cost of the conference, the venue did not add an enormous amount to the price. I wish we had more centers like this--maybe further east in the valley. Very very nice. read more

Out of all the places I've ever attended a conference, this one is top notch! Facility is nice and clean, staff is friendly and the food/beverage supply is endless! The food is really awesome (they feed you every 2 hours) and I always get my fill when I come here. Conference rooms/space are very spacious and nice. My only complaint would be the location...it's not exactly easy to find but is in a nice business complex. Overall, this place rocks! read more

I have had the opportunity to attend 4 different meetings over the past 2 years (most recently today) and each time, the facility is clean, well maintained, the food is excellent and plentiful! Lots of drink options always available. The meeting rooms are spacious, room temperatures are consistent. I have not been a presenter so I can't speak to set up accommodations but the presentations have gone smoothly. read more

I attended a class here as a student. The parking is great. The location is great. The facility is spacious, new and clean. The food was SUPREME. Almost TOO GOOD! Everyone was complaining about gaining weight during the class. My only complaint was that the staff was a little snippy with me when I asked about the wireless. Apparently it's an extra charge my teacher didn't pay for us, but hey, that's not my fault. Plus on Friday they were kicking us out of the room exactly at 5 p.m. Normally I wouldn't mind, who doesn't want to get out of class early or on time on Friday, but it was a great class and we would've liked to finish up our discussion. If they had let our instructor know in advance that they needed him out quickly earlier in the day I'm sure he would've time managed to have more time for discussion and wrap up at the end, but they didn't let him know until 10 til that he had to be out promptly at 5 p.m. However we all started helping him pick up the room and the staff lady did say then, Oh I'll do all that. So she was pretty nice over all, but I would've liked just a wee bit more politeness from the staff as a student in a class there. but overall I would go back again and would consider looking into the place if I were holding an event. I would recommend it to event planners. And if I see a class is being held there, I will find the class more attractive! :-) read more
